The Arcturian Group ~ Never Doubt That You Are Whole ~ May 6, 2018

Dear ones,  welcome once again to the Arcturian Group messages.   Know that you are rapidly progressing  into new levels of awareness which for some of you has resulted in discord with family and friends upset and disappointed because you have changed and are no longer the same person they knew and want you to continue to be.

 

Spiritual evolution  often forces those closest to the one awakening to question their own belief system giving rise to emotions of anger and defensiveness.   Seeing and believing differently than you have in the past  will often “rock the boat” of those closest to you because the energy alignment you previously held with them is dissolving.

 

Awakening often results in the end of some relationships.  This frequently  happens in families or with friends that are closely in energetic alignment  by a particular belief system,  religious practice, tradition,  or cultural heritage.  It is vital that you never allow some person or group to guilt you into remaining in a state of consciousness you have outgrown.

 

The purpose of choosing to live on earth is to evolve, and choosing to to remain locked in some particular belief system in order to please others or simply “keep the peace” is a surrendering of personal power. This does not mean that you abandon family and friends unless it becomes necessary which it sometimes does.  It simply means that you stay centered in truth and alert to the temptation to align with any beliefs the group may hold but that you no longer resonate with.   Life becomes  being  “In the world, but not of it”.

 

It often happens that one’s evolution will simply, gently, and without effort, dissolve certain relationships as each realizes they no longer have anything in common.  This is often the case with those who originally came together for the purpose of completing something unfinished from a past life, and which is now complete.  There are those who try and  make  dissolving relationships continue,  but this can only fail because in order for relationships of any kind to work, there must be energy alignment.

 

Be not afraid of anything at this time dear ones, for you are witnessing how evolution works.  An individual will receive some deep insight and because there is only One,  those in alignment with that person anywhere in the world may also receive it, This is why it often happens that someone gets an idea for an invention and at the exact same time, another person often far away receives the same idea for the same invention.

 

Each time a new truth bubbles forth into consciousness,  it becomes part of the consensus consciousness available to any and all.  Over time, many masters have chosen to live lives on earth especially during times of spiritual  ignorance for the sole purpose of seeding  consensus world consciousness with truth,  making it available to anyone spiritually ready to receive it.

 

Truth is  present in and as every individual,  but cannot become their conscious reality until the individual is prepared and capable of aligning with the higher energy of the truth.  (The Christmas story of the Christ being born in a stable.)

 

Every soul at some point must open that door from which the “imprisoned splendor can escape”.  Regardless of what many still believe, no one, no master, no “saint”, no teacher or teaching,  no matter how evolved or revered can do this for you.   They can assist you in your choices as  you awaken, but only you can open that door.

 

Everyday more are awakening,  even if it is simply a growing dissatisfaction with how governments, religious teachings, and corporations have stripped people of  personal power.  Without the need for you do anything outwardly, those of you who go within, connect frequently, and live the truth you know are adding  Light to world consciousness which in turn makes it available to all who are receptive.

 

Words and actions that flow from an evolved state of consciousness are capable of triggering a new state of awareness for those seriously seeking a higher way for themselves and the world.  Many are on the verge of awakening at this time and those satisfied with the status quo are becoming a minority.   Some who have always lived in fear are now reclaiming the power they ignorantly gave away and feeling comfortable instead of fearful doing it.  You are on the verge of much change in spite of appearances but you must be patient and allow the process.


We wish to speak to the idea of security which in the third dimension  primarily  revolves around vulnerability and separation, concepts designed to keep the majority locked in fear.  The only real security there ever is or will be is already fully present within you.  Safety and security is the automatic manifestation of the conscious realization that there is nothing you need to protect yourself against.  This is your protective work, not the hundreds of material concepts believed necessary for personal survival.

 

The third dimensional belief system holds that there are millions of people, places, and things you need  protection from–diseases, bad people, dangerous places and anything deemed dangerous by those in authority.   If there is only ONE,  who or what can there be that you need protection from?  What could it be made of if there is only ONE substance?

 

This truth  will fly  in the face of the many  who still believe they need all sorts of material devices and actions  in order to maintain personal safety and security.  God realization is and always has been the only true safety and security one can  have on earth because a third dimensional state of consciousness can only and will only manifest as forms of duality and separation.

 

In spite of appearances, violence of any form is not real power.  Having  no law to support, maintain, or sustain it other than the energy of belief,  it will dissolve into the nothingness that it really is when enough people wake up to this truth.  Anything real is held forever in place by Divine Law and if violence was a reality, no one ever would be able to remove or change  it.

 

You are God and it is time to start seeing and knowing yourselves for who and what you really are.  Does God need weapons and fear order to survive?  Does God fear others who may not look, speak, act, or believe the same way?  Who are these “others” if there is only One?   God is the others.

 

Imagine God as being wood.   Houses are built,  furniture is made,  and  thousands of  products are created,  but each no matter how unique, always remains wood.  This is the truth about everything–there is nothing not in and of the one Divine Consciousness and it is only the false beliefs of duality and separation that make the world seem otherwise because–YOU ARE CREATORS

 

You may say;  “But we don’t live in a God governed world and the un-awakened will harm us”.  This is true at this time, and it is wisdom to lock your doors at night and avoid walking down dark streets in violent neighborhoods.  Intuition is very practical and meets the need of the moment.  What we are saying is that as you evolve ever more  deeply into the realization of your oneness with Source,  this attained state of consciousness  then automatically becomes your safety and security.   Separation and  violence do not exist in Divine Consciousness.

 

Never forget that your own attained state of consciousness  is the substance of your experiences.  A person living constantly in fear, always on the lookout for the “other” ready to harm them,  creates for themselves some form of whatever it is they fear which then in turn validates the fear, causing them to become more firmly entrenched in their illusion.  Every serious student of truth must ask themselves;  “What am I believing that is making me feel this way”?

 

Guns are simply modern day versions of the swords, spears, and axes of old,  expressing the same state of consciousness  (separation and duality)  carried forward into the present day.  Ask yourselves, do I really believe that I am a Divine being made in the image and likeness of God, or do I still believe that I am just a lowly human subject to and needing protection from everything I have been told is just waiting to harm me if I am not alert and prepared?

 

Try to imagine the master Jesus, or Gautama the Buddha  carrying  concealed weapons as they went about their work in the belief that these things were their safety and security.  Many will say; “Yes, but the masters were different.”   How could that be possible if there is only ONE?  Every person no matter how asleep in illusion,  has everything that any master has ever had,  the difference being that those called masters were awake.

 

In these present times  there is more than enough happening to tempt even the most evolved into feeling insecure and frightened but now is your time for learning, practicing, and living what you have come to know is the truth about who and what you are as well as who and what every other person is regardless of appearances.

 

There is a much bigger picture going on than what you can see with  human eyes.  Many who have been involved in violent experiences or even death chose these experiences for the purpose of balancing some old karmic energy.  For others these experiences are necessary tools for learning because of their having taken similar actions in a past life.

 

Some slave owners of the past have come back in black bodies in order to learn and experience the other side of things but this is NOT to say that prejudice and racial violence are ever justified. We seek only to add awareness to what is happening in the world at this time in order to help you understand that behind everything  lies the unstoppable evolutionary journey of mankind and Gaia.

 

It often happens and especially in these times, that an evolved soul will choose  to come in and experience some violent or traumatic event not out of personal need, but solely for the purpose  awakening others.  Their loving choice serves to shine Light on some particular concept or belief  still holding mankind in bondage.

 

Much is happening energy wise but there remain many still unable to comprehend what is taking place and so revert even more deeply into the third dimensional tools of safety and security.    Be not afraid and never doubt that you are whole and complete, always have been, and always will be. The realization of this truth will allow you to live without fear  knowing that even so called human death is but a move from one location to another, one that you have already done many times.

 

Do what you are guided to do, always trusting your intuition.   Some of you are not yet spiritually or materially  ready to give up the human concepts of protection and there is no failure in this because to pretend a state of consciousness not  yet attained, is very human.

 

However, there comes a point in everyone’s evolutionary journey where they must let go of the third dimensional tools,  be they physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual in the realization that everything necessary to one’s  happiness, safety, and security is already present within just awaiting recognition.

 

Most of you reading these messages are ready to embrace and live out from that higher sense of safety, security, and protection.

 

Simply hold these truths silently, sacredly, and secretly in your heart.  Ponder them often, allowing them time to gestate and grow stronger until at some point your Higher Self determines you are ready for them to become part of your attained level of consciousness.

Good Bye and Hello ~ New Horizons – New Earth Creations ~ April 24, 2018


We have all felt it. A cycle is ending. And a new beginning is here. And it is scary. Because all we have is trust in our intuition, without any clear knowing where it takes us.

 

 This is a very special blog for me. Because it is the last one from The Wake Up Experience. I have been busy with (and struggling with it) for a while, what is gonna be next. I could feel that The Wake Up Experience is coming to an end. Because we ARE awake now. The cycle of healing, coaching, and finding inner balance is over, there is nothing to add, we know all we need to know, and all we need to do now is to walk the talk. Align soul, mind, heart and body and embody and live the new templates. This is how we are going to step by step change the world.

 

 

No more Tolerance for Misalignment

I had to learn it myself, that it is no longer tolerated to be misaligned with our essence. I thought I could make it an easy transition from the Wake Up Experience to the new projects I am co-creating with my partner Agustí and other wonderful people around us. So I thought it would be good to still have the basis of my incomes from my blog and services to be able to “survive” until the new stuff will be in a place to support us in sustaining ourselves. I did not realize how conditional I was with this thinking until yesterday. I intended to create an automatic email response to people reaching out to me, to give myself more space for the new things to come and telling them that I am no longer able to reply to single emails. What happened was that the algorithm created a mass mail, not only as a reply to new messages, but to all messages ever sent to my email account. So if you have received that email, too… my apologies and thanks so much for being part of my growth with it. First I was shocked, I was frustrated, I did not understand why this had to happen. Until it clicked. There is no transition phase. The time for active coaching and healing is over. Period. Now it is all about creation and building the new system together. There is no “a little bit of this and a little bit of that” but it is full focus on the new and the new basis. And of course my mind hated the idea of having to let go of all I had build up to support people, and also to make my living. It did not make me rich, but it was in balance. It was my safety and comfort zone. And now, once again I am jumping into the unknown having nothing but a joint vision, our values, our intentions, deep trust and a plan.

Parallel vs. Linear Experiences

Ever since my partner Agustí and I are in a relationship with each other, a new cycle has begun in terms of co-creation and alignment of two (almost) whole parts. It is very exciting and yet challenging to create a stable and new core of a fractal. In our connection, we both have been learning and realizing so much about how fractals and the codes work. Fractal principles is how nature works. It is not a linear process, but many processes in parallel. A core fractal (like a core cell) is carrying the DNA of that specific fractal, and it spreads by dividing into more cells that all carry the same DNA. Every single cell goes through and initiates new processes. And it all happens in parallel. It is not a linear process, and therefore not controllable in the way our human linear mind is used to.

Although the cells are all offshoots of the core fractal, they have different functions. Just like in our physical body, not all cells have the same function, yet they all carry the information of the whole body, no matter if it is a hair cell, a stomach cell, an eye cell or a cell in our foot. Each cell has an important individual task, but is interdependent with all the other cells and acting according to the specific core DNA (essence) of that human being. When the core fractal is not in balance, the whole system goes out of balance and becomes instable. That is when we as humans experience pain, get sick, feel depressed etc. When the core gets back into balance, the whole system is, as it is connected through the joint DNA.

 

Once we have understood this principle, we also understand how co-creation becomes possible effortlessly. It is based on true community principles. In a community, people contribute because they are committed to a joint vision and values. A community is a self-sustainable organism and only works when there is no hidden ego agenda involved of the members. And the only way to make sure that a community and a co-creation works, is to create an absolutely clean and clear core fractal. I had written about energetic containers before, and those are of utmost importance to create stability and things, projects, relationships etc. that last. If the core is not in complete balance, authenticity and trust, the creations of the fractal are not stable and will break.

The energetic frequency and message is not clear any longer and is not synchronizing with what the original DNA and purpose was. I have seen it happening with people and projects (including myself and Agustí), that when we compromise our core vision and values (our DNA) for the sake of survival (e.g. for money), it falls apart and we manifest painful instability. Only when we maintain a clean and clear DNA including a clean and clear intention with focus and commitment, the support that we want can synchronize with our projects.

And that includes ultimate trust without a feeling of having to control the situation or forcing things to happen. It also includes to not distract ourselves with other things that are not aligned with our DNA. It is a challenge to set clear boundaries and to let go of everything that does not serve our essence and purpose or would blur the original vision. Yet, we can easily tell whether it is aligned with our DNA or not, simply because we will feel whether it drains us or it provides us with energy.

 

 

Every Summitting starts with a first Step

Again, patience is a key in all of our New Earth creations. To move forward fast, means to slow down. Slowing down to find our own inner balance and center. That means becoming the eye of the storm instead of being caught up in the storm. Whether as an individual, as a couple or as a group. Nevertheless, a group can only become a community, a real team, when the individuals are balanced and are owning their experience and take responsibility for their own energy, emotions and thoughts instead of projecting it onto others through judgment or blame. When individuals with a joint vision, joint values and true commitment are balanced and connected to themselves first, then couples or a group connecting become a powerful, inspiring, creating and manifesting fractal.

So it is time for me to let go of this creation called the Wake Up Experience. That does not mean the website or the blogs or the video tutorials will disappear, it will stay as a database for all of those searching for information and inspiration on their awakening journey. There will be a new website, new creations and new inspirations coming. Co-creations with amazing people that Agustí and I dearly love and are fully aligned with our DNA, paying into the creation of the earth we all have been dreaming of for so long. Now it is time to bring this dream into a reality. Instead of just talking about it, we are walking it now. Every moment we create and manifest new pieces of this dream.

 

The time of walking it alone has come to an end for me. From now on, everything will be a co-creation. And all I can do is take another leap of faith and jump into the unknown once more with just a deep feeling of trust, that this is the right thing to do.

Why Intuition Fails You and What to Do About It ~ April 15, 2018

Intuition may fail us because we don’t know how to access it or we think it’s “divine” or just for “special” people. It is, however, is a practical skill we all have. It answers specific questions in nonlinear and non-empirical ways. Once we learn how intuition gives us information, simple tips can help us begin to tap its power in our lives, from determining what intuitive abilities are to tracking practical, intuitive experiments.

What Is Intuition?

Guess what? Intuition isn’t divine, isn’t limited to “special” people, and isn’t always right. ?What is it exactly? It’s our innate ability to gather information that answers a specific question in nonlinear and non-empirical ways. When we use it, we are not following Steps A to B to C in the scientific method because the objective measurement is not intuitive.

Why Doesn’t Intuition Work?

Our firm belief in an empirical scientific method is precisely why most of us fail to tap our intuition. Intuitive information often doesn’t make sense to us the way we’ve been told to access the world, so we give up trying. Or we’re taught that it is somehow divine, just because sometimes we use our intuition to connect with spiritual teams, angels, or soul purpose, and the “divine” isn’t the first thing we turn to for practical decision-making.

If we get past those blocks, we’re stymied because it looks like intuition is limited to “special” people, the psychics who tune in and get guidance for us. But we are all born intuitive, because intuition is a real sense just like our ability to see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. It doesn’t work because we talk ourselves out of it by insisting we can’t do it or “that isn’t how things are done” (i.e., the “rational” scientific method).

Once we’re past our blocks and actually accessing our intuition we have another problem: intuition isn’t always right.

Nothing is, but it’s usually because we aren’t accessing it correctly. We mistake a gut-ache for an intuitive hit, or we get information that isn’t relevant to the question we’re asking (because we’ve tapped into somebody else’s answers, or don’t know how to analyze what we get). We’ve been brainwashed to think it’s too hard or esoteric, so we’ve lost touch with the simple, intuitive ways that came naturally to our ancestors. That means we now have to look at it as a foreign language and find a way to learn it.

How Intuition Works

To tap our intuition, we first have to let go of our judgment and the logical, linear way we’ve been taught to think. Intuition is only new to us because we’ve been ignoring it for generations. If we think about it as a practical skill we can re-learn, we’re releasing the blocks to learning. That is, if we don’t think we can do something, we can’t—not because of skill or ability, but because we end up not bothering.

 Finding out how our particular intuitive ability works are key. Just as some people taste foods as too salty or sweet, each person’s natural skill is uniquely theirs.

There are four necessary intuitive abilities:

Seeing. People see pictures, auras, even nonphysical beings like the dead or angels. Their visual sense is heightened or sharpened.

Hearing. Yes, people will hear things and other people talking to them—in their heads. Since everything has a soul and is alive, that could mean our homes and businesses, animals, and even rain clouds are connecting with us. Really.

Feeling. Commonly mistaken as empathy, intuitive sense means people experience the feelings and emotions of others around them, including humans, animals, and so on.

Knowing. Intuitive knowing is the toughest because it means recognizing something when there is no physical evidence. These people are great in emergencies because they seem to know what is coming or react to a situation “one step ahead.”

Simple Tips to Access Intuition

Understanding and accessing our intuition takes a while. However, here are simple tips to start locating it right away. Yes, “homework.”

Practice each intuitive ability. We are all a combination of those four primary intuitive skills, and they combine differently on any given day. It takes practice to identify our most active ability, and more training until the others click in. What “hits” are common sense, emotional, factual, experiential … and intuitive?

Practice random hits. Intuition kept our ancestors alive, alerting them to predators sneaking up on them. We can make intuition practical by tuning into our environment. During the day randomly ask what time it is, and then find out. Eventually, you will be spot on—because your intuition is working with you for environmental awareness.

Hit the supermarket. Walk into a grocery’s produce section and grab the first fruit that appeals to you and the first one that doesn’t. Buy them. Take them home and examine and eat them, using all your physical senses and your intuition.

Keep a journal. Record intuitive experiments, from what worked to what didn’t, including how the body felt at the time, how information arrived, what happened next. Over time patterns emerge. Remember, intuition is always giving us the information we need to survive.

These simple first steps will help develop your intuition. Save the life-changing decisions for later, when it becomes second nature.

Remember, intuition is our birthright. Work it. Record experiments. Notice patterns. It’s telling you what you need to know.

‘THE EVENT’ – WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING & WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT ~ March 23, 2018


 

You probably have been hearing about ‘The Event’, in articles, vlogs and conversation. All around the internet are preparing people for what some are calling the ascension event that will suddenly wake everyone up and end all of the cabal behavior on the planet.

There’s a lot to say about this, and a lot of helpful info we can consider to bring ourselves to a point of understanding as well as practicality, i.e. what we can do. My intention here isn’t to burst any bubbles about this, but to bring us back to an authentic place within ourselves and also back to our intuition.

One final thing, over the course of the past 10 years I’ve not shared much about where I get my info, what I’ve been tapped into since I was younger, the practices I use and how I’ve practiced to truly develop some of these skills. I’ve kept more quiet because I personally like to fly under the radar; simply be myself, remain quiet and live the change and my truth. I don’t believe in having to be loud about our abilities to convince others of who we are. Tapping into intuition, having a strong connection 24 hours a day to my higher self, hearing beings, ‘downloading’ or visually seeing and connecting with peoples lives, getting consistent info downloads etc, these are all a natural part of my life but it’s not something that makes me or anyone else special. It’s simply part of developing it. Some of us may start with different ‘abilities’ more activated, but we can always develop things. CE wasn’t built the way it was simply by using my mind to figure things out, it took diligent conscious practice and intuition to know what was most serving for humanity and when. To take complex conscious ideas and make them reach a mass audience and create virality.

I share this because, we seem to be at a time where confusion is high, disinformation is even higher, and many of us aren’t truly practicing the information we are hearing about or learning. So I share this as what I’m about to convey below is important and I don’t wish to reduce the content to simply ‘I’ve done research,’ these truths come from deeper places. The same places you can access through heart based living and a solid connection to your higher self.

I believe we need to ‘cut the crap’ when it comes to all the identification with “I’m an intuitive,” “I’m an empath,” “I’m a channeller” etc, and realize we all have those abilities within us if we choose to awaken by practice. It’s time for true empowerment 🙂

What Has Been Said About ‘The Event’

First let’s begin with what’s being said. It is being called a breakthrough for the planet that will cause a number of different unfoldments. Some say the defeat and arrest of the cabal, resetting of financial systems, disclosure of ET’s, aliens coming to the planet, revelation of new and advanced technologies, new governments and political systems etc.

It’s being claimed that on the non physical plane: there will be a “big wave or flash of energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet”. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.

It is said that it will not be a major negative event but one that is positive. Some are even suggesting to prepare with several weeks of food and supplies as it may knock out our current infrastructures. It’s also being said that this wave of energy will be soooo powerful that it will literally fry people’s brains and make them go crazy.

I have a lot to say about all of this.

First, A Note On Channeling

From what I have gathered, most people are learning ‘channeling’ information about this from various sources or beings out there. This of course is a real thing and completely possible, but there are caveats that we often don’t consider. I’ve experienced some very good, very talented channellers who are tapped right in to authentic stuff, then again I’ve also seen the opposite.

In a lot of ways I have always steered people away from channeling. Mainly because it takes a level of mastery to truly understand and feel out what one is tapping into. Not only that, much of the time the information you can get from your higher self is more than enough to keep you rolling, and it has nothing to do with channeling. Your connection to your higher self is constant if you practice. The desire to jump deep into channeling can sometimes come from an egoic desire to want to see the future, know the future or even in some ways.. have a ‘super power’ of sorts. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with this, but more so that this can be what pushes us to want it. Like I said above, of course there are many authentic channellers out there as well.

Over the 10 years I have been exploring and observing different channellers, I’ve noticed a lot of the same thing. Repeating the same stuff over and over again, repeating vague and often obvious things, noticing that the channelled info is simply coming from the mind of the channeller and not actually from another being or source etc. From a personal point of view, my message has always been about going within, instead of focusing so much attention on getting information like this from outside ourselves.

From a listener point of view, there is general curiosity which is a beautiful thing, but sometimes we also start jumping into the idea of wanting to know what’s going to happen, being aware of the future and what’s coming… so as to control things or be able to prepare. This can be helpful at times, but it can also be a source of getting us stuck or limited. It also resembles a faith based, religious-like mentality where we take word of what is to come, and then act on that, without ever checking how we feel inside. The way I’ve practiced over the years is, my primary source (85% – 90% of where I get my information like this) is from my own self or higher self, my secondary source would be corroborating information with various sources out there like other people, channellers, intuitives etc etc. I feel this is a more ideal course of action as it asks YOU to develop your own knowing and connection with & to your higher self. This is part of an authentic path towards shifting consciousness when we take action and make the necessary changes from within.

The Reality Of What’s Happening

I made a film several years ago called The Collective Evolution III: The Shift. It is all about the shift in consciousness taking place, what’s going on and where humanity is headed. It’s presented in a way that can be passed across any group; those that view things through science, spirituality or who are on the fence. The purpose of the film was to bring these understandings to a grounded and practical space, where much of the human experience exists at this time. In the film, I go into great detail about the cosmic ray portion of the shift, which much of The Event refers to. I’d recommend watching the film for further understanding, but will also elaborate below.

The shift we’re experiencing is ongoing. MANY waves have already hit our planet and are still coming. This has been happening for years and it is PART of what is causing so many of the changes we are seeing today. Shifts in the way people think, shifts in how our world works, insurgence of equality, the calls for changes in our financial systems, political systems and so forth.

These waves have been happening for decades and have been intensifying as we go. They are made up of cosmic bursts from our sun, the galactic sun, surrounding stars and so forth. All cosmic waves carry unique energies with unique signatures and information. This information carries the ability to evolve thought, ideas, DNA, change energy signatures and so forth. But it’s also important to note that this energy has be ‘throttled’ in a sense, through our agreement, and for good reason. More on this in a second.

THE EVENT is following the same path as many other claims like this. It makes this shift in consciousness about ONE thing, ONE moment and so forth. Much like we did with 2012.

Many claim “nothing happened in 2012” because they were looking for something physical and were looking for something HUGE to happen. Yet energies did in fact shift in big ways in and around the 2012 dates many were talking about. But they also shifted in ways prior to that, and after that as well. This shift is a process and one that will continue to unfold over time little by little. Yes many of us are wearing a bit thin as this intensifies, but this simply means we have work to do and it might be harsh to accept but if I’ve witnessed a prominent practice in the overall spiritual movement it’s not practicing what we preach. “I know that information already!” But are you doing it?

Continuing on here, yes, bigger events will continue to take place and mass ‘traumas’ will be experienced as we are challenged with big time change, but we won’t bite off more than we can chew. (I say traumas to describe what will feel like very tough times for many people as we realize, en masse, things like the existence of a cabal, how we’ve been systematically manipulated our entire lives, our spiritual connection hindered on purpose etc. This will be tough until we work through it all. Hence traumatic feelings.)

Humanity often feels like we are victim to things we experience. Energies, beings, events happening, other people etc, but we choose and agree to things and take them on as we are ready for them. This doesn’t mean that being ready for it won’t cause some pain, the idea isn’t avoiding pain. With pain we often get growth. Suffering comes when we choose to ignore the growth that can be presented to us through pain.

I know that idea doesn’t sit well with some of us but ask the question, where does sitting with pain and holding onto it forever lead us? Even from a logical perspective, the answer is to work past it and grow from it, as lingering only creates more suffering.

It has been 10 years since I founded Collective Evolution and began working in the consciousness space. During that time I have created a conscious media and education company (CE), 4 films in the consciousness space and have met many spiritual teachers from around the world for interviews, as friends and so forth. I also have diligently practiced exploring consciousness through sober means, developing my intuition and so forth. In my courses I spread the message of authentic change from within that is built around truly shifting your consciousness so your connection to self and your way of being is automatic, not built on acting from belief systems.

From this space I share simply that the overwhelming feeling points to the fact that humanity is on a journey, one that may be slow at times, but challenges US to be the ones that take action. We must take action from within to shift ourselves; it’s through that space within ourselves that we begin to take action to shift our external world.

Much like we see when we do EVERYTHING for someone and never challenge them to do their own work and suddenly they don’t quite learn and aren’t empowered in their own way, we are on that journey with the shift we face personally as well. Although it’s tempting to view a single event as something that will come in and do the bulk of the work for us, this isn’t going to happen simply because it doesn’t serve us. This is a gradual process.

We’re here to do the work within ourselves. Yes, energies will come in and assist with that process as the sun and central sun act as a purveyors of evolution, but it’s also up to us. Beings are already watching and assisting closely in slowing down many of the energies coming in due to the fact that they are a bit too intense for our consciousness at the moment. This is primarily because many of us aren’t actually practicing what we are learning. We read books, learn about things and then go on living in the same old ways. We don’t shift our diets, we don’t practice meditation or presence, we don’t disempower the ego and we don’t live from our hearts, even though we know this will lead us to a thriving world.

Partly this happens because our current world is intense. There is a lot of work being done to keep us stuck, keep us distracted and so forth. But this is simply presented as an added challenge, to help build our strength within ourselves. We CAN DO IT, otherwise we wouldn’t have bit off this much. Remember that.

Don’t Wait, It’s Now

More than waiting or focusing on a single event, look at what we have right here, right now – in our world and within ourselves. This is truly all we have to focus on, and as you have intuitive feelings towards other things, follow them. But remember to not get fixated on events, dates and promises that claim to come in and take care of everything for us. NOW is most important. Our financial systems, political systems, technologies and so forth will shift and evolve as we do.. it’s not one before the other. Remember quantum physics? We determine our external reality based on how our consciousness projects our world. How do we project a thriving world if we don’t do the internal work first to shift our consciousness? Our outside world simply reflects us. For it to shift, we must do so first.

Are you doing what you love in your life and living from a space where you follow your hearts desires? Are you practicing the observation of the ego and continually shifting from egoic consciousness to heart based living? Are you practicing meditation to reduce over-thinking and more presence? Are you treating others in a way you would want to be treated.. as much as you can, not just sometimes? Are you choosing to empathize and understand where people are at and why vs judging them and calling them names?

All of these things are ways to move towards living in the heart. It’s about going from the mind, to the heart.

Some Key Reflections

  • When it comes to beings/aliens, remember that in many ways they are just souls having an experience and they may or may not have had experiences as humans. Their advice sometimes may be missing some key details on what it means to be human.

  • Beings are not ‘above us’. Aliens are not ‘above us.’ We don’t need to bring the mentality in that humans are some primitive culture, as this brings about judgement most of the time. We are all just having experiences, and in many ways we teach things to these other beings just as they teach us.

  • What can you do right now to practice living in your heart and make that a daily state of being?

  • Getting or hearing information from outside of yourself is great, and it’s part of how we use one another to learn. Are you checking within yourself about whether or not things are true? How does it feel for you when you know it’s true?
