ascending ~ nov. 27, 2017


If you feel much activity around your Heart, High Heart and Solar Plexus chakras, it is because there has been a massive activation affecting these chakras. It helps your choices be more centered around your guidance and feeling than making decisions based solely in your intellect, which is based on who you have been and not on who you are now. This activation can manifest physically in many different ways; some experience it as heart palpitations, sleep changes, exhaustion and a myriad of other ways. However, no matter how you manifest this, Compassion, sharing, Love, Awareness and an increase of Heart-knowing is accentuated. You may receive more information about your inborn gifts and new pathways. It just depends on where you are in your Ascension. Some may feel rather stagnant, while others may feel as if there is no stopping themselves with so many choices to make. There can be a back and forth sense of nothingness to too much is happening. However you feel this activation is aligned with who you are. Remind yourself that wherever you are is in Divine Order. If there is still more to let go of and transform, it may feel as if you’re stuck (you aren’t). Ascension is not a “cookie-cutter one size fits all” sort of process. Everyone is uniquely where they are ready to be. Be in Acceptance of who and where you are in this and every moment and then give thanks.

Some changes may seem painful and some others seem to flow easily. Remind yourself that you have chosen all that occurs in your life, whether you chose it consciously or unconsciously. We are changing and this goes deep. We are shifting beginning with our DNA, consciousness and cells and then it moves outward, affecting all aspects of who we are. It’s not just about us as individuals either; the animal and plant populations are also shifting, as is the whole of Gaia. As above so below; as within so without. If you feel as though you want to move elsewhere in the world, realize this may actually be a desire to have the world change. The world shifts as you do. It may also seem as though it is all going so slow! Yet, it is going as fast or as slow as you have chosen. It has taken eons to get to where we are now, so there is a lot to shift. It is important to stay focused on your own evolution and allow the outer world to evolve at its own speed. You see, when you commit to your own evolution, it affects how you see the outer world and your perception has the Power to help the world evolve; that is how powerful you are.

The Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine continue to be empowered within and around us. The “Me Too” phenomena seems to be proof of this both within us and in the world. This Empowerment helps us in making Soul-aligned choices. One without the other is not whole. First we are still and listen and feel our guidance and then we take an action step based on that guidance. To manifest anything, these two sacred essences must become One. It now is not enough to just Be. We must be and then act. The Divine Feminine leads the Divine Masculine (Heart leads head) so that all actions are divinely guided. We have empowered our Hearts and the Divine Feminine within us and now it is time for the Sacred Marriage of Equality to be integrated. This Hieros Gamos (Sacred Marriage) can be done in meditation, with a sacred partner or with an intention of blending Heart and mind together as One.

As we give unconditionally, without wondering what we will receive back, we are in Divine Service. Unconditional Love is without attachments or expectations. Attachments and expectations keep us in the old 3D matrix, while giving and loving unconditionally anchors the New within us. Do unconditionally love yourself as well. This includes meditating, being in Nature, eating and drinking based on your guidance and following your own energy, rather than doing anything that the old you says you “should.”

While this can be a confusing time, many are choosing to stay in the old, where it is comfortable and known. However, this isn’t what we promised. We promised that we would forego comfort (the same old thing) and instead, be adventurous so that we could create a new way of being and doing. What helps is to commit to a spiritual practice, commit to following your guidance and trusting that you are guided always to be more. Be in Nature often, for this helps you heal/whole, ground and be guided. Being in Nature can be as simple as stepping outside your home or doing what you can to be in a forest or by the ocean (if you don’t live close by). Keep it simple so that you won’t be discouraged; and do something loving for yourself. If you are focused outside of yourself, you tend to see despair and disintegration and this keeps the old intact. When you go within and strengthen the Love that you are and renew your promise and commitment to bring forth the New Earth, you strengthen the New.

There is much Transformation occurring for you and for the Earth and all Her myriad life-forms. Trust that a loss of life or any perceived loss means that everything is shifting higher and changing form. There is no death and there is no end. Moving through the 11:11 earlier this month has helped us greatly move more into the New than ever before. There has been a bigger shift in our Knowing and in our Soul-merge. Of course, we must also trust that being more Soul-merged means that we make choices to let go of the old beliefs and patterns that have kept us in the old. On December 12th  we have the potential of manifesting according to the Love that is within us. (Of course, this manifestation is not limited to December 12th.) If there are old perceptions and beliefs that are still within, this manifestation will reflect those. All that you are is reflected in your world.

A long time ago (man-made time) there was something referred to as “walk-ins.” This was a phenomena that occurred when there was an agreement (made before incarnation) that one Soul would leave and another Soul would enter into the physical body at a particular time. This has continued to happen and is now occurring in a higher frequency and at a higher rate. Some who do not want to stay on Earth agree to have a high-dimensional being take their place in their physical body. Of course, this agreement takes place in a different dimension, so a person may or may not consciously be aware of this. If you are one of the beings who have agreed to this “switch,” it may feel that your life has so dramatically changed that it is possible that such radical change is due to your old Soul choosing to leave and being replaced by a high dimensional being in order to carry out the promise of Earth’s Ascension. This, of course, is just one explanation, so perhaps this isn’t the case for you. It may be that your radical Transformation is due to the changes you have made in your life. Go within and ask! There are also many new Souls  incarnating now. If you choose to be a guide for them, they will be drawn to you, so they may evolve in order to help in this time of Ascension.

For those of you who have offered your talents in particular “lightworker” ways, it may feel as though your gifts no longer fit or even work. Be still and wait for guidance to see if your services shift, evolve, change or stop. Be patient and trust that you are taken care of during this time of transition. Give what you are guided to give; shift what is calling you to shift. It may be that your Divine Service is shifting to something higher in vibration. Surely, this could bring up some fear, yet remember that your Abundance is not something outside of yourself to manage, control, figure out, market or get; it is who you are; it is within you; for Abundance is Love. Rest so that you aren’t forced to stop (i.e. getting sick) and ask “How may I serve?” Often Divine Service is simply listening and holding a space for those who seek. Giving advice is not a part of the New, for it robs another of their own Responsibility and Power.

We cannot do things the way we have done them in the past. As we evolve higher in consciousness, what we have always gifted must shift to match our new consciousness. Your mission has a few ways to express itself; it may be something new or it may be an upgrade of what you already offer. As you flow with it, doors open. If you resist, it may be a while till you are aligned with your new or enhanced mission. However you are guided, know that it is in alignment with the New. This takes being fully awake, being congruent in Heart, mind and Soul and taking a step into the unknown in full trust.

As you evolve, you may feel it necessary to step away from everything and everyone. You may want to be in a place and space that is aligned with who you are now and not who you have been in the past. This can be quite a challenge for some, so go within and feel this, along with everything, for yourself.  Do know and trust that you are loved, guided and honored for all of who you are and for all you do.

Ascended Masters in Physical Form – 18-Oct-2017 ~ posted Oct. 20, 2017


We each are on our own Path and have our own missions. Some are activists, some help clear the masses of old energies, others share Light, some light up folks’ path, while others increase the Love within and upon Earth and all of life. There are many paths and missions in life; we each are unique in what we share, yet we are all One. Each shares in their own way, whether they are aware of it or not. Awareness is key, as when one is aware of what their mission is, it doesn’t matter how they choose to share their Light; just that they know they do so uniquely. One can be in what may appear to be a mundane job, yet if that being is in Joy and Passion, they are aware of what their mission is. One’s mission is not some magical knowing; it is obvious to the Aware One. It simply takes looking deeper with Awareness in how they share their mission from their Heart. An awakened one doesn’t compare their mission with another, realizing that no mission is less or more than any other.

We have all come far in our expression as Souls and in our Awakening to the Divinity within. This month actually prepares us for next year, where there is more integrating of our Divine Selves. I see it as a transition month. We have done so much work clearing and integrating that if you journal how you’ve been in the past, you will not recognize that person. Of importance is to see how you have created endings in your life, so that you may begin anew. The answers to “why” lie deep below the surface. Dive below and discover the gift, for everything has a gift of Awareness within it, no matter how tragic you perceive the surface event to be. As you discover the gift, be grateful even while you grieve the loss of old life.

There has been a tremendous letting-go, which has resulted in a perceived separation from loved ones, as one scenario. Yet, all is in Divine Order. You can grieve if you have a belief in “loss,” yet ask yourself what “loss” really is. Is it an illusion? To me, it is illusion, for we do not “lose” anything; all is connected and things may change form, which affects one’s life in a grand way. If you can see “loss” as a readjustment and gift for you, then your consciousness rises to the next level. In all situations, there comes a time to let go, so you can being a new chapter in life. The more you resist this, the more difficult life becomes. Allow the flow of Grace to carry you through perceived difficulties. (Notice I use the word “perceived,” as all is based on one’s own perception and is not necessarily Truth.)

We are still releasing the ancient wound of separation. This can be seen being played out by many people, organizations and governments. Much of the very distant past is also coming forth to be healed/wholed. This includes people we have known and not known in history, saints, gurus, ancestors and entire belief systems. Focus on your mission without being distracted by so much duality. What you focus on is what is created and powerfully manifest. Gaia certainly is releasing a lot; yet it all is in Divine Order. Stay true to who you are without getting sucked down the rabbit hole.

We are creating the New Earth as we focus entirely on being Love. Just as each of the animal kingdom has their own path (a big Hawk just showed up as a confirmation), so do we. Each of us also may experience being very scattered as we traverse the old and the New. This goes for the folks around us as well. Be patient. The mind cannot quite get what the New is all about and there is a tendency to attach to the old, because it is familiar. Yet, we are further along in our desire to let go of the old, so focus on Divine Service, being in Nature, meditating and remind yourself that you are doing the very best you can. There is much activation of our New Selves to calibrate ourselves to a new way of being. It’s not like we’re all alone in this, we are helped by engaging with the activations and by making conscious choices. Have complete Faith that you are guided by your Highest Self, so be aware of all of what you are guided to do moment by moment. This guidance comes in the form of messages, both inner and outer, and by your own Intuitional feeling.

As we let go of the old, we may not know what to do next. Do not fret about this or analyze it. Stay in  the Now Moment; from this place you will know what step to take next. We are like the caterpillar, who dissolves completely in the chrysalis, and in time the Butterfly is assembled in Wholeness. It takes a while. After all, it has taken many lifetimes for us to create who we are/were, so be patient. We are emerging from our chrysalis as a New being of Love; beautiful in our magnificence. I am not saying it will take many lifetimes to be completely New; unless that is your Souls choice. Stay in the Now and put all of your focus on being Love; on your Path; on who you are becoming. Let go of the past and the future. Be here now. Let go of expectations about how it’s supposed to be and let go of any attachment you have to plans. In the New, there are no plans. There is only Now.

One of the best ways to anchor the New is to surrender. This isn’t passive; as you surrender to what is with Heart-intentions it is like you are on a river. Without a paddle, it’s easy to get stuck in an eddy or on a rock or branch. With a paddle, you become One with the flow. This is empowered Movement. You are not helpless. You are not a victim of circumstance. You guide your boat. Surrender with intention to your preferred way of being. Consciously make a decision to be active in the Flow of New Life. This will help you align with the highest expression of Love. Surrender is letting go and allowing. Surrendering with intention is aligning to your purpose and to the highest outcome. Surrendering is important, for you don’t control or manage the Flow; you become One with the Flow. Let go of end results; allow your intention to be manifest by Source. You are Source!

Because we’re still releasing old emotions/energy, we will experience release in many ways. You may pee or sweat a lot. You are clearing not only old emotions, but the stuck toxins in your cells as well.

We are all starseeds from other dimensions. We have agreed to take on a body. When we do that, we also step into any unfinished business of other lifetimes. We have agreed to not only bring forth a higher consciousness, but to also clear our bodies and planet of all that is not Love. Being a starseed, you are probably very empathic and sensitive to energies. Through this clearing, we become even more sensitive and empathic, yet these all help us navigate the world through our Intuition and Awareness. From this place of high Awareness, we make decisions that help to align us with our Soul; an aspect of Source. Aligning or merging with Soul increases our vibration and thus we are able to transform the old into the New. Meditation greatly helps with this, for meditation aligns us with our purpose and Soul-merging. Simply breathe Divine Source Love/Light into your Heart, High Heart or Pineal Chakra. Bring this Divinity throughout all your chakras and cells. You do this with intention and breath and visualization, if you are visual.

We are anchoring our New blueprints, which helps us integrate and manifest our highest potential. As we do this, we move into a new experience physically. This is because our Light Bodies are more powerfully connected to our Earth bodies as well as to the higher dimensions. This is Soul-merging. We will begin to walk the Earth as ascended masters. What does being an ascended master in a human body on Earth mean to you? Being an ascended master in human form means you take full Responsibility for all your choices fully awake. You are not a victim of any circumstance. You are powerful as you stand in your own Light and Knowing. Of course, this is just one aspect of being an ascended master.

Love and the Equinox – 21-Sep-2017 ~ posted Sept. 24, 2017


As I write this, tomorrow is the New Moon/Equinox. Certainly much is occurring within us and within Gaia. With all that is happening, I refer to it as the Grand Awakening. This Grand Awakening will shake folks (literally) out of their comfort zones and complacency. Those of us who have already awakened, awaken more to who we are and how we may serve others from a place of Divine Love. We are in a very accelerated Moment of receiving and sharing high dimensional Light downloads. I say “sharing” because as we receive more Light, we automatically shine it out for others; not in a controlling way, but  we shine because that is our nature. As we honor the Love that we are, we do not push, seek or strive, for these are a part of the old. The New is about allowing and accepting what is and trusting that all is in Divine Order. It is about being in the Flow of the Moment without attaching to anything; just allowing things to unfold naturally. This is self-care and self-loving. When you love yourself, you keep your vibration high and from that, your consciousness expands and from your higher consciousness, your life shifts to one of Ease and Joy. The Truth is that you are perfect as you evolve to be more.

Rather than complain, resist or react to outer events, welcome it all without judgment. When you are in Acceptance, the upgrades integrate. When you fight against anything, you set up resistance and the dualistic nature of 3D takes hold. Duality is a judgment of “this is good; this is bad.” etc. Don’t go there. As you embrace these downloads of Love, you rise higher in consciousness and are more aware of what is still playing out in your life  based on old beliefs and patterns. One belief that many may still have is that “I have to work hard in order to be abundant.” Replace this old belief with having Joy, Passion and Ease in your consciousness and watch what happens.

Take care of all 3D business you have created. This is important as completing all things begun in 3D helps you anchor the New. Take Responsibility for all your creations. Pay your bills and take Responsibility for all in your life…own it. Just don’t own others’ choices; simply take care of your own.

Our bodies are transforming. Many experience this as sleep disturbances, dizziness, nausea, exhaustion and many other manifestations of Transformation (notice I do not use the word “symptoms,” as symptoms indicate that something is wrong or that you are sick; this is old and limited thinking). Words have Power; they are energy like everything is; words create. I personally have experienced all the above manifestations along with others for years now. I flow with it all. Yes, our physical bodies are changing and processing all the shifts we’ve experienced emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Every part of us is accelerating vibrationally. We are shifting from being told what to do and who we are to being powerful sovereign beings of Creativity. This is quite a shift and our physical bodies feel it. We are adjusting from giving our Power away to truly knowing we are the creators of our lives…there is no-one else to blame or credit. We are IT! Meditate, connect/merge with your Soul and Source, keep your vibration high through who you are with, where you go, what you eat and what you read and watch. Honor your Integrity; be who you say you are. Honor your Discernment; there are many illusions and lies attempting to seduce you back to sleep. Stay awake and aware. Stay in the Moment and do not judge whether something is “good” or “bad;” all is transforming. Be of Divine Service for others, be in Nature, walk a Labyrinth, and be kind to yourself and others, including all the 2-leggeds, the 4-leggeds, the 6-leggeds and the 8-leggeds…all of Nature benefits from your Love.

As you move more strongly into recognizing your multidimensionality and Unity Consciousness, you may notice how everyone and everything around you is a mirror. Why? Because we are all One. I have noticed this getting stronger. One example is that when I observe others’ writings, they seem to mirror what I have written in the past or what I am experiencing in the Moment. I find it all fascinating. We are closing the gap of separation. Every person and event mirrors something to us; whether we are conscious of that or not; and all that we attract holds a message within it. Once you realize that we are all connected; even to governments and 3D constructs; you realize we are also helping transform the old and empowering the New.

When you meditate, you empower your Heart, which empowers Source, Soul and your Heart-Knowing as you. The Heart Chakra is the bridge between the lower chakras (ego) and the higher chakras (Soul); just as you are a bridge between Heaven and Earth. There is no separation between Soul and ego, as in Truth and when all is aligned, ego is the expressor of Soul. As above, so below; as within, so without. Being multidimensional, we navigate through all dimensions and see how all is related. There is no real separation between chakras, mind, body and Heart. Yet, let your Heart lead. Heart leads through feelings and Intuition (Guidance). All flows as One.

While I have shared above that we navigate through all dimensions, I refer to the higher dimensions. Any dimension lower than the 5th Dimension carries great duality within it. The 4th Dimension carries old karma, old thoughts, patterns and beliefs passed down through ancestral lines; entities that can mess with you; all that is not Love. The higher dimensions are of Love only. Of course, if you want to clear yourself of old 4D dynamics, going into the 4th Dimension can be helpful; protect yourself fully if you do so. Personally, I stay away from this dimension. Follow your Guidance with this. If it doesn’t resonate, use your Discernment and ignore what I have shared, for I honor where you are along your Ascension Path. And perhaps this is just meant for me.

You are not your family; you are not dualistic. The Truth of you is that you are Love and One with and as Source. As you follow your own Guidance (Soul’s Guidance), you are perfectly guided for your highest evolution. When you are creative, spend time in Nature, and meditate, you open your Heart and you find only Love and only Oneness. Be still, feel and Be. Stop all your heady busy-ness. Open your Heart, feel the Peace and be Kindness and Compassion. Let your Heart lead your mind.

As we move into the Equinox, Heart-know that the Soul Essence for the Equinox is Balance. As we honor all that we are and stay balanced, we honor all of life. We live and give in a balanced way. What does Balance mean for you? For me, it is all about grounding Love in all I say, feel and do. It is being congruent Heart, mind and body as I follow the absolute Guidance of my Soul. Balance is expressing Love/Source/Soul mentally, emotionally and physically. It is walking my talk. It is Divine Service. It is staying in the present moment. It is keeping my vibration high and being aware of the words I use, so that I can serve as a Lighthouse. It is staying out of drama and chaos. It is recognizing old patterns and beliefs when they surface within or around me. It is being authentic and honest. It is being accepting of all peoples, even if they appear to be different than me. It is loving myself unconditionally as I love others. It is being grateful for all in my life; the simple and the challenging.

I love my body by feeding it only organic food and pure water. I listen to her when she tells me something is out of Balance or I am downloading high dimensional Light that is too much for her/me. I love my mind by always honoring my Guidance, by reading only uplifting books and I love the Wholeness of me by meditating, possibly inspiring others through sharing and practicing self-care in all I do and feel. I could go on and on about about Balance as me; I won’t, for it is up to you to create Balance in your own unique way. Since the Equinox is also empowered by the New Moon, how will you create more Balance in your own life?

All that I choose to experience only brings me closer to Me. All that you experience brings you closer to You. Love is who We are. Be Love!

Evolving More ~ August 1, 2017


We are and have been in a powerful transition in the last month especially. (Of course, we have been transitioning from the old to the New for a very long time…lifetimes.) We have been preparing in the last month for the eclipses and the 8-8-8. Eight is symbolic for Power, so expect a leap up in your personal Power, which means that you take Responsibility for all in your life. There is no acting small or deciding something or someone else is to blame for any perceived shortcomings you might see yourself having (the Truth is that you have no shortcomings). What makes you happy? Nothing makes you anything. Your Joy is within; your Power is within; your Knowing is within. You need nothing outside of yourself to prove who you are. There is no need; therefore, you’re not needy. You are a powerful, sovereign being of Love.

During this particular preparation, we have had an Opportunity to dive deep into ourselves, which has led to more uncovering of the Truth; if you took this Opportunity, that is. Leo symbolizes the Power of the Heart and wow; do we get to roar out who we are! We not only got to dive deep into the layers of us, to core issues; we also have been receiving powerful downloads of Light at the same time. The downloads of Light help shine a light onto that which we still need to let go of and to who we truly are.

Our physical bodies are adjusting; and this is nothing new. Do realize that nothing will go back to the way it was. This is not the new norm, for things continue to shift and you do as well. Nothing remains the same. We are continuously evolving; there is no stopping place. As we evolve, our consciousness shifts higher and therefore, life continues to reflect this high place to us and continues to shift. What helps is to let go of any desire to control your life, simplify and meditate. Being in Nature, even if it is just to step outside your home, greatly helps. We are purifying through elimination, becoming an empty chalice so that the chalice we are fills with nothing but Love.

As we become more and more Love, we recognize our Godness/Divinity. We are urged to let go of all identification, which means letting go of labels and words that separate. As Divine, we are One with all and we need not define anything, for definition limits evolution. It places things in a box with immovable walls. Everything flows according to resonance. All the surrendering we have been doing helps prepare us for our Godness. Be aware that unless you make room for the New and unless you trust the process, nothing changes. Trust and stay committed to the path you’re on.

Do you wonder how shifting to being crystalline, your DNA being replaced with New DNA and activations to your Pineal Chakra affect you? Have you doubted these things, looking at life and not finding “proof” for your intellect to wrap itself around? These things are real. We are becoming New, as Earth is. They affect each one differently, based on their Soul’s Wisdom and the choices they make. Generally speaking, you may feel very tired. You may find yourself bubbling over with anger or depression or sadness when there is no “reason” for it. Others may react to you differently; you may even seem invisible to others. You might feel lost and directionless. All of these things could be going on for a long time or not at all or for a short period of time. They all have to do with your ascensional shifting.

Of course, there are other things you could be feeling like feeling very amped up, even when you’re tired. You could feel stress due to the release of old patterns, especially if you try to keep things the same as they always have been. If you feel depressed, often this is the grief that comes up when you release a lot of the old. You might experience panic. This occurs when the separate ego is unsure of the future. Therefore, Trust is essential, as is staying in the Moment so you can consciously choose your next step; one that is aligned with how you want to feel.

Do remind yourself that you are not powerless. Any vulnerability helps you keep your Heart open, so if you protect yourself from “hurt,” stop. No-one can hurt you. And besides, if you do feel hurt by someone, surely there is a message for you within that “hurt” and you most likely carry victim energy. It’s an illusion that anyone can do anything to you or make you feel a certain way. Your eating patterns may shift too, so listen to your body. It may ask for things you have decided are not healthy. For instance, if you have rules about eating vegan or vegetarian only, make sure you are not doing it because someone said it’s the right thing to do or you do it to feel better than meat-eaters. Make sure you are choosing freely. Your body will guide you. All food is Light and there are no rules in the New. You may have certain pains or vibrations in different parts of your physicality. These may be adjusting energies as well as a release of emotional or physical toxins. Don’t judge it as good or bad; it simply is. Some of the pain can be in your spine. This makes sense, as most of your chakras are located along your spine and it is where your Kundalini is located and rises. You could also have skin eruptions, Heart phenomena, digestive issues, headaches…or not. It just depends on where you are in your Ascension/Transformation.

I could go on about how your body is shifting; only you know how you are experiencing the physical, emotional and mental shifts. You need not compare your process with others, for your path is uniquely your own. Suffice it to say that the electromagnetic fields are shifting higher, which affects us and the Earth. And they affect our consciousness, which affects all areas of life. Christ energy is infusing us and the Earth and this increases our vibration even more; it affects all our chakras and aura and some may feel a rising of their Kundalini, as it spirals upward through the chakras.

The high vibrational energies flow into the Pineal Chakra, then travel down the many Ka channels that flow through the aura. Then this Light flows into your cells and DNA, uplifting all of who you are into the higher realms of you. Do you see how everything is interrelated? Not only are we One with all of life; our bodies are One with the higher frequencies and dimensions.

As we receive more and more Light, the lower frequencies are transformed. However, this isn’t automatic; we must do our part by taking Responsibility for all our choices. Through Light downloads, our current DNA is replaced by New DNA, so we don’t just supplant the New with the old. The New DNA holds the crystalline consciousness. You know what crystalline consciousness is, don’t you? Visualize a crystal; it is clear and it is multidimensional and holds its own vibration and consciousness. Do you see how we are becoming this? We are becoming clear channels of Source; with new perceptions, new ways of being and new potentials.

Do know without doubt that the New Earth Grid is anchored as is our New Body Grid. All that is required is for us to hold a high frequency and weave our own consciousness and Soul Essences into both grids. This requires each of us to keep our vibration high and clear without the drag of the old 3D duality. Light downloads not only infuse us, but Gaia as well, through the New grids. It helps to merge with Soul/Highest Self, as things become easier when you do; they flow. Each of us brings with us our original Home Dimension, which we deposit into the New Earth Grid. This is not all done in a second; it takes one step at a time, for when we are slow and do things with intention and purpose, we build a strong foundation to which the New is anchored. This gives us a sense of Balance and Stability.

Continue to be the observer as you evolve and trust that no matter how things look, all is evolving according to Soul Plan.

Ongoing Upgrades – 15-Jul-2017


So much is happening! Our cells, DNA and all that we are is accelerating. This brings up all that is notLove. These can be attachments to the old, to others and anything that you think is true, yet isn’t. (Illusions.) Our physical bodies are especially feeling this upgrade. This, of course, is absolutely aligned with all we have released mentally and emotionally, as all our bodies are one unit. When experiencing something in the physical, many may label this as “illness;” yet it is important to shift focus from illness to Wholeness. We are wholing and not healing. We are not fixing what is broken; we are evolving all our bodies to be congruent with our Souls. We are not merely restructuring; we are creating anew. Restructuring indicates that we are re-turning to something. We are not returning; we are creating. We are much like the Butterfly. The Butterfly isn’t just a caterpillar with wings. In the chrysalis (Christ Consciousness) stage, the entire caterpillar is broken down and from this mush state, new DNA is created. This new DNA thus manifests the Butterfly. And isn’t this what we’ve been doing?

Pay attention to the details while you also honor the big picture. This requires you to stay present. It is only when your attention is not in the Now Moment that details get lost. While you take care of the details (taking care of what is in life to take care of), life is smoother and allows you to focus on the Truth, which is Love, Joy, Ease, Peace and all the Soul Essences. As we focus on the greater Truth, we create the New World, along with creating our New Selves; for what is the New World? It is an expression of us.

Many may feel as though receiving attunements by others handles everything so they can just sit back and let someone else be responsible. We are sovereign beings. Being sovereign means it is up to each one of us to rise in consciousness in our own way, as guided. It takes doing our own work and agreeing to receive our own attunements from Soul/Source. No-one  can do this for us. You may also feel as though what you’ve always tried and what used to work, no longer does. I speak of different modalitiesor tools or practices that use to serve, yet you have transcended many of them (if not all). Let go of what you have known in the past, even if it means you remain empty for a while. Focus on an Essence you want to feel (Joy, Love, Peace, Wholeness, Abundance, etc.). Pay attention to your own Inspiration/Guidance. Take full Responsibility for your choices; be in your Power as a creative being of Light.

We are each evolving into and as a new phase of Ascension (whatever you’re ready for). Much in your life will feel so old and so removed from who you are now. Do not try to fit the old you into the New you. It just doesn’t work. In fact, it will feel quite uncomfortable. You simply do not belong in the old. You may not be quite in the New either; yet, let it be O.K. to be in the chrysalis stage of birth.

This new phase of Ascension is a new level of mastery as a powerful creator. Ask this question: “Who am I as I evolve and what am I creating?” (Remember that if there is any darkness or old still within, it will emerge.) Know and trust that you always have a choice as to what to let go of and what you choose to create. Review your current life to see if there are some themes still in place. Remember that there is always a gift of Awareness in even the most painful circumstance (of course, pain is a perception). How do you want to feel? Let go of what, where, who, how and when. In what life event does Joy bubble up from within you?

What is the difference between judging and choosing? Judging separates; choosing is an Awareness that a person or belief does not resonate with you any longer. Sometimes choosing may feel like judging. If this occurs, go within and ask your Highest Self what is true. We can accept others as they are and still choose not to be in their world. The choice is always ours.

Is there a difference between Inspiration and Guidance? No. It comes from your same Highest Self/Source.

We are conceived of Love. I speak not necessarily of our Earth parents or ancestors, but of Source. We are conceived by Source Love. Our Earthly parents and ancestors merely brought us through to experience life. They chose to do this, as we chose them as parents. They helped us evolve by infusing us with the lessons we chose to transform in any given life. We are Divine; this is truly who we are. As we Know this with every breath and heartbeat, we realize that no-one outside of ourselves can love and approve of us more than our true parent: Source/God/Soul.

I have shared before how we have one download of high vibrational energy after the other. This trend continues. Right when we have finished one powerful phase, we are prepped for the next one. While many speak of the upcoming Earth changes; I have no idea; for I stay in the Moment. As we go, so goes the Earth. As we honor and allow our own Ascension, the Earth follows, for Gaia is an expression of us. The Blue Beings of Sirius, generally speaking, are guiding us through this next phase of Ascension…They basically are holding the doors open for us. I love working with them, although they are quite serious. I sometimes call them the Serious Sirians, and then we all laugh. They are much more serious than the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, who are so much fun and light. It doesn’t matter who you resonate with; yet do know that your main guide is your Soul; you! If you do choose to work with a group of high dimensional beings, please know they must be invited; for those of the higher dimensions are not allowed to interfere with our Free Will.

As we observe our lives without attachment, we see so much is transforming (death and birth). This includes ideas we have had and concepts we have held dear. Make room for the New; if something indicates it doesn’t belong anymore, let it go. Let Love take its place. Love has its own ideas as to what forms will present themselves. We cannot control this, yet we can choose how we want to feel. Let yourself be in a Void of Faith; empty, yet full of potential. When the forms arrive, don’t attach to them, for once again, they will shift; just as we continue to shift. As our consciousness evolves so the forms shift. As our High Heart and High Mind become One, we continue to evolve and the shifts continue. This is truly a wild ride and it takes one who is willing to detach and flow to be O.K. with all of this. In the old, we had certain structures to hold onto; it’s just the opposite in the New!

Creating the New (yes, we are the ones doing this) takes being aware so that each choice we make is congruent with our Integrity, Guidance and Knowing. It takes being aware when we get pulled back into the old so we can adjust our sails. Allow any emotion to come up, for this purifies you and then after the tears, focus on how you want to feel. State: “I AM Love;” “I AM Peace;” “I AM Trust;” “I AM Whole,” etc. Allow yourself to be guided by where you resonate. It can be as subtle as smelling a flower or as big an an Aha! about something in your life. Keep your eyes and Heart open and you will receive. We create through choosing and a choice is always a step that leads to another step that leads to another step and so forth. As a friend told me once, “It’s like Frank Sinatra: do-be-do-be-do. Of course, Being comes first and then the doing. When we are Being, we receive Guidance/Inspiration and then we take a step.

You may wonder if you’re not rooted in 3D, how can you be grounded? Think of grounding as being held between Heaven and Earth. As Earth ascends, Heaven is on Earth. Nature grounds us, because Heaven is in Nature. You can be grounded in your Heart as well and you can be grounded to Source/Soul. When you focus on a Soul Essence, you are grounded. You ground that essence within you. Think of grounding as Integration. Yes, we are the conduits of Heaven and Earth. Heaven is not a place; it is consciousness.

Trust that you are supported in all your choices. You are loved beyond any expectations you might have, for you are Love!
