Energy Update ~ Huge Upgrades, Big DNA Changes ~ Dec. 2, 2016

We had an M class flare today. These are big time DNA changers and the codes coming in were huge. I was with a client today when I started vibrating and freezing. Usually I can hold them off till I’m done working, not today. After the download today, my sinuses started running, detoxing themselves. Major cleanses happening.

These can make you float out of the body, so first step is grounding into your body, getting your consciousness all the way to the tip of your toes. Feel every part of the body. From this place then ground into the crystal core of the earth if you feel called too. Not everyone does feel that grounding into the earth is right in this now. Trust you!

Epsom salt baths and grounding crystals like tiger iron can help you stay in the body. I find caffeine can make things worse for me, but each person is different.

Body aches, deep bone aches and teeth aches are common. Feels like you are coming down with the flu. If your body calls for rest, the best thing to do is honor it.

Dreams can be intense with these energies swirling. Do your best not to attach to what you see or experience.

Walking in Your Empowerment ~ Nov. 25, 2016

The other day as I was waking I saw very clearly in my mind a metal circular door, with lots of markings. I found myself standing in front of it and as I stood there waiting for it to open I heard clearly “put your hand on it”. Laughing to myself and feeling a little silly, I placed my hand in the smooth spot and the doors opened. I stood there surprised and a little in shock as I realized I was looking into an observation deck of a ship. I walked in and was happy to see my highest aspect looking out the vast windows. She beckoned me over and I looked out the window at the beautiful earth below and was just amazed at the sheer number of ships in the sky.

I asked her if the ships were there for a mass landing as I had seen a few posts saying that landings were imminent. She shook her head and told me no, that a mass landing would bring about fear, panic, and utter chaos. None of which is beneficial in helping people to break free of the control matrix. She did say however, that more and more contact is being made, but on an individual and group basis. This can come in dreams, meditations, and journeying. That people need to simply open up to receiving and put away their logical mind which can interfere with contact. The minute you say “I’m imagining this” or ”It’s not real.” the experience ends. I tell my clients who do this to tell their thinking mind that they are playing when they go into meditation, because giving yourself permission to play can help stop the logical mind from judging the experience.

As we were talking, Sananda and a few other Ascended Masters entered the room. They explained to me that we are in a critical time. Too many are getting lost in the “Savior” stories. That the belief that ships will descend to save us is no different than the belief in the Christian rapture. Both of those stories are designed to take the responsibility of fixing our lives out of our own hands. The deep truth is that only we can save ourselves. We must each do what it takes to save ourselves, whatever that means for us. Another part of the “savior” stories that we have been playing out is the belief that we can save another. Too many are martyring themselves trying to save another at great expense to themselves. It was explained that we cannot change another, but we can be the example. We can show a different way, but we must honor each person’s individual choice. Sananda also explained that each person is being tested during these times. Can we hold our light in the face of chaos and adversity? Can we come from a place of non-judgement and by doing so, truly be the example?

The most important thing they explained to me is that each person must walk in their own power, their own sovereignty. To become the walking master means to understand at the core that YOU are the one that affects your life the most. YOU are the creator of your own destiny. To think that another has control over your life is to give your power away. Can we in the face of reality crumbling maintain the focus on our own growth, our own mastery? They explained that it has never been more important to empower ourselves to be the highest version of self in every moment.

There was an urgency to this message. Things are going to continue to unfold, truths exposed that have the potential to trigger great outrage within us and the collective. It is up to each us to remain centered, balanced, and loving. It is up to each of us to continue on the path of remembering who we are as the world wakes from a long deep sleep.

At the end of the meeting, I was told that there were body upgrades coming that would require us to rest more and to use every tool that we have learned to move through the next phases. I returned from this incredible meeting to find myself knocked down for a few days with the upgrades so intense they reminded me of what I experienced in 2014. This time however, I knew that on the other side of the stomach pains (explosions), body aches and shivers would be a huge jump in frequency and greater clarity.

Energy Update ~ Coming Home by Jenny Schiltz ~ October 6, 2016

It has been a while since I blogged an energy update because I have been so deep in the changes myself. It really is an extraordinary time of not only physical changes but profound changes in how we think of the world and ourselves. It has been said many times that this time period is the time in which truth comes to light. Most of the time when I have seen this reference it is followed by upcoming revelations within the government, pharmaceuticals, and corruption throughout the world. Yet, that negates what is truly happening with the energies. We are being shown the truth deep within ourselves. We are being exposed completely. All that we thought we understood, our very foundation is being rattled. Our shadow, our inner child will no longer stay in the back ground, it is rising up to show us our patterns, where we have limited ourselves and where we still hold deep pain. No longer can we minimize our experiences because they have had such a huge impact. This is not to say that we need to rehash them or relive them, it is to simply say – it is time the truth arises.

When I say the words, the shadow must come to light, I almost want to roll my own eyes and say “I’ve done shadow work, I have embraced myself.” Yet, through all the work, I know in my heart that I am now exploring another level. When we first begin this journey we start to look at who we are, our light and our dark sides and at times the mood swings seem to take us to either end of the spectrum. Each swing is showing us how light we can be and also just how much is hidden.

As we look into both sides of the spectrum, we begin to accept our light and also our darkness. We begin to heal. It is not that the light overcomes the shadow, it is simply that we learn to love all parts of ourselves. What was hidden, is now being loved and accepted and integrated into the whole.

As we merge more with our light and our shadow, the mood swings become fewer. Yet when they do occur, we seem to go deeper and deeper. Exploring the deepest recesses of our subconscious and where the beliefs, pattering and programming were created.

What arises does not come up just for you to know it is there but for you to see where it has affected you, conditioned you, and held you back. “The truth shall set you free” has so much meaning right now. Our job is to look at what we are being shown, see not the event (s) but to see what beliefs we created or adopted and how it has impacts us in this now. Once it is realized, we can then overwrite it.

Healing ourselves, making ourselves whole is a process and we are only shown what we are ready to heal now. It is not a one shot deal. The goal is to heal ourselves, integrate the shadow and the light; love each part of ourselves completely so that we are the walking embodiment of our soul essence.

With the accelerated timeline now anchored in, there is a push for us to see our shadow, love it, and embrace it. Then we can begin to rewrite the patterns by choosing different, by seeing the faulty logic that created them.

For many during these energy blasts there are moments of pure bliss, of feeling connected. We get a taste of that higher light and where we are headed and it feels wonderful. As you progress on this journey the times and duration in which you flow in that frequency get much longer. What is difficult is dealing with the crash, the fall down into feeling sadness, despair or disconnection. I asked my highest aspect why we experience these dips and she explained that with each increase in light (frequency) all that cannot be sustained in that light must go. All of our shadow, our deep wounds come up, louder and louder, so that it can be resolved and balanced within.

Understand that for us to be our pure soul essence, completely embodied, all of our parts must merge back into our whole. Our shadow, inner child, soul pieces left behind and aspects of self. They must all be healed, reconciled and merged within. This is no small task and it takes tremendous time and effort to bring all of ourselves home. When we don’t take the time to do the inner child work, to dive into the recesses of our shadow or to find the soul pieces left behind it will become evident in our reality. We will be shown time and time again, in our relationships and inner dialog what our patterns and wounds are until you put all the pieces together.

Using sleep intentions have been a huge help for me. Each night I check in as I am going to sleep and let my guides know how I am doing physically, emotionally, mentally and what I need assistance with. It does not matter if you are able to hear them, know that they hear you. I began asking for assistance with bringing all my parts home, to be shown the pieces of the shadow that were buried deep, and what patterning and beliefs needed to go. It has been quite a journey, but one where I am actually understanding what needs to heal and how to heal it.

As you experience the beautiful energy coming in, allow it to you a world full of possibilities. As you then experience the dips, allow it to show you where you have created limitations and let them go. This energy is changing everything, not overnight, not in a blink of an eye, but moment by moment. You are coming home, home to you, your full essence, allow yourself to see what is not sustainable within you any longer.

I recently was led to see a childhood experience from a new light. I always suspected there was more to an invasive, inappropriate bath given to me by my uncle, but I did not allow myself to look deeper. When I did look deeper the more I was shown and understood. I realized that though the incident were out of my control, my 6 year old self felt quite differently. The child felt deep guilt, shame and a lack of trust. During a shamanic journey, I was shown that this child still lived feeling this profound pain and did not think it was worthy of being part of me now. The guide I call ‘grandmother’ brought this child to me during a journey and when I looked into her large brown eyes, her pain was palatable. She hung her head in shame. I grabbed and held her, stroked her hair and told her the truth – the truth was that she had no reason to feel shame, nor guilt and that she could trust me, us. That I forgave her for whatever she felt she needed forgiven for, but that she didn’t have anything to be forgiven for. She was loved and had done nothing wrong. She looked into my eyes and sensing that I meant it, gave me a smile. I saw her then meld into my heart chakra becoming part of me again. The grandmother told me that it was my job to make sure the child felt save, loved and secure. I decided to write on my bathroom mirror as a reminder “You are loved, you are safe, and you can trust you”. I say it out loud every time I see it, allowing it to sink to my core and comfort the child. The other day I woke and saw so clearly within my mind a little blonde haired girl happily jump roping while singing “Miss Mary Black, Black, Black, All dressed in black…” I smiled and thought… I’m home.

Sananda ~ Incredible Opportunity Ahead by Jenny Schiltz ~ September 19, 2016

It is important that you understand what an amazing time period you are living through. This is the time period when all of your lives, your lessons, and growth achieved come into one final culmination. For those that have chosen to ascend this is your graduation time. What graduation means for each person will look and feel different. Yet, the premise for each soul is the same. It is during this lifetime that you will remove all that impedes you from embodying your soul on earth. It is in this beautiful merging that you will understand the reason for your incarnations on earth and everything that you have gained.

At this moment, the accelerated timeline is anchored into your world and this allows each of you access to it. With the approaching equinox, you each have the opportunity to leave behind the old and walk into the new. It is for this reason that so many of you have been experiencing deep releasing of the physical and emotional. It is coming forth for you to see it, feel it and choose to leave it in the past. While this may feel overwhelming and you may be at a loss on how to let go and move beyond what was, the answer is quite simple. When you are feeling burdened by your fears, your past, or your patterns, sit and ask your heart chakra to open to its fullest. Ask that you receive all the love that source has to offer and that this love help you to release all that is not stable within you. Allow this love to fill you completely and in doing so, show you the way. For there is only one way to the New Earth, only one path to Ascension and that is being and resonating with the same frequency of love that Source gives you. As you do this more and more, you will find that all else trivial, all else is divisive, that the only truth is within this great feeling of unconditional love. This is not to say that there is only one path to feeling this source energy, for there are many and judgement of another’s path will only lead you away from your own.

We are asking that each of you suspend the beliefs on how you think this transition will be. As each of you are creating your own realities so too do you create your own limitations and disappointments. When you allow yourself to be in the flow of source energy, with all expectations removed, that is when you will be in amazement of all that will come to you. When you have created within your mind an acceptable version of reality, of how things should proceed, you may then take yourself from the flow of creation energies and experience disappointment. Allow all to unfold in its own timing with deep trust and patience.

It is the linear, analytical mind that envisions a path and how things should appear. Yet it is within the heart that true creation flows. Many feel deep frustration because they have a sense of where they should be and what they should be doing and with this glimmer of a potential future they create a plan. When things do not flow in that linear fashion they then go into fear and doubt, halting the flow. It is much easier for those that are feeling a calling to simply allow what will to unfold before them. They may take steps to obtain their vision but they must remain open to all that comes, in this way you are allowing yourself to be dazzled by the beauty of it all.

It is understanding that even if you are feeling stuck, unable to create change in your life, that indeed you are right where you are meant to be. It is in these moments of uncertainty that much is learned. It is in these moments that one truly understands what trusting in divine timing means. It is understanding that finding joy and peace within in all circumstances is walking the path of a master.

We ask you to not only let go of all the layers within that keep you from embodying your highest aspect fully, but that you let go of all expectations. This is how you will best utilize the energies that are streaming into your planet. These energies will change all, how much depends on each person. Yet, many will look back to this time as the catalyst that changed everything for your world.

It is a great honor that we are able to walk side by side with you on this journey.

Q & A with Sananda

Me: When you were talking about not limiting your path with expectations it brought to mind what happened with the purchase of my house. Once I finally decided to buy a house I received the information that it would be fall time frame when I would find the right house. I received it not only from my highest aspect, but from another intuitive soul as well. I was fine with that time frame. Three weeks later my husband came home with a business card for a house that needed repair. We went and met with the owner who then bankrolled the repairs, while my husband did the work. Once it was loan ready, we started the process of buying it. There were moments when I thought – this is the wrong house because this is April and the info I received was October. I decided to sit with the energy of the house and trusted that it was put in our path for a reason and went for it. I am so glad I did.

Sananda: Yes, when one trusts and allows you will find that you receive exactly what you need. It is the thinking that things must go in a 1, 2, 3, 4 sequence, not realizing that it is in the detour that what you really wanted is found.

Me: You said that the equinox will be a time that many are able to anchor in the accelerated timelines into their own lives. Is it the only time?

Sananda: No, the timeline is available whenever someone is ready for that push. However, the energies of the equinox and the wave of frequencies that many call the Third Wave of Ascension will help many more to anchor in the frequencies. It is an incredible opportunity.

Me: I am seeing where people had things going smooth and now they are falling apart. It has left many feeling lost, confused, and thinking they have taken steps backwards.

Sananda: Yes, many are feeling the great shift of a higher timeline as their higher selves are pushing them in different directions. For many this push to the new is only seen by the dissolving of the old that will no longer be viable in the higher timeline. It may feel uncomfortable, but that is because it is going through the filters of expectation. If one can see each change as positive, even when things appear to fall apart, it will allow the transition to be much smoother.

Me: There is so much information out there regarding the third wave and the higher dimensions. Some of the information contradicts itself. It can be overwhelming.

Sananda: When you are observing and taking in information from your heart space, you will be able to feel immediately what does not resonate within your being. Understand that what resonates for one may not resonate for another, it is up to each person to determine their truth.

Me: I was told by my guidance team that I allow too much into my reality, that I need to filter more. When I inquired what they meant, they explained that I allow too much in through social media (I don’t watch the news). I find that I am having a hard time balancing wanting to be socially conscious and limiting what I allow in.

Sananda: Yes, it is best for sensitive souls to limit their exposure. What you must understand is that if it is meant to be in your field it will be shown to you. For example you may be exposed to homeless or animals that are lost or stray needing assistance. These you can help, one being at a time. Do not underestimate what acts of kindness can do. Furthermore, you may go to the store and in conversation learn of a situation in your world that causes you to think. Understand that it is you who created this scenario, you who brought it into your energetic field for your growth. When information comes to you through your media, it allows too much in at once and this disrupts your balance within.

Me: That helps. My highest aspect explained that I already know that there are wars, terrorist, corruption, crime, rape, animal, environmental and child abuse so then why do I need to dive into them. That I needed to understand that I could send these groups healing and love from my open heart chakra and this would help greatly. However, if I read a story on animal abuse and then send love, it wouldn’t be at the same frequency because part of my heart chakra would have shut down. So I will send love and healing and do what I can with what is in front of me.

Sananda: You will find that this greatly reduces anxiety and fear allowing you to utilize the higher energies much easier.

Me: Many are really blown away by the physical symptoms. Some are tired, some wired and can’t sleep. Some are having chronic conditions flair up and some are experiencing weight gain. My scalp and face have been tingling with the energies. I am finding I am either totally exhausted or have tons of ideas coming. Dreams are intense too.

Sananda: This is all part of you physical form adjusting to the light codes that are coming into the earth. You will find that you are not experiencing as much discomfort as you once did and for a much shorter duration. Your body is accommodating the higher frequencies much easier.

Me: Yes, that is true. I was lying in bed, resting but my back and hips were hurting. I said out loud “I give my full permission for these energies to change every part of me” I felt this giant expansion and then the pain released from my back and hips. I didn’t even realize I had resistance.

Sananda: Yes, many have resistance they are unaware of on a conscious level just as many are unaware that giving permission helps to release it.

Me: I was working with Metatron and a client asked why the weight gain and he said that the weight gain is the body responding to one holding the soul more and more in form. That the body will regulate as long as we don’t attach to it.

Sananda: It is a physical manifestation of the expansion taking place within each person. When one attaches emotion to it, it shows where there is dissonance within to loving oneself in all states and shapes.

Me: Thank you, I have talked your ear off.

So many are wanting to know when this energy is going to let up. I wish I had an easy answer but the truth is that it is not. What will change is how it makes you feel. Your body will adjust to these higher frequencies as soon as it is able. Solar flares use to knock me down causing serious headaches and nausea but now I can feel them, but no longer suffer the adverse side effects. My body now knows how to assimilate the codes at a much faster and efficient rate.

The energies at this moment are what some are calling “Resurrection” energies because they are designed to help you bring forth your absolute highest self in this Now. None of this is finite because we don’t stop changing and evolving. We will continue to move through our layers, beliefs and thoughts that are simply not in alignment with who we are. Who you are now, is not who you were and it is not who you are becoming.

The frequency and intensity of the energies coming into earth are simply astounding. We have never experienced such a rush of light that is helping us undo all the programing and filters that comes with life on earth. So much is changing and rapidly that many are finding themselves cocooning, needing quiet and meditation as this process goes even deeper.

This is a time of rebirth, of letting go of all that no longer serves you. It is the time of choice, do you continue to do what you have always done or do you let go and step into the new? What this rebirth looks and feels like is different depending on where you are in this process.

For some they are at a crossroads. They are being shown their patterns erent outcomesand are being asked to choose consciously a different reaction, a different way of being. This can be confusing because to continue as you have before may look to be the easiest path with the doors wide open; while the new path does not seem as clear and is defiantly harder. This is the universe making sure you are really ready for change and that you have learned all you can from the previous patterns. Choosing a new, unfamiliar path can be scary and unsettling yet it is your way of telling your higher self you are ready for different outcomes. Once you take the steps to change, the universe will open doors for you that you never thought possible.

Others are undergoing the integration of their highest aspect in these moments. In order to do this, all that keeps you trapped (ego) in the lower emotions of fear, worry, doubt, anger and suffering must be released. Every time you see the purpose, your growth and are able to forgive self and others, the ego’s control is lessened. There is much density that is released during this process and you may feel emotions rise up that you are unable to place. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is coming up and for however long it takes to work through it. It is ok to feel sad, angry, or just plain miserable. Understand that there is a reason behind it (we do not need to know what it is) and that as soon as it is time for it to leave it will. It is our wanting control of the situation that creates resistance within and it causes the situation or feeling to stay even longer. Just let go and allow.

Some of the first wavers and way showers are working on the integration of their SOLAR aspect. Many of the grid keepers are moving into this phase, but not all will choose this level of integration. The Solar integration allows one to merge with source and receive codes that activate all around him/her changing everything around them. This is completely stepping into the unknown as it a huge leap of faith. All within you that keeps you from stepping into your full power must leave. You can no longer doubt your self-worth or your place in the universe.

Each of these phases are challenging mentally, emotionally & physically. Through all of this we are working on healing timelines and past lives. You may experience this in dreams or in a lucid state. I can tell when I am integrating a timeline when upon waking I see thousands of faces and places spin past my third eye. Dreams are particularly vivid right now as well. You may be experiencing dreams with known people in your life, but in situations that don’t match who they are too you. For example, you could dream of being a child in school feeling humiliated by the teacher who looks like your Uncle Bob. Don’t place as much emphasis on the “who” in the dream but rather the feelings evoked and how it affects you now. Some are having dreams of meeting their tribe and helping team in astral and getting glimpses of who they truly are. These are wonderful confirmations that help you to remember and reconnect with your soul.

The physical impact of this stage cannot be denied. The exhaustion is a sign that your body is doing deep work on a cellular level as you clear density and integrate more light into your form. Many are experiencing cold and flu symptoms. Density and old cellular memory can be found throughout our bodies and the clearing of this might look like the stomach flu, chest colds, and sinus problems. Some are experiencing a resurgence of chronic health issues such as autoimmune flair ups. Allow yourself all the rest that you need and trust that all is happening in your highest good. Making sure you are eating as pure as possible and getting enough water will help you through this process. Now is the time to listen to the body and not force anything upon it. One day you may find that you are excessively hungry and the next day the thought of anything but pineapple juice makes you ill. There are no right or wrong answers here. When you feel that you cannot possibly go on or that you keep revisiting the same issue again and again… give it over to God. Surrender and ask for help to work through a particular issue. Ask that your perception be changed, the lesson clarified, and that you feel peace even in situations that cannot be changed.

Dizzy spells and vertigo are common as we assimilate the higher energetics. Dehydration and low blood sugar make this much worse. Honor the body when it feels unstable and make sure you keep yourself safe from falls. Another huge aspect of this transition is the brain fog feeling. It forces us to focus on one thing at a time in order to accomplish it properly. As you find yourself having to focus and be present completely you will see that the time for multi-tasking is over. There is much greater efficiency in being fully present, engaged and focused. As our society has reduced its attention span over the years, this feels foreign but also very freeing. It is ok to slow down and not do everything or be everything for everyone. You will find that your interactions with others in a fully aware state are much more fulfilling, even healing.

This is not an easy process and I’m told the integration will last a few more weeks. Then we begin the task of understanding and utilizing all that has changed within. Take the time to pamper yourself. Many find relief in hot baths, energy work, acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage. Spending time in nature and doing whatever makes you happy are important ways to move through this energy without feeling like you are drowning. Take care to clean and protect your aura and energy field, particularly upon waking. Ask the angels to assist you in this, they will gladly help. Part of walking in your power is being able to manage your energy field.
