Energy Update: Strong, Five-Day Planetary Wave Moved Through ~ December 6, 2019

Energy Update: The year-end, decade-end energies are amplifying along as we move closer to the 12/12 portal, winter SOULstice passage and upcoming solar eclipse on December 26. The Schumann/Gaia resonance has been relatively quiet recently and solar wind speeds have been normal with no geomagnetic storms, although some are forecasted for December 8th or 9th. However, I felt there was something going on in the cosmic energies and discovered that a five day planetary wave moved through recently creating some noctilucent clouds in New Zealand. Noctilucent clouds or night shining clouds, are tenuous cloud-like in the upper atmosphere of Gaia. They consist of ice crystals and are only visible during astronomical twilight.“Planetary waves are enormous ripples of temperature and pressure that form in Earth’s atmosphere in response to Coriolis forces. In this case, a 5-day planetary wave is boosting noctilucent clouds over Antarctica and causing them to spin outward to latitudes where NLCs are rarely seen,” according to spaceweather.com. We have been receiving strong amounts of cosmic rays to activate our DNA, even as the occurrences of Solar flares/flashes is low right now during this current solar minimum phase.A planetary wave feels like Gaia is shuddering, moving the energy through and around Her atmosphere. Similar to how Kundalini energy feels as it moves up and down your spine. With this shudder, we also have the opportunity to receive this energy into our auric fields, into every chakra, and to receive a boost of cosmic and galactic consciousness energies.You may be feeling the impacts of this planetary wave on your body, along with the other energies that are moving through as we complete this year and decade. What is Real Cannot Be Lost ~ Letting Go of 3D Relationships During Awakening ~ Oct. 16, 2017

Loss is an aspect of awakening. It is a consequence of awakening, of bringing in soul frequencies into your consciousness…of waking UP in new ways. Then, you are looking around your life with new eyes….seeing what fits your soul’s landscapes and what does not. You are feeling with new heart too what hurts and what feels enlivening.

Your criteria for what you want in your life in terms of relationships especially with family, friends, mates…. is rising as your higher self/soul consciousness reminds you of what you have known of unity consciousness. Convenience in relationships (and in life) is no longer enough….you are starting to want RESONANCE. You want to feel drawn, passionate, able to understand without words….just ‘get’ someone and them ‘get’ you. Convenience and safety is replaced by curiosity and desire for growth.

Without that soul values resonance, you feel the emptiness of what had replaced it in your relationships….often routine, ‘past’ connections and memories. These frequencies begin to feel like echoes of nourishment, of what could ONCE fill you up, and now feel too superficial or shallow to your awakening self. Your 3D self learns how to survive and even thrive on fumes of nourishment within relationships. You learn how to pretend crumbs are a full meal. Your Inner Protector forms protections, shield, defenses, and filters…all the armored gear that makes it possible to BE in 3D life.

As your 3D self opens up and enlightens UP and allows more actual feeling tones to be pushed up from your emotional body, the defenses lighten, the shields drop, and the armor melts away. Love creates a NEW criteria of wanting to be in relationships where less and less of this defense is even necessary and where you can be vulnerable, REAL, and transparent. Somehow, your soul kNOWS how to be this way even as your 3D self wasn’t trained or taught how to be. Your soul can help to hold the space for your 3D self to grow and change, to become emotionally mature, to eventually integrate into your higher self coming into your body.

Yet, as an important aspect of this new training, is the letting go by your 3D self of relationships that are based in the old frequencies of settling, shrinking, or conforming. Those that are about fitting into another else’s boxes or comfort zones in order for their 3D self to feel better. This means LOSS. This means upheaval. This means sometimes a terribly painful crucible of setting boundaries, advocating, and letting go if a resonant ground can’t be found. THIS aspect of spiritual awakening can bring such growth, especially for your 3D self, yet also it can be resisted hugely by it too.

What is REAL cannot really be lost. Those relationships that may wear the setting, stage, and place of 3D yet are actually based in soul frequencies will reveal themselves as such. They will ‘come along’ with you on your journey in beautifully surprising ways. I have experienced that myself with my daughter Raianna and my ex-husband Gabriel. We began in 3D relating and spent many years there, yet…in the now and for years, we have been on the awakening path together, sharing the SoulFullHeart process way of navigating it specifically, and finding ever arising new grounds of connection through this journey. I had to ‘let go’ of both of them for phases of time as they chose to be in 3D life and I was awakening into my soul purpose, gifts, and consciousness. I let go of relating with them, even as I felt great love for them. I waited with open heart and, eventually, they ‘came back’ with none of us feeling like we are compromising anything or shrinking or not being ourselves.

Trusting that what is real cannot be lost, even if it is gone from your life temporarily, allows for love to arise anew. Love for YOU becomes your primary focus. And those souls that join you in this focus form the new, nourishing relationships that may wear the same ‘skins’ yet energetically are very different….now in a place where love can flow between you with much less barrier, resistance, and blocks. Now in a place where love can BE the common ground between you and not anything less than that.

Heavenly Energies Invite You to Feel Your Heaven Within ~ August 6, 2017

Heaven is Now. Heaven is within you. It lives in the capacity of your every moment to experience it AS heaven. It lives in the potential to experience yourself AS heaven. It lives in the choice points of love over fear which bring this heaven frequency into your consciousness with your every loving choice.

Feeling what is your heaven and what is NOT and making choices toward your heaven is the process of ascension. The heaven energies are inviting you to this feeling ground place in all your bodies (emotional, spiritual, energy, social, physical). As you let these heavenly energies IN, you are moved into visceral experience of what lives inside you that doesn’t resonate to this heaven. You are face to face and heart to heart with what has been necessarily lower, denser, and needed to put on to fit in with the ‘less than’ heavens all around you.

I live in heaven as now for ALL of my moments. Even those that are painful or difficult are not less than heaven because I bring them into the heaven of my heart and LOVE them as such…..and they move eventually into heaven frequency with that love. My painful or raw feelings (and aspects) don’t ‘bring me into hell’ because I choose to hold space for them and feel them and BE with them as my heavenly self. Because I embrace these energies as beloved parts of myself and honor my emotional body AS deeply as all my other bodies, there is no resistance to BEing with these frequencies. There is no fear in me toward them and so no push away toward them.

Resistance, push away, fear, shut down, numbing, diverting, edgy or angsty without feeling the true vulnerable source underneath of the PAIN is a version of human hell. You create this hell when you don’t bring your heaven essence into feeling it ALL. When parts of you disconnect and block you from being with your own feelings, this is a kind of hell too as you are disconnected from your own heaven source. It doesn’t matter what is going on outside of you related to this heaven or hell sense as it ALL originates from within and is filtered from within.

Many souls could be ‘dropped into’ my life and may find it much less than heaven. Some of the conditions in it may not work for them or parts of them at all or they just cannot let in the love and intimacy frequencies that I experience inside of myself, with my beloved sacred union with Raphael, within community, with others that I serve as teacher/guide. They cannot let in the heaven of it or see or experience it that way because they cannot feel that about themselves.

This happened recently actually with a soul who chose to come here to live near us in community and then could only see and experience it as a ‘living hell’ even as it is OUR heaven. Parts of her could not bridge the gap between the 3D and 4D frequencies from inside and in her emotional body to create and experience a heaven here with others vibrating in higher self love and love with other 5D frequencies. She had to ‘go back home’ to where it felt more comfortable to parts of her, return to frequencies she had become more used to even as her soul and higher self were consciously very unhappy in this ‘hell’. This was a sacred choice for her on her journey and we ‘let her go into it’ even as we hold an open invitation for her (without lowering our own frequencies to ‘save’ her) to resonate and BE with us in the future when/if she is desirous to.

As you find and BE in your heaven within more first, you find that can take that anywhere with you and in any situation that you are in. You draw more heavenly situations and outside reality as you live this more inside and as you make choices related to relationships, geography, soul purpose expression that reflects this heaven inside. If you experience hell or frustration or unhappiness or lack in your outer world, so this is a reflection of this going on in your inner world and esp. sourced in your emotional body.

These heaven energies coming in through this current Lion/Lioness Portal and eclipses is inviting you into your inner heaven. They offer a taste and experience of heaven frequencies. They really are….even as they invite you to feel the hell inside in response to them. This is the aspect of the journey that just IS and what you signed up for as a soul here. Your higher self coming into your body more and more trusts this and kNOWs that it can only come in more as you surrender to this process as you let in more and more of the heavenly love that you already ARE!

Message From Lemuria ~ Your Heaven is Within ~ July 29, 2017

“Your heaven is within. Mine is here too, in this now, in my heart, in my body, in my soul. I can share it with you and, as I do, we ARE heaven together and creating this as our experience together of life.

Life doesn’t create the experience yet, rather, you create your experience of life. Isn’t this wonderful that you can dial this in to BEcome this more? It is easy to forget this in the world you live in, that you choose to experience fuzzy signal INside of your inner heaven so that you would focus outside you.

As you return to your Heaven within frequency, you experience heaven on the outside. The two vibrate in unity rather than in dissonance. This is the natural way….the animals live and know this, you can learn from them in this. Dolphins ride the waves and the waters ride them too….they are in synch and the water is not ‘doing anything to them’ other than BEing with them in synergy and flow.

You are more like the dolphin then you realize sometimes and in your ‘with each other’ consciousness too can you become more like a pod of dolphins swimming together….without words, without contentions, in harmony together as you glide in the waters of life within community.

Your heaven is within. Seek it there and you will find it, discover it, and can never really ‘lose it’. Share this heaven within and others get to join you as they find theirs from within too.”

This is a message from Lemuria…Mu…BEloved Mother Land….feels like the most wonderful tropical vacation EVER to be there. Access to Mu is available in the Now, as it is not an ‘ancient civilization’ yet rather a vibrational frequency that is currently accessible. Going there could be a part of your journey to feel your heaven within. Ask your guides to ‘take you there’ during meditation and see what you feel and discover.

There is so much trust in the Lemurian people…… even as they ‘know’ that their world as they know it is on a collapsing timeline. Connecting with my Mu aspect named Rae-Na (wise woman to her people), I am imbibed with the frequencies of this trust….just complete relaxation into the unknown, even if it brings necessary death.

Mu offers us a template for a civilization that is in profound transition and how to respond to that with love and trust. Rae-Na also offered to me that they are creating vast cities underground to ‘go’ when the surface world collapses. This is their alchemical response to change….and all are coming together to ‘make’ this happen.

I believe there is a wonderful template here for us in this now age as we navigate the same kind of potentially life shifting transitions from 3D to 5D with potential collapse or at least dramatic shiftings in our industrial infrastructures. It seems that this is why Lemuria is coming through so much stronger for so many right now and why the veils are thinning in our visceral feeling of it as being in the ‘now’ and not in the past so we can tap into this wonderful energy and allow it to infuse us with hope, possibilities and love.

Going Through Death and Rebirth During This Great Shift ~ July 9, 2017


Jelelle Awen – As Gaia ascends and raises the vibrational frequency of Her grids from 3D to transitional 4D and into 5D and higher, we are invited to ‘come along’ with Her during this Great Shift. Our capacity is LIT up at our most leading edges of BEing and the seed of our sacred human is watered by PURE love and light waves. At this leading edge of BEing, we have the potential to respond to these frequencies from Gaia with open hearts, minds, and souls. This embracement guides us into unknown and Infinite Possibilities of access to extrasensory perceptions and expressions of our ‘super human’ selves…becoming like the super heroes that we watch in movies.

Yet, the Great Shift is a death and rebirth process and is not meant to be smooth and easy. To bring in the NEW, the old must be let go of. The ‘space’ taken up by the current needs to be vacated to allow the NEW to arise. There are labor pains that PUSH OUT the birthing of NEW. For Gaia, there is the often tumultuous adjustment of raising Her frequency WHILE being occupied by seven billion humans, who are all in their own varying degrees of awakening. She receives support for this conversion through many Star BEings who seem to live underground and also stay in Her orbit, waiting to assist when needed. Ethereal BEings, such as angels and archangels, are flooding Her with light and support too.

It feels like the expressions of extreme weather patterns, global warming, ice caps melting…these manifestations actually represent the Great Shift out of 3D disconnected and polluting and abusive relationship to Gaia. There is a way that this is an environmental collapse, yet one that doesn’t have to lead to mass chaos and collapse of all our current industrial systems at one time. As more souls awaken, their relationship with Gaia changes to more consciousness, love, respect, and mutual reverence. These tones from us allow collaborative solutions to come forward to respond to the energy resource and environmental issues in 3D.

Again, Star BEings are ready with many very technologically advanced solutions to our energy woes, many that seem to be available in the Now for us to use immediately once collective consciousness is more ready for them and to embrace Star BEings in their everyday world. Star BEings have already intervened MANY times in our modern era to prevent nuclear war, mass killings by fear-based groups (called Cabal, Illuminati, the Elite, etc.). An aspect of the current transition is the public disclosure of this group AND of the collaboration with benevolent Star BEings to move this group out of power. You can learn more about this disclosure process through David Wilcock, who provides MUCH evidence and information from inside sources around it. Learning more about this disclosure process as it relates to 3D life can help give a sense of how this all might continue to unfold.

You are probably feeling a parallel process of transition as Gaia’s. Even as you can perhaps see, taste, and feel in moments what your NEW higher vibrational life IS, you are still in transition to BEing this more. This, again, is not an easy changeover with much more ‘ash in the air’ than confetti. Your world has been connected into the 3D matrix and conditioning of your culture, of your birth family, of your friends, of your schools, of your jobs. Your body’s every cell holds the cellular memory of 3D living and your DNA vibrates to this frequency as well for most of your life. There is MUCH toxicity taken in through polluted water, chemicals in food, fear-based energies dominant in so many people.

Similar to Gaia you are ‘switched on’ when your ‘time has come.’ Your soul awakens in a very dramatic way with a one-time surge of Kundalini or Nondual or Oneness energies OR in a gradual, walking out experiences over time. Your soul and Higher Self energies flood your inner space, bringing new desires to learn and grow, to lift the veils, and to shed the ‘skin’ and ‘suit’ of 3D life that your 3D self has HAD to create in order to survive incarnation here. Some areas of your life fit this soul frequency right away and others are more difficult to transition.

This changeover from 3D to 4D transitional and higher can have ups and downs, ebbs and flows for you. There are relationships that you discover are more about your 3D self or personas, masks, or ego (what we call ‘parts’ in SoulFullHeart) that are most prevalent. You feel then an ache to just ‘be yourself’ more in relationships and if others around you are not awakening and shifting too, it becomes an intense and often painful ground of letting go, taking space, and completing WHILE love remains in your heart for them.

At some point in the process, settling and shrinking your frequency to fit in with others, conform to 3D expectations or reality…it just isn’t possible anymore. The previous 3D life runs out of ground and what you could formerly ‘tolerate’, you no longer can anymore. Even your 3D self is ‘done’ with it. This doneness allows ALL the areas of your life to more reflect your soul self. The parallels to Gaia’s process of ascension and your own may provide illumination for you to gain a new context around what is happening to you AND in the world. Gaia will be ‘done’ with 3D reality too and maybe already is with those souls who still need to experience it going into other timelines on other planets. There are times where the current world can seem a ‘mess’ and IS one in some ways. Yet, out of that mess comes the NEW. Out of your experience at times of emotional chaos and mess can you feel on the other side of it a clearing inside for the NEW. Going into the chaos inside, holding space for the death and rebirth, connecting with the parts of you that resist feeling it, and understanding WHY it exists, allows it to move. Gaia and EACH one of us is being held with SO MUCH love to undergo this VERY brave conversion and birthing process. The support is there from so many sources and can be found by going within, becoming open then to drawing what you most need to continue this LIFE altering, death and rebirth shift into the NEW.
