Energy Update ~ Schumann Resonance is Hitting a New High! ~ May 9, 2017

The energy is really pounding right now and the Schumann Resonance is hitting a new high… a whopping 120!

For those whose bodies thrive on these higher frequencies – it becomes a time of action. A time of creation. Ideas come flooding in. If this is you, be sure to write down what you receive and make a plan to do. For others this new high can be quite brutal. Insomnia, exhaustion, headaches, feeling foggy & spacey. Some feel deep joint aches as well.

I compare it to altitude sickness, the body hasn’t quite adjusted to your new location so it gets dizzy, confused, tired, irritable and sore. Headaches can be massive. It becomes dehydrated and loses essential minerals as it struggles to acclimate. The only cure is time, water, and replenishing essential minerals (salt (sea or Himalayan), magnesium, potassium even vitamin C & D).

The biggest issue many have with these intense frequency upgrades is the inability to stay grounded. If you are not fully in your body, you could roll in mud and still not be grounded. Take a moment and plant yourself firmly in your body. Close your eyes and say “I ground myself fully into my body now, from my head to my toes.” then bring your consciousness down to the tip of your big toe, feel it. From this space you can then ground into the earth if that works best for you. I am finding I center much better by dropping into my heart space and feeling it swell with love and gratitude.

These energy spikes can also cause intense emotions to rise. Though uncomfortable, it’s a really good thing – we have to see what is not compatible in the higher frequencies. Once you see it, then it’s time to get to work healing, forgiving and reconciling whatever it is. Owning whatever it is within us, (the good, bad and the ugly) and loving ourselves in spite of it brings deeper levels of healing and letting go. Our deep, dark hidden parts will get louder and louder until we bring them to the light of love. Love is the only way to transform anything as it is who we are at our core… all else is simply part of the human experience. It is now time to go beyond and return to our natural state of being.

Hang in there, be gentle with yourself and others. We are all feeling this rise in resonance and not all handle it well. Understanding and compassion for self and others will go a long way. Sending you all love. ❤

You Have The Power to Shift All Around You ~ May , 2017

So much is shifting in us with this energy. Not only is it creating deep, intense clearings but it is also asking us to step up in our power. Many are finding that as they clear away all the things that no longer serve that it has paved the way for new abilities, greater clarity and intuition to come through. Many are also finding themselves in new or expanded roles.

Recently I went to the hot springs to soak in the healing waters, but was disappointed because the water felt tired, worn out. I didn’t know if it was because it was spring break and the place was crowded or if the waters were simply tired of clearing our crap. I suspected the latter. I told my husband that we needed to return later in the evening when the place would be much quieter as I wanted to do a water blessing. Later I went into a quiet pool and connected with the water, sending her love and source energy. I could feel the energy shift particularly as I sent gratitude for her service and what she has done to help so many. Just then an American Indian appeared before me and I assumed it was an earth bound spirit but the energy was different. He began asking me what I was doing and when I explained he wanted to know how I knew to do this. As we talked he asked me if I was dead and surprised I said – no, I thought you were dead. He looked just as shocked as me as he found himself surrounded by two other American Indians. As they looked at me and discussed the fact that I wasn’t dead, the area behind them opened up and I saw the energetic trail to a time long ago.

To my surprise I saw that somehow I had become part of a shamanic ceremony, one in which the participants were journeying to the future to see what was to come of the healing waters they had known and loved. They just happened to connect to me as I was connecting to the water in ceremony. The shaman in charge of the ceremony asked me a few questions about what was to come and how best to support the waters. What I realized in that moment is that we have considerable power to change all that is. We have the ability to change all that is around us by simply connecting and shifting the energy. We have the ability to go forwards and backwards in time as it is simply a spiral and give and receive information to help us expand.

The entire purpose of ascension is to become the living, breathing embodiment of your soul while still in the body. This requires that you become empowered and truly see the effect that you have all around you. Much of our world and the systems (education, government, medical, religion etc.) in it are designed to dis-empower us. Part of our return to self is to consciously realize the impact we have on all around us. The energies and the universe (your soul) are conspiring to bring you just the right circumstances to show you where you feel disempowered and the discord this unnatural state causes.

With the realization that ALL is from source with the only distinction being the amount of disconnection each being holds, you begin to realize just how potent source energy is to awakening one to who they truly are. Often this realization hits a person and they want to awaken the whole world by sharing their truth. Unfortunately, this is not always met with welcoming acceptance, but rather like a mule sitting on its butt refusing to move. This then breeds further disempowerment and the energy of not being heard or seen. What is required is a softer approach, one without judgement or attachment. While a person may not want to discuss enlighten and ascension, they may experience a shift if you make the intention that every person that comes in contact with your aura feels the unconditional love of source in their life. By intention and focus alone, you can make that a reality. While there will be a few that do not respond well to the energy emanating off of you, understand that even in their uncomfortableness – seeds are being planted. Imagine the impact if everywhere you went you placed the intention that everyone who walks through the door feels loved and received healing. I personally place a gold waterfall on the doorway of places I go and am amazed at the energy shift that has taken place when I return there a few months later.

We are not powerless beings, we have just forgotten how powerful we truly are. We have forgotten how this world works because we have been told something different over and over again. This universe, your universe can be transformed through love and intent. Two simple and very powerful tools.

Understand that right now we are being shown our deepest seated patterns. The things that we have done over and over again that hold us back from being the walking masters we are. As these are being shown to us, it is an opportunity to do, say, and be different then we have before. The moment we choose not to go down that well-traveled path of similar reaction, we begin to rewrite the codes hidden deep within our form. This rewriting then triggers deep release from our tissues allowing us to see from a new perspective and heal the wounds that caused the initial patterning. This rewriting is not done in one moment as the pattern didn’t develop in one moment, but each time we choose to act outside our comfort zone, we create a new path, a new way that opens so many new doors.

I was working with my highest aspect in regards to a deep seated program of avoiding conflict and I told her I was struggling. She said “You do not struggle. You are releasing. You have already done the hardest part: seeing what needs to be released.” This put things into perspective for me and I share in the hope that it assists you as well.

Physically, where each of us is in this process differs. Some are feeling great and others can barely get off the couch. Part of what we are experiencing is a rise in the Schumann Resonance. As this frequency rises everything on our planet must rise with it. This means that we must undergo a recalibration of our entire body systems particularly the brain. What this means physically is that many are experiencing headaches, fatigue, muscle and joint aches and a flare up of chronic conditions. I asked my team how I could tell the difference between when I am experiencing physical upgrades or when I am simply feeling emotions trying to release from my form. Their answer was simple: It depends on the emotions being felt. In other words if your body is aching and you are exhausted but your spirits are high, then it is simply a physical upgrade. However if you are feeling deep anxiety, fear, sadness, anger etc. as well as the body aches, this can point to the need to look at where these emotions have set up in the body and the need to clear them.

I hope that this message finds you well. I have been deep in process and find myself in awe at the transformation and the abilities opening up. As much as we may wish it, this process isn’t going to slow for quite some time, yet as we release and physically adjust it will feel much more stable. Be easy on yourself and give yourself all the time, love and space you need to go through this transformation. Much love to you all. ❤ ❤ ❤

Connecting to The New Grid ~ A Balance of Divine Feminine & Masculine Energies ~ March 4, 2017

I wanted to share with you an experience that I had recently in the hopes that it shines a light on what is taking place for some of us. I say some of us, because we are all at different stages and if this does not feel that it pertains to you in this moment, you may find that it will in the future. I asked my team if it were appropriate to share this experience and was told yes, that it helps to open the door of possibility for others. Every day it is becoming clearer that the only thing that limits us is our ability or inability to see the possibilities.

I woke the other morning feeling off, not quite grounded, not quite sure of what my next steps could be or where I would even find the next step. With these thoughts, anxiety bloomed through my system and I could feel the fight vs flight reaction kick in. So I relaxed myself, went into a meditative state and as often happens I found myself pulled into session with my Ascension team. Understand, that what I see may be different than what another sees as we each must interpret through our own filters.

First I was shown the earth and the new grid that surrounds her now. To me the grid looks pink, much like a rose quartz crystal. It radiates peace, love and a beautiful balance between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine. I have noticed this grid for quite a while, I have been seeing it get stronger and stronger as more and more energies not only help support it but anchor it into this reality. I have on many occasions tapped into this grid with an open heart and have been overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of it and the love I received. The main difference I saw in this moment was how much clearer and stronger it looked. It simply glowed and pulsed with life.

I continued looking at it to see what else may have changed when they drew my attention to my body. I then saw my body in its entirety as if there were two of me there, one observing and the one standing there, love our multidimensional abilities! As I looked at my body, I noticed a line of green in my lower back area, this was then ripped out of my form. (Thankfully I felt nothing). Then I saw a blue grid covering about 15% of my body, it was incomplete as if lots of pieces had been removed before. This too was ripped from my form. Then I saw a yellow grid and this one covered about 25% my body, from my waist down my left leg. Again it was ripped from my form. I stood there a little shocked and confused, not understanding. My team then smiled and said “connect with the new energy grid”. As I connected and allowed the incredible love to pour into my heart charka I saw my entire being light up, the pink grid was now inside of me, a part of me. I then began to understand, our job is to anchor it in to ourselves, WE ARE THE GRID OF THE NEW EARTH.

I then started to question what had been removed from my form. The green line was the last remnant of the 3rd dimensional grid, I found it interesting that it was in my lower back, a point of injury. It contained my limiting beliefs on my back and its ability to heal. The blue grid removed from my body was 4D thoughts and beliefs that were still lingering and holding me back. I then questioned about the yellow grid and was told that it held 5D and higher frequencies. This was confusing to me as I didn’t understand why this would be removed and why it was only half there to begin with. They explained that the grid in my form held distorted beliefs and possible timelines that did not match the frequencies of the new earth. They also explained that the more I expanded and embodied my soul, the more this grid naturally dismantled itself, as I no longer carried the energies that match it. This grid held all the misinformation we have been told about how the New Earth would be, how it would look, how the people will act…when I think about how much info has been given on this and how many times it has changed, I totally got it. This grid also held the distortion carried over from this and past lifetimes that we must sacrifice in order to obtain enlightenment. That we must lose all we hold dear as some of us have done in previous incarnations. This grid also carried with it the “rules” of ascension which has given birth to the spiritual ego and is simply an extension of duality. So, while this grid carried a beautiful higher vibration, it was tainted by the lower frequencies and the limiting thoughts and beliefs carried over. This distorted 5D grid did not allow for full possibilities of existence.

We are all being asked to let go of these limiting beliefs, the duality, and the fear. The New Earth is here, it is accessible, it is us who must bring it into our form and anchor it in. We must also let go of the belief that it is a destination to be had, when in fact it is a vibration. We must let go of the belief that we & the earth will be saved by someone outside of us. It is us who will save the earth by accessing our unlimited potential to heal ourselves and our world by simply embodying our soul and anchoring source light here and now. We have gotten glimpses of the potential to heal with studies such as Dr. Emoto’s water experiments. We have been told over and over again that if we really understood our full potential as creator beings that nothing could harm us. It is time to walk in that knowledge, to really see ourselves for who we are.

I talked with my team and asked my human questions about whether I would still experience moments of uncertainty and doubt. Would everything always flow perfectly? I received a smile and was told that what I was asking for is perfection (as I viewed it) and perfection does not allow for continued soul growth. It was explained to me that while there may still be bumps in the road, I would be shown very quickly and clearly where a choice was not leading me in the right direction. That anything I attempted that contained the energy of sacrifice or lack would quickly fall apart as it cannot stand in the higher energies. That as long as I stayed observant and in my heart, that I would be shown things so that I could move beyond them and continue my soul growth. The thought that life on the New Earth would be perfect is part of the distortion that had to be removed. Instead, we are being asked to see that all is working as it should for our soul growth. Simply put, just because you graduated school, doesn’t mean that you stop growing and learning, it is just in a different way, a new platform.

We are being asked again and again to love ourselves and others as we love Source. To see that we cannot proclaim oneness if there is still us vs them, the awakened vs the asleep, the light vs the dark alive within us. We cannot anchor in the New Earth grid into our being if we still hold onto these limiting thoughts. We also cannot anchor in the New Earth grid if we are not loving ourselves completely which means not allowing others to take us for granted or playing the game of wanting to be liked by all. It is being very comfortable with boundaries and that you can love others unconditionally from afar if need be. It is understanding that another’s perception of you will always go through their filters and it is not your job to change them. It is knowing that when you walk fully into your heart centered power that you will change all around you. Instead of your vibration lowering near others, you then create a doorway, a pathway for another to follow- if they choose, simply by being you.

The human mind struggles with duality. It struggles with the thought that one must allow each to awaken in their own time, especially those we love dearly. When these thoughts and fears arise, open your heart and feel the truth… it is all working as it should. Relax into it and allow. Below is a video that addresses how to move beyond duality.

I hope that my sharing my experience helps you to move beyond the limitations that we have created within. Ask your team for help and give full permission with removing what no longer serves you. Energy Update ~ Energies Are Pushing Us to Go Beyond ~ Feb. 11, 2017

The energy is really coming in. We are having celestial events that help ramp up the energy, but there is more to it. There is a huge push with this energy. It is testing us to see if we are ready to move forward, to leave the old programming behind. Can we trust where we are going enough to let go of the old?

Like all things this energy is multifaceted. There is a component that is still dredging up all of our stuff. It is asking us to really see the ways that we don’t love ourselves, the ways that we have compromised self, and the ways that we have not honored ourselves. For some this will come up as negative thoughts about self while for others it will be played out in the daily interactions. Observance is required so that we can see what is being shown without getting lost in the emotions of it. Writing your thoughts can help you to see the patterns that are bubbling up.

With all that is coming up within the collective to be healed, some are feeling overwhelmed by the emotions swirling around. These can be quite deep and feel like a never ending cavern if we allow ourselves to sink into it. Again it is important to observe what is triggering you. These can be clues to what needs to be healed within you from your many incarnations, on this planet and others.

This energy is also asking if we still feel the need to sacrifice for others, to be the martyr. This includes not allowing ourselves to be in joy. Understand that this sacrifice is old paradigm, we do not have to sacrifice anything to walk in our power. It is understanding that we are the creator of our own reality and that by mastering our reality we help others to do the same with theirs. What we have to keep in mind is that each person is experiencing exactly what they need for their soul growth. This does not mean that we do not have compassion and assist where needed, but it does mean that we are not to sacrifice self in order to do this. There is a reason that they tell families on a plane that in the event of an emergency, the parent needs to put their mask on first. A passed out parent is not going to be able to assist their children. This is even more important if you are living a life of service.

Yet even through all this deep work we are doing their is an air of excitement. Ideas are streaming in as the energy allows us to tap in the universal flow. Take note of what thoughts come up, the ideas and how you feel about them. Do they bring you excitement? If so, these are what you follow. This also allows us to take a look at the things we are focusing on right now and to gauge if they bring the same level of excitement.

Physically, we are receiving huge upgrades. The Schumann resonance is steady rising and all must adjust within. The Schumann frequencies are the vibration of the earth and as they rise so to must all life on earth. I have needed to be very still the past few days. Many are experiencing colds, flu like symptoms and intense body aches. I recently took a decongestant that sent my body for a loop and showed me that my upgrading body is becoming even more sensitive. What use to work may no longer and we how we define things may change as well. Our job is to go with the flow and not attach to anything.

Exhaustion is common, but rest can even be busy. Dreams and lucid dreams are common. These can be clearing type dreams or these can be visitations. Some are reporting new interactions and being shown new places while in meditation or dreams. Allow yourself to tap into the higher realms and explore. It’s also a perfect time to connect to the higher crystalline grid surrounding the earth. When you connect and infuse the grid with love, it helps to anchor it into your being.

Allow yourself the time you need to rest, heal and integrate all that you are. We are being tested and the training wheels are off. Can we look deep into ourselves, see what needs healed and do it with love? Can we love all around us even when we are amazed by the unconscious acts of others? Can we put ourselves first, understanding that we do not have to recreate the old paradigm of sacrifice? Can we break free of all the limitations that we believe exist? In talking with my highest aspect she told me so clearly that the only limits that exist are within the limits of my imagination. It made me realize that even when I allow myself to create and dream of what can be, it has been within parameters. So I have decided to allow myself to dream and believe in the seemingly impossible and I hope you do too.

The energies that have been streaming in since the third week of December are really doing some serious work within us. They are pulling up long hidden, deep fears and anxieties. Here is an energy update explaining what is happening followed by a channeling from the Venusian Council.

Channeling text:

We are the Venusian Council. We come to you to give information on what is taking place within your planet. The energies have changed, there is an ebb and flow to them that does not match anything that you have previously received. Understand that you have been here before, many of you. Those who have lived during the Atlantean times cellularly remember this space. You know deep within that you have been here before, for some of you this brings about fear and discord. For others, it brings excitement. We want you to understand that you are not your cellular memory and while it has been beneficial throughout your many lives to keep this recording, it is no longer so. For those who feel fear, who fear that there is doom and that there is imminent demise currently taking place, it is simply because you have been here before. There have been many attempts, some successful, for the human to ascend, to walk the narrow path that lead to other dimensions, other frequencies. There are those who have felt these energies before and were not able to complete the task. For them, these energies are painful reminders. However, you must know that this time, there will be no mistakes. While there will be changes that are the result of the elevated frequency on your planet, know that humanity will not be done for. There will not be a reset.

So we ask you to see our energies, to feel them as a sign that you are on your way. That as a whole, humanity is changing. You will come to a point where you will feel within a shift, and the fear will leave, for your cells will not have a reference point for anything beyond. This point is where you will walk into the shoes of the creator. For this point it will be your choice, how you feel, how you act and how you receive. We recommend that you speak to your cells, your form. Explain that you understand where the feelings are coming from, but that the form is safe. For some of you who are feeling anger, guilt, remorse, and frustration, we ask you to tap into these energies and release them. Know that at the time of Atlantis there was much discord, there was much frustration, similar to how many of you have also felt in this time. However, things have been put into place to not allow annihilation of the human race.
So you must trust that this time will be different. You have a choice as these energies flood into your planet more and more, as your children are born carrying these frequencies, you have a choice to embrace the love that is being offered.

The hope that is being offered or should you choose you may allow yourself to sink into what was. Allow your heart to open, allow it to be full. Allow your eyes to see the new possibilities, for they are all around you. It is important to anchor the energies in through you, this can be done very easily with intention. Intend to bring these energies through your form, deep into the foundation of the earth, without fear, but with joy and gratitude. For this marks a very important phase in the development of the ascending human. For as these frequencies surround your planet and as they anchor in and change all that is, it creates a greater ability for your soul to descend upon you. Consider it a meeting ground, for as you rise to match these frequencies, your soul is able to lower to match them as well. This is a blessed union and this is what changes everything.
