High Vibe Energies Are Supporting Personal and Global Disclosure ~ June 4, 2017

The waters are receding. The image I was given in mediation today was of each of us being an island whose waters are receding back to reveal more and more of the land mass beneath it. The waters are the veil of amnesia and forgetfulness and unconsciousness that we chose, as a collective consciousness, to place over ourselves. We became like individual islands, or believed that we were, creating an isolated and separate experience of reality. When actually, as we move into 5D frequencies more and more, we remember that we are ALL connected as one, like a piece of land that has no ending or gaps or drop offs. We remember that there is nothing actually separating us from each other and it was only an illusion to feel that we were.

As the waters recede, you have more access to remember, feel, and connect with our soul legacy or what I call our ‘Metasoul line’. Because time in higher dimensions is not linear, you are invited to feel that rather than past lives, you are a fractal from a higher frequency Metasoul source with many projections off this source living out in different ‘eras of time’, dimensions, and even planets. You can gain great information about yourself by connecting with your ‘Metasoul brothers or sisters’ and working toward mutual healing together. In my experience of this conscious connection process with myself and offering this with others, karmic patterns and even very deep soul legacy play outs can be healed in a quantum way with complete resolution and integration.

As the waters recede, you also have more sense of the deeper woundings that been suppressed in your emotional body. In the past, your emotional body may have been largely subconscious to you with awareness coming only in moments of emotional reactivity, crisis, or turmoil. The fluidity of bridging to your emotional body becomes possible through connecting with aspects or parts of you that have solidified into ‘stuck’ frequencies or energies due to undigested emotions. Some of these parts express as the Inner Protector, Inner Matriarch and Patriarch, Inner Child, and many more. This is the ground that we hold space for in exploration during session space in SoulFullHeart as well.

So MUCH of our 3D world has run on deception, manipulation, deceit, lack of transparency, and non-vulnerability. So much of its manifestation has been fed by fear. These lower vibrational frequencies only sustain when we are disconnected from our soul bigness, our higher heart, our sense of Oneness connection, and our connection with Divine Source. They have ‘ruled our world’ because they were meant to for a phase of time, for the phase of ‘Dark Ages’ that we all signed up to experience, as these energies needed to be purged from humanity’s collective unconscious. We have been collectively experiencing a Dark Night Of The Soul, even as many of us are waking up into a Light Day Of The Soul phase as our next Now.

Your ability to hide much of anything from yourself and from others is greatly being challenged by the influxes of love and light waves flowing in from the Divine. The light invites you to illuminate what has been in shadow within you and bring it into your awareness and consciousness. The PURE love invites you to embrace what has been previously judged, suppressed, and resisted within you to heal the fear-based frequencies INside and transmute them into love.

Affairs of ANY kind become impossible with the high vibrational frequencies that are being offered to us now. Withholding becomes unappealing as the truth wants to just burst through your opening heart and your expanding soul. Self deception and deception of others runs out of ground inside you as the cost to the heart and soul is too great. The games that you could previously play with others (especially those in your birth family) are no longer interesting to you.

This seems to be mostly felt on a personal level in this phase, yet it does feel like it will be a more global experience as well and that it is already in process. Disclosure is happening more and more of the 3D matrix control system that has been in place and the lower frequency energies of deceit and deception that have kept it running. Many Star BEings previously polarized to fear-based frequencies (commonly called Archons) are leaving Gaia and choosing either to BE in love or to BE in fear somewhere else. Much shadow will be coming to ‘light’ and some of it will be potentially very distressing to emotionally digest, especially for those souls who are still very attached and ‘fused’ to 3D consciousness. Some people will not ‘survive’ this disclosure phase and choose instead to leave Gaia and their bodies.

The more that a personal disclosure has been occurring in your life through the awakening process, the less it will impact you as the global disclosure occurs. The more transparent you have been in your own life, the less it will affect you as the lack of transparency on a collective level is revealed. The more you have let go of 3D conditioning and lifestyle, the less it will rumble through your world when some of the 3D systems collapse. The more you have energized and chosen a love-based life for yourself, so this higher timeline will unfold for you.

Surrendering into the process of personal disclosure is where your empowerment is, rather than focusing too much on the global play outs. Going within to explore the inner terrain that is being revealed to you offers the most opportunity for growth. Surrendering to the bigger container of Divine love that is holding the process allows you to go within, leading with courage the exploration of this new inner landscape that is being revealed to you. You become like an explorer then, seeking out the next and the next NEW terrain inside. You invite then others to do and BE this WITH you as you connect to the Oneness energies of Infinite Love for which we are all connected and BElong and ARE, where withholding anything is ultimately impossible!

Birthing a New You as The Old Collapses ~ May 31, 2017

It feels like a labor process is going on for Humanity as a collective and on an individual basis too with tightness, pain, and birth contractions, then bursts of joy, relief, soul bigness expression, and love. This is a messy process, as all births are……it can be like riding an edge of near devastating loss WHILE experiencing opening vistas of deepening love for self and with others. Letting go while you are letting in and the seemingly paradoxical feelings that come up from the emotional body as this is navigated.

There is a necessary gestation period, a necessary cocooning, within the awakening process. This is a time of growing and learning, becoming more aware and conscious about 3D life and the limits it has placed on your consciousness. This may happen mostly on a mental level for a phase of time, where you are finding new resources offering a picture that is an expansion beyond what you have been conditioned to believe about reality from your 3D cultural indoctrination called ‘School.” Your curiosity grows as your mind expands into the Infinite Possibilities that arise when the ceiling of five sense perception is lifted.

Then, your awakening moves into more personal grounds as your desires to end suffering and experience more love grow. There is much at stake then, in a deeply personal way, as the old timelines begin to collapse and new ones come into BEing that are fueled by your heart and soul desires for a life of authenticity, service to love, and BEing YOU.

What is at stake is the reality that parts of you have created and the rumbling caused by the question of, “Is this an expression of my soul or is it not?” What is at stake are relationships and whether they will go deeper into arising grounds of soul, heart, and mind connection or whether they will complete. What is at stake are previous means of livelihood that required you to shrink your soul reason and purpose for BEing here. What is at stake is comfortable geographies and living situations that keep you hooked into frequencies that you are outgrowing as a soul.

It, then, is a phase of letting go, as you feel what has been previously comfortable and safe begins to feel more and more confining to your Soul Self. The energies being offered by Divine Source are wanting to facilitate the birthing of the NEW you and the letting go of the OLD in ALL areas of life. This invitation is meant to manifest for you in a REAL and tangible way……in the physical, in the mental, in the emotional, in the spiritual, in the financial, in the environmental areas of your life. What has been put into or related to from a compartment becomes flooded by the catalytic waters of love. In this flood, you do not drown but rather learn to float, learn to surrender, learn to get used to the sensation of moving waters.

Your gestation period may be coming to completion. You are birthing a NEW you into a NEW world even while the OLD one may be collapsing around you. This can be a very intense experience and, in moments, can feel almost unbearable to navigate for parts of you as the world they have known is falling down. The sense of love with yourself, with others who are in soul resonance with you, and with the Divine offers support during this transition. Connecting and holding space for the reactions that come up in the emotional body allows for moving through and digestion. These love frequencies with self and others become the midwife of your butterfly self who has left the cocoon behind in order to soar the skies of a reality with Infinite Love possibilities!

Energy Update ~ Healing The Healer and Relationship Shifts ~ May 25, 2017

Increasing frequencies of love and light continue right now and have been strong over the last few days especially. They feel almost like a pounding into Gaia and into each of us, to whatever degree we can let them in. A pounding in a good way, like a thundering heart beat to pump more love blood to the souls that need it. The time lapse from desire to thought to manifestation is REALLY speeding up….especially if what you are desiring is based on your soul purpose to serve love here and connected to a genuine desire to heal. And, especially if this desire is coming from your higher self, sacred human self, embodying more and more your healing heart AND your healing soul.

Guidance from your higher self is more acute and obvious too….coming through a sense in the heart, feelings of soul resonance, dreams, visions, downloads, synchronistic events, other people, repeating number patterns, and important connections. You are being invited to internalize guidance more and to connect with it in a personal way, not just as ‘outside of you’ coming from a ‘higher source.’ You are being invited to feel how YOU are the higher source and the guidance is the remembrance of the wisdom you can download from the Divine whenever you want.

Those who seem to need these love frequencies the most right now are those that are meant to serve love, meant to lead, meant to be waySHOWers during the intense transition that we are undergoing right now from third dimensional reality to higher frequency reality experience with Gaia.

You may have already claimed your healing gifts in certain forms for awhile, perhaps as a Reiki healer or a card reader or a therapist. Yet, still, you may have been feeling restless too for awhile and wanting to serve MORE, to go deeper in your service with others and within yourself too. You may have a sense that you have ‘reached a ceiling’ in some ways related to your expression of service. Feelings of being tired as a practitioner, being weary of ‘going it alone’ as a healer/business owner (because that’s what it is even as it is a vocation), and sense of being ‘done’ with not having enough money either in the abundant way that you would like.

It feels like healers are being asked to go to their next level of embodiment of their most authentic self and to really engage in a process of ‘healing the healer’ in a profound way in order to step into their soul leadership in an emotionally mature way. The woundings that lie below in the emotional body cannot seem to be contained or put away by spiritual frequencies in the same way as they could in the past. These feelings come up to be felt, to be held, to be related with. This process can be about identifying when the ‘healer role’ has taken over, it maybe has become more strategic than authentic, and is blocking to some extent PURE love from coming through you to others. To feel when there is actually a guardedness and protectiveness inside of you, from a part of you (what we call and work with in SoulFullHeart as the ‘Soul Guardian’ or Inner Protector) that resists to lead from vulnerability and perhaps even transparency too. This can be an interesting ground to walk out during fourth dimensional explorations, dark night of the souls, complete reboots of your healing practices, or just very sudden shifts in what you are now drawn to offer and serve.

If you have not yet stepped into and claimed and expressed your soul gifts or service of love as your means of livelihood, the feelings of press around this will probably increase. The jobs and careers that you could previously tolerate connected to 3D reality are becoming more frustrating and your desires for soul expression increasing. The teachers you need or workshops or books or resources for expressing your soul gifts will come to you with ease and the money needed to pay for them as well. If it is to serve your highest expression of serving love, it will find support in your life. If not, it will probably be difficult and complicated until it is finally let go and moved on from.

This is possible in relationship as well. Those relationships that support your highest expression of serving love will have an ease to them, an unexplainable resonance, common ground, easy trust, good will, and mutual respect. Those based on ‘old’ grounds of karmic binds, codependent wounds, playouts between aspects of you, duty and obligation, fear….these relationships can become more complicated, more convoluted, and more conflictual until they probably just blow up, fade away, or arise into something much more nourishing. NONE of your relationships with family, friends, and mates will just remain the same….not if you are truly letting in and receiving the love and light energies that are coming in right now. If your SOUL is (even if parts of you may resist on another level), then the life as you currently know it IS going to shift and change as THAT is what LOVE does; that is what LIGHT does too.

That is the reminder and invitation to remember…that the shifts, changes, transitions, and transformations that are happening and will continue to happen (at probably an even faster rate) are being offered from a place of love FOR you and WITH you. If it doesn’t feel that way, that is probably a part of you that is resisting love or in fear about the next steps. You can be with and feel these aspects of you that are afraid, offering MORE love to them. Yet, you can continue to move forward into your expression of love and service of love as you experience more and more yourself AS love!

Energy Update ~ High Frequency Waves Invite Soul and Heart Claims on All Levels ~ May 19, 2017

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. 

These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. 

Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. 

Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. All of this will serve you as you navigate the love and light waves crashing into our shores during this VERY exciting transitional era in our sacred human embodiment experiment here with Gaia!

Embodying Sacred Feminine Frequencies ~ April 14, 2017

The sacred feminine, the divine feminine embodied, the woman living more and more from the place of fifth dimensional (and higher) consciousness….She can be a mystery, an arising question to live into more than about clear definitions or set answers. There is a sense that her energy invites and draws others as she serves love WITH in all areas of her life and in most moments. She lives from a sense of personal integrity and authenticity, having embraced her inner shadow with love and courage, and inspires others to BE the same. She leads with vulnerability, her strength coming from bringing what is real in her heart and soul. She invites others into a possible resonant ground that reflects a mutual truth possibility rather than contending or trying to prove that she is right. She is able to take action on what is necessary to be done in order to serve love as an expression of her soul purpose and connection to Divine Source.

The sense of what it IS to be an ascending and awakening human in female form seems to be a deepening, spiraling, non-linear process. There are curves and turns, offering the next layer of discovery or another ‘round’ of experiencing a pattern or loop repeating itself and offering another piece of our puzzle. As we awaken, and especially in the 4D transition phase, we may become less polarized in our gender expression as we burn away and let go of what is not who we really ARE in feminine expression but rather what we have been conditioned to be. We are invited to feel what is NOT actually authentic femininity, what seems to come instead from a wounded masculine expression or place of BEing or aspect inside of us.

Holding space for women and my own process around embodying my sacred femininity, healing the emotional body, awakening the soul, integrating karmic aspects from other lifetimes has offered me a higher perspective on the patterns and themes that often play out in this process. The word ‘sacred’ is important as a key marker of movement in this process is from being SCARED of the inner feminine to being SACRED with it….. holding it with an increasing sense of reverence and curiosity.

A key differentiation place in this process is to become conscious about the template we received from our birth mothers, other significant female caregivers, and birth sister(s) relationships. It can be very illuminating to ask the questions: What was the templating I received from my mother around what it means to be a woman? What templating did I receive from other female caregivers and from my sister(s) around what it means to be a woman? How does the energy and messages of this templating impact me now in all areas of my life? How does this energy express in my relationships?

Connecting with your ‘inner birth mother’ can lead to great healing and separation. A simple way to do this is to write a letter (and outloud during meditation too if you want) to your inner mother telling her how you experience her energy in her life and invite her to write back. You then begin a written dialogue together with you asking her questions about herself and discovering more about this energy that lives inside of you as you ‘took it in’ like a sponge your whole life. As you connect with your inner mother, you will begin to ‘defuse’ or separate from this energy, allowing for more objectivity about it and with more arising of your authentic essence. It may not be possible for you to embody your authentic or genuine frequency of femininity while in relationship with your mother and a phase of taking space from the relationship may be necessary to experience more clarity, perspective, and growth.

Another key aspect to the sacred feminine embodiment process can be connecting with wounded masculine energies that you have taken in and embodied. This can especially present itself in an inner protector aspect, a usually masculine feeling and looking energy that expresses as a guardedness and uses weapons of protection such as energetic shields, swords to jab and pierce (internally and toward others), etc. Negotiation with the inner protector allows for more authentic gender expression of femininity as this aspect often guards the inner feminine and conscious negotiation with it can lead to deeper embodiment and access.

Connecting with energies of the Divine Feminine in different frequencies as Ethereal guides provides a new templating to replace the ones you are letting go of. I have mainly experienced connection with Divine Feminine guides showing up in the energies and forms of Mother Mary, Magdalene, Kuan Yin, and Kali/Dark Mother. Experiencing these guides (and however She shows up for you) during meditation allows for an infusion of multidimensional yin frequencies of comfort, nurturing, creative alchemy, sisterhood, stillness, healthy sexuality, passion, desire, and much more. These frequencies serve as healing balm to the places inside that experienced the wounded feminine and still suffer around it.

Another aspect of embodying the inner feminine is connecting with and healing karmic and archetypal wounded feminine soul themes such as non-vulnerable priestess, pious nun, matriarch/queen, warrior, medicine woman, witch, and more. Karmic playouts can express in persecution wounding experiences (both as the persecuted and the persecutor) that greatly suppress or impact your ability to express your soul gifts as a woman teacher, way-shower, and healer, for example. Or another examples is feeling how sisterhood wounding or traumatic experiences from other lifetimes may influence your relationships with women now. The push away from or the surrender to patriarchy is a big one for most of us with ways that it energizes and plays out in the now and impacts our gender expression.

Embodying the sacred feminine is holding space for the emotional reactions and previously undigested emotional frequencies that come up from the emotional body during the awakening and ascending process. It is also making space for and surrendering to the ‘rumble’ of death and rebirth of the feminine that wants to move through your life and clear out what no longer serves you or serves love. Rebirth can only happen with death or with letting go. Letting go of frequencies that don’t match you anymore in all areas of your life, making changes at a rate and pace that is self loving WITH negotiation with parts of you if possible allows for the blooming of your inner feminine from a small seed to full, ever arising expression of your BEing in female form.
