The message I am being clearly given, is that Planet Earth is now moving at rapid pace from the 5th into the 7th dimensional state, and is shaking off the 3D, and the shackles and bonds, and whatever is still trying to keep the 3D in place is being broken apart and is being released.

This is not just going to happen in one go but over a period and it is busy happening in the highest degrees.

The 3D has to dissolve, move out and all who held humanity in that state, by Divine Command.

It is bringing forth an immense cleaving open to the very core, of our heart and soul, as we need to be aware, that the old life and the old way of life is disintegrating.
There is no going back anymore.

The dimensional changes are happening through the open heart center, and thus through the highest states of pure, unconditional love.

We are in the midst of the Fires of Purification sweeping the planet. We are in the middle of the sweeping changes, even though it may seem no-thing is happening, it is all happening and on multiple levels and fronts.

Therefore, we will feel ourselves going through intense inner changes, as the upgrading is at accelerated pace. Allow this to sweep through you.

Remember that even relationships are going through these intense changes.

Humanity is waking up in the highest degrees, and thus the ones who woke up before, now need to assist the rest, but know that the greatest of all assistance, lies within yourself, as you stay firmly anchored in your soul mission and purpose and stay absolutely focused on the highest path, your Calling – no matter what is happening in and around you!

Keep going WITHIN for guidance, and clarification and be firmly anchored in the Divine and Higher Soul Self.

The Negative Ego is now dissolving. It has no place anymore in the higher dimensions.
Keep the faith, keep walking the path of truth and integrity with love.

So much of the old paradigm will now come up and will try to regain ground – but its days are gone. Its time has passed. It cannot hold form anymore, no matter what is tries to conjure up.

We are being surrounded by the Divine and all the Cosmic Helpers at this time, in an unprecedented manner. Such has never happened before, for even the Universal Powers are here now.

Yes, it will feel as if you are on a roller coaster ride. Yes, it will feel as if you are being cleaved open, and yes, it will be confusing at times.

Keep focused! Keep disciplined! Keep up the cleansing and clearing and use the Violet Fires.

This is time when we are all being prepared to move rapidly and at accelerated pace with Mother Earth from the 5th into the 7th, and it is going to take some doing, but we will get there!

Keep the heart open no matter what!

Indeed, rejoice! For the New Golden Age is here, the foundations are being laid!

A new life!

A new beginning!

Old Timelines Are Coming to the Fore ~ May 10, 2020

My Higher Guidance has been telling me this for years, and I have shared it time and again: – The old 3D will disintegrate and all that holds that frequency, for it cannot hold form anymore in the much higher vibratory frequency of the 5D!

It is happening now and extremely fast!

We cannot take anything of the 3D with us into the 5D, and therefore the very foundations are shaking and will keep on shaking, until 3D disintegrates, shatters and is dissolved completely!

We are in the middle of it!

I had to go through this when I awakened and followed the highest calling of my soul. My old life, and old way of life, has literally disintegrated at the core and there is nothing left of it!

What is more I do not miss it and I never want it back!

It has been replaced with a much higher frequency life, as I have learnt to step ever higher in consciousness and thus daily work on getting my energy fields ever higher and higher, so that I can navigate my way into the higher dimensions, with the help of the Divine the Cosmic Hierarchy.

It wise at this time, to shut out everything, and let the outside world disintegrate and be shaken. Do what you need to do, within YOURSELF. Forgiveness is the key in the highest degrees.

Move into your Higher Soul Self, and stay firmly anchored in the Divine and your own Higher Guidance. The Divine has decreed that the Earth and all humanity will ascend and thus we have cosmic support in immensely powerful ways, as even the Universal Forces have gathered here, with the Intergalactic ones, as well hosts and hosts of Angels, Archangels and the whole Cosmic Hierarchy! Great Motherships are surrounding the earth.

We are not alone and indeed never were!

This is a time of transition, transformation, rebirth as the Phoenix is rising from ashes. The New Golden Age has already started. It is here!

The greatest service you can do for yourself and others, is to become quiet and still and go deep within. Keep on doing the inner cleansing and releasing of all Past Life Timelines, all old ancestral baggage, all the false programming, the false agendas, the lies, and whatever else is there blocking you from stepping into your own highest soul mastery and more and more into the 5th Dimensional state.

This is your own soul journey.

You cannot piggy back anyone into this, you can merely stay firmly anchored in your own higher soul self, and show them the way.

Yet, the good news is that the very same time, this moment, the Rainbow Tribes are gathering, the like-minded souls, those who have worked towards this for millennia and they are now stepping to the fore in leadership roles to lift the rest of humanity through the wormhole and lift them into the 5D.

Allow the disintegration.

Allow the transition.

Allow the old to fall away.

The 3D has served its purpose!

The 5D has begun in earnest and is escalating in vibrational frequency and we need to keep up with the drastic frequency changes, and that is a full time job!

Open your heart, for it is through the open heart center and unconditional love, that you will gain access into the 5D and rise ever higher.

This is PURIFICATION in the highest degrees as the 3D is now put through the Fires of Purification and Disintegration, and the Waters of Life are cleansing and purifying and doing the rest.

Immense upgrades are happening.

All has been in an immense gestation period and with this immense spiritual growth will now spurt forth as never seen before.

Know that all will be churned up that you now need to forgive, let go of as Timelines need to closed off.

Indeed the Timelines are merging: past, present and future.

It is a time of immense inner cleansing and clearing, as well as outer.

Things will just come up which has lain deeply buried, and now being exposed, so that it can be dissolved, dismantled, transmuted as the New Golden Age has already risen and is rising.

We are now truly in the 5D, and with it a massive and intense rebirth for all of us.
A new and higher form of life and living is being forged into being, and it is accelerating at an enormous pace. We are literally being lifted out of our 3D comfort zones and into a much higher vibratory life and lifestyle. The 3D applications and forms and structures just will not function in the 5D, unless they raise their vibrations to a much higher level.
It is time when you are being stretched to move beyond anything which has been before.

If you do not allow yourself to be stretched, you will not be able to navigate in the 5D, mainly because most of you is still stuck in the 3D and the sluggish existence there. This happens every time you allow the collective fear programming and old 3D structures to pull you back down.

You do not wish to go back through the wormhole into the 3D do you? I do not!
Once one has been stretched and allow the greater rebirth to occur on all levels and constantly work to keep your energy fields crystal clear and clean, and constantly work on all emotional baggage and negative karmic issues to be resolved and dissolved, you will become lighter, brighter, balanced and in greater harmony with all-that-is.
Note, that everyone does this at his or her own pace. Not one single soul is the same, and within the greater circle of life, everyone slots in where they need to slot in, and thus everyone functions within the greater whole.

Yet, note the circle ever spirals up and up and there are many tiers of existence and dimensional states within such a spiraling circle. Each tier is of a much higher vibratory frequency as one evolves up and up and up.

I love the spiral, for it reminds me constantly of the circle and spiral and how all of Creation is constantly evolving. No-thing is ever stagnant. The minute something stagnates it will die, for it is not allowing itself to be revamped, reinvented, reborn.

Yet, there are moments of absolute stillness in life, moments when one needs to be quiet and still, and allow the gestation of the new seed of life to sprout from deep within. These moments of quietude and stillness, just Beingness, allow us to breathe deeply, to connect more profoundly with the Divine, and all that is! These moments are as much as blessing, as when forward thrusts suddenly happen and we are pushed into greater expansion and expanded Beingness!

Embrace this time – for in the next few months, we are going to be pushed into accelerated ascension as never before! This will escalate until 2032 and we need to be able to keep up with the enormous pace.

Yet, know that you are never left alone.

The whole cosmos is gathered here, on galactic and Universal levels now. We are being helped in enormous degrees. All you need do, is ask for help, and if your intentions are pure, it will be given.

We are now being called upon to truly look deep within and allow our heart centers to expand even more, for the ascension goes through the expanded heart, and through the Power of Unconditional Love, for self and others.

Open your heart and soul to ever greater levels of love and being loved, and allow yourself to expand in all directions.

This planet was never made for shrinking violets – it was made for brave and pure souls, who will give it their all to lift humanity through this time and become powerful Beacons of Love, Wisdom and Light for others, and for all forms of life on planetary and galactic levels.

Grow into your greatness and grow into the highest truth of your soul and being. Follow the calling and purpose of your soul – and allow yourself to step ever more fully into the highest possible service to the Divine, with great love!

There is an accelerated shift now the energies are sky high.

During my early morning meditation, I was told that intense upgrades are happening to our Pineal and Pituitary Glands, as well as the Hidden Nectar cup, which sits just behind our little tongue.


The Pineal gland emits and absorbs light and keeps us in Divine Harmony.

The Pituitary is the gland of eternal life.

The energy upgrades are working with our throat chakra and thus the Thyroid gland, which governs our metabolism and thus our power center. It literally means that we need to step into our full power as a soul and learn to voice and express and share what is there deep within us!

This is activating the psychic abilities, as our heart centers open wider, and the thymus gland gets more fully activated. This is indeed where there sacred cup, the sacred Grail lies, when all these centers are fully activated and we can step fully into our 5th dimensional Son and Daughtership of the Divine.

The thymus gland governs the immune system and when we strengthen this gland our immune system strengthens and our resistance to dis-ease.

I work with the Higher Mahatma energy every morning, and this in turn works with all the glands in the body, and fills them with the Higher Mahatma light, which then activates the cells within them.

The Mahatma is a high frequency energy, also known as the Avatar of Synthesis, which helps to build the Antakarana (Lightbridge) to the Divine. It is the highest energy than can be accessed by humans at present and accelerates the path to ascension a thousand fold.

It is made up of the group consciousness of the 12 rays and other vast cosmic beings, including Buddha and the Spirit of Peace and Equilibrium, which formed to assist humanity. It is pure golden white light.

It is stepped down from the Divine though your soul group, so that you can receive the perfect amount of energy you can utilize.

It flows through the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to earth, breaking up hard crystalline though forms and emotional patterns.

It balances and re-energizes the glands, which keep us youthful, governs the immune system and balances metabolism.

It builds the Light Body and accelerates your ascension process.

You can invoke it by simply repeating this 3 times:“I invite and invoke a deep penetration of the Mahatma energy into my entire energy system, so that I can be of greater service to the Divine.”
