Hello there! I would like to continue on from last time, as I have had so many letters regarding this feeling of ‘observing’ one’s life etc. So many seem to be feeling the same. For me, it is getting stronger. Oddly enough, I was talking to my husband about the old movie ‘Cocoon’ … about a bunch of Oldies being taken off to another planet to start afresh. I have a strangely strong feeling of that! I know I won’t be whisked off … It’s more the symbolism I feeling, I guess. Any thoughts?

Greetings of a most bountiful and giving nature to One and All, Dearest Friends. Yes, we are aware of the Energy upon your Planet that is making so many feel ‘out of sorts’, as we have mentioned before. The plane fact is, that there are Energies transforming so much at this time, that it is impossible for you not to be wrapped up in it.

So much on your Planet is offering the news of gloom and doom and yet, we offer news of a different variety … of a different Energy.

For you see, Dearest Friends … now is the time when the Energies and the transformation … this change … is so strong, so prominent, that you are actually experiencing it in a physical/emotional perspective … more so than at other times of shifts and changes. The Higher the Vibrational pull that is flowing in to your Planet, the more deeply you are connecting with it … For you have ‘worked’ your way up to this point … and so much more is now possible.

The feeling of being ‘ready to go elsewhere’ as in ‘Cocoon’ … is indeed symbolic of ‘moving into’ a NEW place. A new perspective on life itself. These changes that are taking place and the imminent ones to come … on a bigger scale … and leading you into the promised land.

ALL THAT WE HAVE PROMISED IS THERE FOR YOU.

This I do know, my friends. Yet, in all Truth I just cannot get too excited due to the time scale being so different between us. You have none … we live by every second. Yet, I must say, I don’t think I have ever felt such a shift, personally! And therefore, very much looking forward to it settling down and looking out upon the new perspective. In the immediate future of this particular shift, how will things be apparently different to us?

That is a good question. The use of the word ‘apparent’ … for it is of the nature of ‘as far as one can tell’. As with all things , we cannot guarantee 100% what will be /take place as it is down to each individual and how they behave/react … as to what actually shall occur and how ‘soon’.

Yet, we tell you this … as your Vibration begins to settle in this Higher scheme of things … you will definitely notice a difference within yourself. For, although the ‘outer picture’ on display to all, does not look so bright … there will be Brightness within your Beings that KNOWS BETTER. That KNOWS DIFFERENTLY.

This feeling many of you are having, of being ready to move on … is simply a state of Being as you lift into a Higher frequency … and although it is still with its ups and downs … a HIgher frequency is a Higher frequency … therefore, things on all levels … have to be better … all round.

Thank you. I understand what you are saying. I guess I feel lacking in enthusiasm!  So many of us want to do ‘more to assist this change’ yet unsure of how. Therefore, we feel a little lacking in the contribution department. I know we have been told to just smile and spread Light … I get that … yet, there have been many comments of everything seeming so pointless!

Yet … how can this be so? Is it pointless to raise the Vibration of yourself … all … the Planet? Just by having a good time? To us and indeed, as you have once said yourself, Blossom … it seems like the perfect plan!

Yes … the plan is indeed Divine. Yet, not always that easy to put into practice. That’s the thing. I feel we need to move on to another level of understanding exactly what ‘a good time’ is? It’s not about holidays or partying or drinking and smoking. We somehow desire to ‘escape’ by these methods or watching a movie or mundane TV … just to zone out from reality. I am not saying ‘all of us’ … but in general it seems this way.

And yet … these very escapisms will dissipate as one rises Higher. One will be drawn into their Higher potentials and MAKE MORE OF AN EFFORT to meditate and be amongst nature. To spend time in games and fun with family, instead of sitting together in a family group where no words are spoken … because each one is so engrossed in a private world on their devices.

What is it exactly you are trying to escape from?

Mmm.  I need to think about that. Reality? The mundaneness of it all?

And yet, we would say … so many of you have fallen into the trap. The trap set by those elite Beings, who do not wish success upon you. Those Beings of lesser Light who desire for you to live in a mundane existence. Where you ‘blob’ about because nothing excites you. They have programmed you to feel this way. Your inner Truth knows these Truths.

Yes. I do … and I don’t fight against such things … I succumb most of the time … well, at the moment I feel this way.

Because their desire to dampen and dispel Joy are heightening. They have to up the ante because they are so very much aware that THE LIGHT OF TRUTH AND LOVE IS SHINING THROUGH and there is little they can do about it.

So, dearest friends … are you going to sit back and let them win?

Not on your Nelly. What would you suggest?

Getting off your proverbial behinds and start taking control! These methods to keep you lulled into a sense of false security … these trickeries that make you believe something is so different from what it actually is … are merely systems to keep you at bay. To Literally STOP YOU from Being your TRUE LIGHT.

ARE YOU GOING TO STAND FOR THAT DEAREST ONES?

Are you not going to stand in your Light and say ‘NO MORE! We came to fulfill a mission and we SHALL see it through!’

STOP falling for these webs of entanglement that hold you in a place of ‘awaiting your fate’.

Remove yourselves from these falsities … these disguises of untruth and START FEELING /BEING WHO YOU TRULY ARE.

WHO YOU TRULY ARE … IS SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE!

You, YOU need to take hold of the situation.

Yes, you are going through major transformations … and yes, this can leave you feeling a little lost … yet, do not fall to your knees and surrender … do something about it.

Start your daily meditations … exercise … eat healthily … play … share moments of Joy … take time to send your Love out to the Planet … the all that is.

Give gratitude AT ALL TIMES.

DO WHAT YOU KNOW TO DO … yet, have let slip by the way side.

Many of you may say ‘Oh, but we do not have time for all that’, ‘We have to work, we have to do this and that’.

And we say to you … MAKE TIME FOR ALL THAT.

These are your key survival methods. By doing such … you strengthen EVERY VITAL PART OF YOUR BEING.

You are preparing yourself for all that lies ahead … This is necessary. To strengthen mind, body and spirit.

If you know you have a marathon coming up, you prepare for it. You do not suddenly decide to run all those miles without preparation. It would not turn out well.

The same for walking into the New World. Much preparation is underway on so many levels … and your part is to stay strong … on all levels of self.

We say to you with all Love and respect … NOW IS THE TIME TO ‘GET A GRIP’ … to ‘PULL YOURSELVES TOGETHER’ and …

My God, I have to laugh … for I know what your next sentence is to be …

STOP YOUR WHINGING AND WHINING.

So unlike you!!! Yet … I Truly get where you are coming from. For I feel no malice … and yes, perhaps we all need a bit of a kick up the doodah! Well said!

Of course we smile and come from humour and Love. Yet whinging and whining will not get you to where you are going. Stop complaining about the state of affairs and do what you came here to do.

Shine the LIGHT THAT YOU ARE CONTINUALLY … out to the Planet. Shine that Light of yours into every situation … every circumstance … every thought that you offer to self and all.

 Just shine that Light … all the time.

IT SHOULD BE YOUR NATURAL STATE OF BEING.

 IT COULD BE YOUR NATURAL STATE OF BEING.

Yet, it has been forgotten.

These Higher Energies coming in are here to help you. Blend with them … welcome them … they are here to help you recognize more of yourself and allow acknowledgements of wonders to come to Light.

Do you see Dearest souls? Please take a breath with is now … and FEEL what is occurring.

We are entering the next phase … a very important transformation into a HIGHER POSITIONING OF YOUR SOULSELF. YOUR SPIRIT is moving into a place that can be recognized as so much nearer to home. Where one’s self can feel so much more at ease … so much more comfortable BEING in/with itself.

And from there, Dearest Souls … it is plane sailing, as you accept the new place … as you settle down within it. You will reminisce of how tough times once were … and give thanks that those days are over. You will congratulate yourselves and all for getting this far ahead in the Divine Plan and you will rejoice in the KNOWING that LOVE … only Love … is what got you through.

Onwards Dearest souls. Never give up … never give in.

We are closer to you now than ever before as these Energies allow us to be so.

WELCOME IN THIS CHANGE.

BE PREPARED …

Thank you. When you were saying about ‘pulling ourselves together’ … you were so right. It is so much easier to succumb to the negative energies and just think ‘so what’. Yet … Truly that just isn’t good enough is it? So, thank you for the pep talk. I will make an effort to implement change and prepare in a more stalwart fashion. Follow on troops!

We are a gathering of Light. The more we recognize ourselves as such … the Brighter the Light we can shine. In Love and thanks to each one of you.

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe,

I had the pleasure of two live events while in Boulder, Colorado last weekend. Lauren Galey graciously hosted me at her family cottage, where we had our first gathering. This was the first time I shared the experience of opening a Christed Ascension Gateway in-person, and the energy was palpable for all present. Lauren interviewed me and we discussed the Accelerated timeline project, the third wave of 2016, and the current unfoldments.

We appeal to every Lightworker, Gridworker and Gatekeeper to hold the higher frequency as this light does its work. Call forth the highest Christed Ascension timelines, the removal of all which interferes or limits the collective Ascension, and align your hearts, activities, thoughts and creations with the New Paradigm of Peace, Love and Unity.

Note the reminders in this video conversation: It is our responsibility as the awakened and Ascending to create and amplify the New, rather than feed the old light as it dies. Rapid change is expected if we stabilize and hold the higher timeline which is already anchored as highest outcome/possibility for all concerned. The High-Vibe Tribe is experiencing the acceleration of Pure Source consciousness through our energy fields and DNA. It can get psychedelic and transcendent as we embody these frequencies and thread them into the collective consciousness. Feel into that higher experience and adjust your lifestream as needed. Energy Update ~ Crystalline Gridwork is All Connected ~ October 18, 2016

Okay lovies!!!! We are back online… crystalline gridwork is all connected back up at a higher frequency than ever before and we are still going higher to anchor it in. WE ARE BACK. Holy wow… what a few weeks it’s been…. the funny part is we are so used to it, we don’t realize when we are synchronizing anymore. Hearing the star gates syncing…. kinda “normal” daily activity now. Funny that Stargate activity is our normal. Gotta love it, right?

Today, lifted the ‘fog’, and I ain’t been in that long of a fog in years. This means substantially, more veils have been lifted. Gonna be interesting for sure!

Up up we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still working/slamming, trying to get caught up. Lots lots lots to be/share/accomplish/do!!!!

Now we start the tuning process……… ♦

THE RETURN

By The Creators of our Reality

Dear Readers,

This message was written on the last night of a three-week vacation, which ended on July 28, 2015.  Because we are coming into so many changes, it feels like I need to put a date onto this. When I first wrote this I kept changing from “you” to “we’ and back again. I left the combination of you and we because YOU are becoming WE and WE are becoming YOU.

 In other words, the barriers of separation between people are beginning to dissolve. Those of us who have chosen to walk this Path of Return to our SELF and to our higher frequency realities are releasing the strict differentiation between YOU and ME to become WE.

This is the last night of a very important initiation.  I do not know what will happen and the Arcturians will only say:  “We don’t know.  You haven’t created it yet.” This vacation in the woods has been an amazing experience.  It allowed and assisted me to be able to feel that something is different now. 

Those of us who want to know this fact can feel it.  Some people will float in unawareness as if they are asleep.  In fact, they are asleep because they are asleep to the higher frequencies that are now swimming around them.  They will awake to a different reality then the reality of those who have been able to accept that something is very different.  But we won’t know what is different until we create it.

Those of us that can feel this shift are the ones who have been serving others.  We have created the reality in which this 3D version of the planet is on the edge of a frequency reset.  However in order to know what frequency it is resetting to, we need to take a long look at the creative consciousness of humanity within this collective. 

Within this collective of humanity we are moving beyond the polarities of good, bad or smart or dumb, rich or poor.  In fact, we are releasing all of these polarities.  We are creating a NOW in which there is a great deal of creative attention on receiving that which is channeled through us. What we are channeling through us is actually from us.

Our channeled messages are from us because we are channeling from the fifth dimension and beyond were I, me, you, are all US. That is the “us” of our SELF that we have not met—yet.  Yes, that us, that me, that you, is our higher dimensional self who is Arcturian, Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromedan and/or our Angelic, or Elohim Self. 

All of our higher expressions of SELF are connecting with this particular collective consciousness in which we (the members of the awakened ones) are realizing that wechose to incarnate in this NOW. We chose this NOW to incarnate so that we could pull together all of our alternate, simultaneous, parallel, past and future lives.

This version of reality into a higher frequency, and we have no intention of visiting this frequency again. Therefore, we are in the process of connecting with all of the versions of our Multidimensional SELF.

We are moving, and we are not coming back.  Therefore, we are going into every cupboard of our self.  We are going into the attic, we are going into the cellar, we are going into the garage, we are opening boxes, we are finding who we want to take and whowe need to let go.

Yes, some components of our self will need to be released, as they are unable to change. Therefore, we must let go of those energy patterns that were once important to us. However, we are will transmute these patterns with our unconditional love and violet fire, as we are assisting Gaia to release ALL lower dimensional energy fields.

Hence, we need to let go of all of all of our third and fourth-dimensional log-ins.  A log-in is what we are called when we log-in to that third-dimensional reality. We logged into this reality as candidates for return.  We use the word “return” because we will return our life-pulse back to the One.  Hence, we are collecting all versions of our SELF that have ever logged into this reality.

We are returning to the ONE. The 3D party is ending, so we must clean up ALL our third and fourth dimensional remnants of self. Gaia has been a wonderful hostess for our adventures in form and we do not wish to leave a mess behind for Her to clean up. We are especially careful to clear and release any lower frequency energy residue because is moving too.

In fact, all who wish to participate in this RETURN are welcome to join us. All they needdo is expand their consciousness into the higher dimensions and give service to others in preparation for this shift. We are leaving the frequency of service to self, because we are moving into a frequency where “self” means “our collective SELF.”

Some of us, the humans on Gaia, will continue within the component of our self that is consciously moving into the higher frequency reset.  However, other humans may wish to continue to resonate to the third/fourth-dimensional wheel of life and death.  Hence, they will need to relocate to another planet because Gaia is returning to Her SELF.  She can wait no longer for Her service-to-self humans.   

Those who wish to join, and assist, Gaia in Her transition are collecting all components of all our incarnations, energy patterns and thought-forms. We are leaving the 3D party and cleaning up our own messes before departure.  We are collecting all the versions of our self, which our fifth dimensional consciousness reminds us is every one, and asking them: “Would you like to return to the One?” 

And we have to give them the choice because Earth is a free-will planet. We are asking them NOW because we are ready to submit our “Petition for Ascension.”  We have passed the first part of our ascension because we remember that it’s NOT about us.  It’s not about our personal life.  It’s about something much more important. 

This life, this incarnation, this beaming down, this bilocation onto Earth and going back Home, this in and out of the wheel of life/death, life/death, life/death is closing. Therefore, we need to turn around now and look inside of ourselves to see our own Multidimensional SELF in our Home. With this reminder that our 3D self is a member of our Multidimensional SELF, our SELF can send unconditionally love to our self. This unconditional love for our “individual, collective and planetary self” is the key to our return. 

At first we might think that we did something wrong here, but then we realizing that everything that we did, we did because we needed to learn something.  In deed, we did learn many things.  Then, we stopped learning, then we remembered again that we came here to learn.

One important thing that we learned was to catch our self in the act of being our self.  We learned to stop and observe our self in the act of being human. In this manner, we learned to feel our reality. Thus, we could remember to look into our life to see how were doing with our 3D experience. It is this observation of our own self that has allowed us to remember who we are.

It was our ability to say,  “Wait something is wrong.  This energy field is not the energy field in which I wish to live.” Then we stopped to look at the energy field and say: “Did I create this energy field?”  The answer is – of course.  It is your energy field that you are seeing.  Maybe it is not just your/our personal energy field, but if you/we are participating in the energy field, it is the reality that we are consciously, or unconsciously, choosing to live.

As we move into our fifth-dimensional self we will not have that separation between you personally and you the person across the street and you the person in another country. You is becoming We.  You/we are One.  We will be the group of the Oneness returning to SELF. 

You will realize that you took a physical form in order to be a Portal opener and to allow your multi-dimensional consciousness to flow through the Portal of your multidimensional form and into the Core of Gaia.  In this manner, you have merged spirit into matter.  We have merged Spirit into matter.  As Spirit increasingly merges with matter, the separation between you and we diminishes because we and you have become One. 

The differentiation between saying we and saying you has no meaning for We and You are One. And, what we/you remember is to keep our Portal opened because WE came for Gaia.  In other words, we must expand our consciousness from personal consciousness:

to family consciousness to community consciousness

to state consciousness,

to country consciousness,

to hemisphere consciousness

and to planetary consciousness.

But that is not where it ends.  That Planetary consciousness then keeps expanding into

solar consciousness and

Galactic consciousness and

Universal consciousness.

IT is then that WE just begin to be our SELF.

We came to open the Portals of Unity Consciousness.  These Portals were closed by a collective consciousness that chose fear rather than truth.  You might say that truth is not a thought or even an intention.  Truth is mental and it is a loving. Truth is a decision to return home.

That truth tells us whether or not we are ready to RETURN Home.  But where is home? What is home and how can we get there? We spend life after life after life trying to find Home.  We have searched this planet and other planets and we followed saints and multi-dimensional selves but we could not find the location of home. 

When we finally gave up looking out there for Home we had to accept that that which we had treasured, that which we had so wanted to remember so that we could fulfill it – we forgot.  We forgot because we became lost in illusion. Within that illusion we have had long, beautiful, or horrible and everything in between lives, journeys and plug-ins into the body of Gaia. 

Some of us forgot everything – that is everything beyond the lower fourth dimension. But now more and more of us are remembering.  At first there was just a few of us that remembered, but now the “cakes are in the oven and will be soon be ready.”  More and more, that treat, that sweet treat of remembrance is cooking its way and being prepared. The “treat” is almost ready.

Now, WE, your higher dimensional family asks that you, who is a member of We, releaseyour “our” attachments to all that is past and all that may be future, to live with in the NOW.  This NOW is so sacred and important that we do not want you to miss a moment of it.

When this energy hits you, and it’s not if but when, you will instantly (and almost unconsciously) say Yes or say No.  You will say YES by being loving and you will say NO is by being fearful. Within that millisecond that it is there YOU will be within the NOW of the ONE.  You will not have “time” to make a decision.

It will all happen so fast that all you will be able to DO is just BE your self.  You will be the YOU that you have created as your SELF. You will just BE love or you will BE fear. There is no judgement.  It’s just that Love is Yes and Fear is No.

Every perception that you have goes through an invisible filter, which is the state of your consciousness.  Every thought, emotion, creation goes in to the filter of your consciousness.  This filter can take you into the second dimension, the third, the fourth and/or the fifth.

If you go to the second dimensional filter, then you are on flat land and there is no volume. 

If you go into the third dimensional filter, then you go into must, should, guilt and time. 

If you go into the fourth dimensional filter, you have creativity and great amplification of emotion.

If you go into the fifth dimensional filter, you have the TRUTH.  And, the truth will set you free.

But isn’t truth different for everyone? Yes the truth is different for everyone but remember you/we have come for Gaia.  Therefore, you/we (humans, galactics, celestials) CAME FOR GAIA. WE all came to Earth because it is Gaia’s Now for us to serve as Her.  Gaia has almost sacrificed her life force waiting for the Keepers of the Land, humanity, to unite and Love Her land free. 

But, beloved Mother Gaia can wait no longer. She cannot heal Her planetary kingdom at this low frequency.  Since humanity created this planetary problem, humanity must be the one to fix it. Therefore, whether you remember or not, YOU did not come for your self. YOU came to BE among the ONES help Gaia. 

Gaia needs You/We/Us to transmute our human form into our fifth dimensional Light body of NOW. 

You have all volunteered to lower your frequency into an earth vessel in order to assist Gaia.  You are awakening NOW.  There are those who have already awakened and have been serving Gaia for decades. There are also those who have become lost in the battle for Truth. 

What we (meaning those of us who are here for the Truth – not your or our truth, but thetruth) must remember is that

WE are all so much more than we think we are.

We are the Portal openers, and within our Portal is the TRUTH

WE are the TRUTH of our fifth-dimensional Lightbody SELF

WE the Truth of the Light that we pull through ourselves

WE are the Truth that we share with the body of Gaia

WE are the Truth that we plant into the Core of Gaia

WE are the Truth that we ground into her Core Crystals so that WE can assist GAIA.

Therefore, as we return, we assist Gaia’s return. AND as Gaia returns, she assists our return.

As we return we realize that we are not alone.

As we return, we remember that we are our Multidimensional SELF who includes:

OUR personal self,

OUR family,

OUR community,

OUR state,

OUR county,

OUR hemisphere,

OUR planet,

OUR solar system,

OUR galaxy,

OUR universe

WE all one NOW!

And WE are the creators of OUR reality.

Remembering What You Always Knew

The Arcturians

In between your third dimensional reality and your multidimensional reality is a portal. More and more, you are connecting your 3D earth body with your multidimensional Lightbody. With every higher thought and loving emotion, that portal expands to encompass both, and all, versions of your current expression of self, as well as ever-increasing dimensions of your Multidimensional SELF.

There are mental enzymes within your pineal gland that are “geo-coded transmitters” that tell you where you are in space/time, and/or in the Here/Now of the higher dimensions. These transmitters receive and project all fifth dimensional and beyond thoughts through your pineal gland and into your pituitary gland, to be sent into every area of your body via your endocrine system.

However, these messages are not sent until your brain determines whether or not YOU believe that this transmission/perception is “real.” The light quotient in your brain will differentiate realversus not real. The light quotient in your brain is determined by your state of consciousness.

If you are in a higher dimensional state of consciousness, you will perceive light, auras, Angels, Galactic, miracles, peace, and hope as real. You will also perceive darkness and illusion as NOT real. If you are in a lower state of consciousness, illusions, bad news, and the myriad forms of darkness become real, and light, ascension, and transcendence are not real.

Once your belief system determines that a stimuli is real, it is received by your pineal gland, sent to your pituitary gland, and then distributes through your body via your endocrine system. On the other hand, if your belief system determines that the stimulus is not real, it will go into your mental computer’s “trash can” as “junk mail.” The determination of real or not real is determined by the “light quotient” within your brain.

When you consciously perceive and accept higher frequency perceptions, experiences, communications, etc., you create a higher light quotient in your brain because you have determined that higher frequency experiences are REAL.

Once you have allowed the higher light quotient into your brain by maintaining a higher state of consciousness, your pituitary gland of the sixth chakra and the pineal gland of the seventh chakra merge to open your Third Eye.

Joining your pineal and pituitary glands open the Third Eye. The pituitary gland is about the size of a pea, and is located behind the center of your forehead, between your eyes. Therefore, the sixth chakra is often called the Brow Chakra.

The pituitary gland is known as the “Master Gland” because it acts as a main control center that sends messages to all the other glands from its two lobes, which are the posterior lobe and the anterior lobe.

The pituitary gland prompts the proper growth of glands and organs, and regulates sexual development. The pituitary gland is called the “seat of the mind,” with the frontal lobe regulating emotional thoughts such as poetry and music, and the anterior lobe regulating concrete thought and intellectual concepts.

On the other hand, the pineal gland is known as the “seat of illumination, intuition and cosmic consciousness.” The pineal gland is similar to intuition, whereas the pituitary gland is similar to reason.

The pineal gland is cone-shaped and is located in the middle of your brain behind, and just above, the pituitary gland. The pineal gland contains pigment similar to that found in the eyes, and is connected to the optic thalami; hence, it controls the action of light on your body.

The pineal gland is located in the posterior end of the third ventricle of the brain, and the pituitary gland is located in the roof of the third ventricle. It is the joining of the essences of these two glands in the third ventricle of your brain that opens your Third Eye.

The pineal gland acts in two ways to inhibit the action of the pituitary gland:

First, the pituitary gland is responsible for activating adolescence and the beginning of sexuality, and the pineal gland checks the pituitary gland to prevent premature sexual awakening.

Second, human thought is regarded as a result of suspended action, and the pineal gland inhibits the immediate discharging of thoughts into action. This inhibition causes you to look inward and to deeply ponder your actions and reactions. This introversion is important for self-realization, as it displaces our attention from the outer world to the inner.

When the external world disappears, your circle of consciousness contracts because your primary attention is focused on your inner self. It is this inner attention that magnetizes “spiritual light” into the pineal gland.

The third ventricle of the brain is a narrow opening lying near the base of the cerebral hemispheres, and separating the two thalamic areas. These thalamic areas are the brain’s “storehouse” of all your sensory perceptions.

When the pituitary and pineal glands are fully developed and stimulated through meditation on the sixth and seventh chakras, their vibrations fuse and activate the Third Eye. Once the Third Eye is open, you have personal access to higher knowledge. The opened Third Eye is called the “Eye of the Soul”.

The pineal gland is often dormant because your third dimensional self is usually focused on the outer, sensate world, rather than the higher spheres. Through practices such as meditation and yoga, you can remember how to allow that cosmic light to descend into your individual body through the optic thalamic nerve connection of the crown chakra.

The human brain has a fundamental resemblance to a human, androgynous embryo. The pituitary gland holds the positive, masculine charge, and the pineal holds a negative, feminine charge.

When the masculine and feminine energies meet in the brain it is known as the Mystical Marriage. This Mystical Marriage initiates the birth of your multidimensional consciousness, and your conscious passage into the fifth dimension and beyond.

The Mystical Marriage occurs when our Kundalini force awakens and rises up your spine. The Kundalini is the highest infinite energy, which is coiled up and dynamic, at the base of your human spine.

Within the Kundalini Force, contact is made between the infinite, divine creative energy and the finite, physical sexual energy. In order to gain your highest spiritual potential while incarnated in a physical form, the great mass of Kundalini energy locked in the root chakra must be released to travel up to your crown chakra.

The rising Kundalini pulls its great energy field up from Mother Earth, through the nerve channels in the core of your spine, and into the medulla oblongata, through the pons area of your brain, and then into the pituitary gland behind your eyes. Meanwhile, the pineal gland has also received this Kundalini light from the higher dimensions.

The root chakra, at the base of your spine, represents your connection to the feminine Goddess energy that is manifest in the body of planet Earth. The crown chakra, at the top of your head, represents the masculine God energy that exists as pure potential in the non-physical dimensions.

Kundalini energy radiates from the prana within the Earth from the Sun.

Kundalini is known in the Eastern world as the Goddess Shakti. When Goddess Shakti is awakened, She sweeps us up in Her tremendous passion to reunite with Her Lord Shiva in the crown chakra. This Mystical Marriage symbolizes the combining of the male and female energies within your bodies, and the awakening of your multidimensional consciousness.

In the Western world, the Kundalini is symbolized by the medical symbol of the caduceus, the rod with two snakes coiled around it in spirals. At the top are two wings, which are images of Mercury or Hermes, who are the messengers of the Gods.

The caduceus is the symbol for healing, health, and transformation. The center rod symbolizes the spinal cord. In Yoga philosophy the center cord is called the Sushumna, and it represents the grounding, neutral cord of the three parts of the rising Kundalini.

The left cord is the Ida, which represents the feminine side. It is negatively charged, ends in the left nostril, and has characteristics of coolness related to the Moon. The right side is called the Pingala, which represents the masculine side. It is positively charged, ends in the right nostril, and has characteristics of heat related to the Sun.

The Ida and the Pingala represent the masculine and feminine energies, which you all carry regardless of your gender. The Kundalini has two aspects; one aspect is often perceived as the outer, cosmic energy of spiritual life force. In China this force is known as Chi, in Japan it is known as Ki, in India it is known as Prana, and in the West it is known as the Holy Spirit.

The Temple of your Third Eye is in the Sacred Triangle of the third -ventricle within your brain. When your Third Eye is opened, you will no longer be limited to the illusions of the third and fourth dimensions, for you will see, feel, and experience the Higher Light of Universal Energy as it “Flows” through all life.

This experience could be quite overwhelming, and it may take some “time” before you learn how to “turn off” the Flow so that you can attend to your mundane tasks, or “turn on” the Flow for Knowledge, Renewal, and Unconditional Love.

Be patient with yourself. You have grown accustomed to the structure that illusions have provided for you. With the opening of your Third Eye, the Flow of multidimensional light will provide you with a higher dimensional structure.

As you compare these differing structures of reality, you will realize that the structure of illusion is static and unwavering. Conversely, the structure of the Higher Light of Universal Energy is dynamic and ever-changing.

With the Higher Light Flowing through your life, reality becomes a series of “Windows of Opportunity” that present themselves as choices. You may choose YES, or you may choose NO. These choices are made with your attention.

When you ignore a Window, you choose NO, and when you attend to the Window, you choose YES. Hence, once your Third Eye is opened, you must be vigilant about where you place your attention. The Window that you attend to, or ignore, will be the reality that you enter, or deny.

It is the NOW for you all to expand your conscious awareness to your highest potential of SELF. We are NOW being called into active duty to assist Gaia in Her process of transmutation. Therefore, you must first begin, continue, and/or escalate your own process.

You will find the process that best serves you within your own self. In fact, this process must begin with your self, for how can you share what you do not possess. However, you ALL posses the inner enlightenment of which we have spoken.

Even if you are sick, or tired, or lost, or even trapped in the darkness, YOU are filled with inner light. Therefore, it is the NOW to open your Third Eye so that you can see the Truth that resonates just beyond the shadow of the lies.

With your opened Third Eye, you can see the real YOU in the mirror instead of the human form that you are wearing. We remind you to look into your mirror to see your face, then, look into your eyes, then into your pupils.

As you look into your own eyes, have an honest discussion with your own self. Then, look into your pupils to imagine (fifth dimensional thought) and see the glow of your own inner light as it radiates from your eyes.

Then, just above your eyes, look into your Third Eye in the center of your forehead. Can you BELIEVE that you have opened your Third Eye? Can you release the expectations and judgments of your ego in order to perceive the calm realizations of your Multidimensional SELF?

YES, yes you can. YES you are your SELF. In fact, you are HERE NOW with your Galactic Family looking through the eyes in the mirror to remind you that,

WE ARE HERE NOW!

We are inside of you. We are YOU.

Many of you, our dear Emissaries who have taken an earth vessel to assist Gaia, are feeling this CALL.
