Editor’s Note: In my study of Music Theory, I learned music is a form of vibratory sensation using wavelengths of sound to stimulate the human brain who recieves these wavelengths primarily (not the only way!) through the ears.

Music, the universal language of mood, emotion, and feeling, orchestrates a wide variety of neural systems to cast its evocative spell. Researchers have discovered evidence that music stimulates regions of the brain responsible for memory, language, and motor control. They have located specific areas of mental activity linked to the emotional responses elicited by music. This knowledge is now being applied.
The improvement of cognition, memory, and sense of well-being, and the reduction of pain and tension have been documented in several studies of music therapy. These studies included individual and group sessions with an aging population that included independent and dependent people, some with dementia and some not. In a study from the University of Luxembourg, researchers concluded that music stimulates the emotional memory, causing the emergence of old memories and a renewed sense of self.
Music could replicate the effects of hormone replacement therapy in the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, according to research published in Medical Hypotheses. Their study showed music to be useful in therapy for neuropsychiatric disorders resulting from both functional and organic origins. However, the mechanisms of the action of music on the brain have remained largely unknown despite an increase in scientific studies on the topic.
The results of past studies have clarified that music influences and affects cranial nerves in humans from fetus to adult. To explain how it works at the cellular level, researchers proposed that the neurogenesis, regeneration, and repair of the cerebral nerves is the result of adjustment through the secretion of steroid hormones, ultimately leading to cerebral plasticity.
Music affects levels of such steroids as cortisone, testosterone, and estrogen, and it is believed that music also affects the receptor genes related to these substances. Unlike supplementing the brain with hormone substitution drugs which have devastating side effects, music is noninvasive, and its existence is universal and mundane. If music can be used in medical care, the application of such a safe and inexpensive therapeutic option is limitless.
It has also been shown that music is able to improve the mood state of people with psychiatric disorders, ameliorate the cognitive deficits in those with dementia, and increase motor functioning in Parkinson patients, as documented in Behavioural Pharmacology. Researchers investigated the effect of music on brain neurotrophin production and behavior. They exposed young adult mice to music with a slow rhythm for 21 consecutive days. At the end of the treatment period, the mice were tested for passive avoidance learning. The music-exposed mice showed increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the hippocampus. Music exposure also significantly enhanced learning performance as measured by the passive avoidance test. The researchers concluded that music exposure is helpful in several central nervous system pathologies.
The famed opera singer Luciano Pavarotti said, “If children are not introduced to music at an early age, I believe something fundamental is actually being taken from them.” Music affects mood, concentration, creativity, and influences the ability to learn.
Neuronal connections in the brain of the infant and young child are formed through experiences and strengthened through repetitions until predictable pathways of processing are established. Once these pathways are formed, it is as though they are hardwired and cannot be changed without much effort. Music is essential to the developing brain as it helps to create and strengthen more neural connections that allow for auditory processing. The act of processing music stimuli elaborates the neural connections in the brain, influencing the processing of auditory stimuli over the lifetime.
“Undeniably, there is a biology of music,” says Harvard University Medical School neurobiologist Mark Jude Tramo. He sees it as beyond question that there is a specialization within the brain for the processing of music. Music is a biological part of life as surely as it is an aesthetic part.
Studies as far back as 1990 found that the brain responds to harmony. Using a PET scanner to monitor changes in neural activity, neuroscientists at McGill University discovered that the part of the brain activated by music is dependent on whether or not it is pleasant.
The brain grows in response to musical training in the way a muscle responds to exercise. Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston discovered that male musicians have larger brains than men who have not had extensive musical training. Their cerebellums, the part of the brain containing 70 percent of the total brain’s neurons, was 5 percent larger in expert male musicians.
Music has the power to affect neural activity no matter where researchers looked in the brain, from primitive regions found in animals to more recently evolved areas thought to be strictly human, such as the frontal lobes. Harmony, melody, and rhythm invoke distinct patterns of brain activity.
This
new area of research is helping those involved in cognitive
rehabilitation. Music is now used with patients who have had a stroke,
or those with schizophrenia, Huntington’s. Alzheimer’s and traumatic
brain injury among others. Our instinctual response to music suggests
that in all of us, there is a positive psychological and physiological
outcome.

REMEMBERING is a STATE of Consciousness, a STATE of Presence and changes our ENERGY COMPLETELY…. REMEMBERING SHIFTS US to full gratitude for all and out of all of those matrix programs that we once held before…. (which is a physical density ratio thing, not a weight, rather how much “space and Light” we hold inside….. Understanding how physical density works becomes an important part of this process as well…. as it’s important for how our Physical LightBodies work, our Crystalline LightBodies/Structures work and how “Photonic and Plasma” our body is too, as well as how linear or Quantum…. and how our bodies function, which changes substantially (over years/our whole life up until this current now. Photonic DNA Evolution does not fall into any “boxes” or human perceptions, because it’s not any of “those”. AS WE TRULY REMEMBER, with our whole BEing… we RETURN to an EXISTENCE that is Pure Love. This REMEBERING only comes through our wide open heart and mind and “clearing” (Transcending) all that was linear WITHIN US before. All of that unconscious programming, all of that resistance, all of that duality and separation… that’s what BOUND US TO A 3D EXISTENCE… yet as we all continue… NOT ANYMORE…. As all start to understand… really truly fully understand… that 3D is relative to our own conscious, you stop calling the “physical reality” 3D…. and start looking at it completely differently. You start to realize that physical matter doesn’t dictate, we do…. that whether we live from Pure Love, Deep Sacred Respect, Caring and Sharing and Unifying all…. or an inner battle that plays out in our external… is what dictates our physical reality/experience… and that each one of us – WE – WE are the ones that dictate “how” all goes….. and our CHOICES, our MINDSETS and where we FUNCTION FROM, the basis and foundation for all of our realities… are either a derivative of fear or love. The/Our human aspect, when unconscious, focuses on the ‘physical’…. we focus on THE ENERGY… EACH’S ACTions, each’s openness, each’s caring, each’s showing up/LIVING their part AS FULLY CONSCIOUS LIGHT BEINGS too.
WE SEE ALL…. as all is visible when we actually care enough to open up all of the way to truly see…. to open up fully to “drop” the stories that we all “used” to PRETEND to not have any power or responsibility in what we kept supporting/playing in before. I REMEMBER the very first time, once I “woke up” to start to BEcome my “first” Higher Self aspect here… the very FIRST TIME I STOOD IN MY POWER and said an emphatic “NO” to certain realities that were not kind, loving, respectful to “Me”, that I used to allow to occur…. THAT MOMENT… this PURE POWER RUSHED THROUGH ME and I GOT IT. This is “How” we break through all of that programming… and I busted out laughing hilariously while driving home and sooooooooo excited at my own NEW REALIZATION… at the POWER I NOW HELD… and from that (zero) Point forward…. I began aligning my own realities through PURE LOVE…. for myself, SO THAT I COULD assist others who were ready to DO THIS THEMSELVES TOO……… I REMEMBER how FREE I finally was, from the turmoil and confusion inside, from the utter and complete “lostness” that I had felt, because I kept giving my power away in a multitude of ways, that I could not previously understand… because I was still “living” that “lack of love and power and self-respect” within myself… and I kept allowing everything to occur, because of my “programming” and deeply embedded beliefs that were ready to be cleared from my own body and physical reality, as my LightBody DNA activated HUGE…. all of a “sudden”, I had “new purpose” and it was to LIVE MY NEW FULLY… and EMBRACE that which made no logical sense to anyone else, because transitioning over from a “sleeping human” to a Multi-Dimensional Light BEing living from an Ascended State of Consciousness is not a linear/logical process. It’s non-linear, vibrational and Quantum….
REMEMBERING comes through our own DEEP inner-connection and FEELING that connection and REALIZING that THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THERE IS…. and that our “path” and “journey” to NEW EARTH is the “opposite” of everything we once “thought” we knew or believed…. NEW EARTH BECOMES VISIBLE and our own REALitiy as we LIVE it…. fully… in every way and we transition over from our old earth beliefs…. and we REALIZE the IMPORTANCE of all…. and we actually take a “pro-active” stance…. which still won’t look anything like we thought …. Ridiculous amounts of sleep for our bodies to complete continual PHOTONIC DNA re-writes and clear out dense programming/timelines/beliefs housed in our bodies and playing out in our fields/external …. Ridiculous amounts of RELEASING, clearing and detoxing our whole life/body/us…. Ridiculous amounts of laying around, crazy sleep/waking cycles, sporadic food craziness… Ridiculous amounts of living from an “invisible reality” that only becomes visible as our HIGHER HEARTS AND MINDS open fully…. Ridiculous amounts of “saying NO” to that which still represents the “old” (duality realities)…. and investing ourselves/all that we are/have into a REALITY that’s already occurred, yet only visible through our deep inner connection that WE hold inside of ourselves … and to those who SHARE THIS NEW WAY TOO… and can see through their Universal/Cosmic/Divine SOUL/Source Presence/Access as well…. to the rest, we are “weird and crazy”…. until they go through it, then we are not so weird and crazy, everything else is………. In the beginning, and various phases along the way, opening up fully is not “easy”, because it “goes against” everything we once learned, were told, believed… yet this too is a necessary and important part of the process, as it breaks down those linear constructs and programs that we hold/held in our own bodies (as reality) before… so that ALL OF US CAN LIVE the most brilliant realities that emanate PURE LOVE with every breath….. Everything else, a program and “ours” to observe and decide…. how to align our own lives with our highest everything here. ♥ MAGIC, FREEDOM and UNITY — this is our REMEMBERED (and for the human aspect “New”) way. Yet it’s not “new”…. we just forgot… HUGE…. and now it’s time for all to REMEMBER and LIVE THIS FULLY TOO.
WHAT DOES A NEW EARTH EXISTENCE OFFER? EVERYTHING….
What does an old version/old earth reality offer? You/we all… have to step back and look at the much bigger picture from inside and really see… really be ready and really comprehend…. THAT NEW EARTH IS THE ONLY REALITY, the rest is the old illusion and an unconscious “real”ity where each “tries” to hold in place, because their fear of “not conforming” FEELING so great. These are old programs too…. as NEW EARTH is not to fear, that was old earth…. NEW EARTH FREES each from this. ♥ NEW EARTH IS BIRTHED from within each …. the Light Encodements are held in ALL OF OUR DNA… our wide open hearts activate this, as does beauty, kindness and CHOOSING….. a whole new life… that’s available to each as their own ENERGY OPENS UP FULLY and IS READY to activate, explore, learn all new and RECEIVE.

Hello St Germain, I’m picking up on a topic you wish to discuss today…
Yes my dear I wanted to expound upon this topic of service to self vs. service to all and how this ties into your incoming global prosperity. This worldwide abundance which is soon to wash upon your shore so to speak is being ushered in with the assistance of the higher realms, with the contingency that this prosperity will be shared with humanity and spread around the globe, especially to the locales where it is needed most.. To the refugee camps, geographical locations where there is no running water or plumbing, and very little food… To populations within each country where the needs are the greatest…to the parts of the ailing earth that are in need of purification….to the animals who are in need of love and compassion…and to all living beings on earth. The global shift that is underway is symbolic of a paradigm shift from service to self (the old paradigm embraced by the powers that were and by the higher echelons of society), to service to all and service to humanity. This is the way of things in the higher dimensions.. We are all focused on the harmony and well-being not only of our individual selves but also on the well-being of the whole or the all or in other words of all living Beings in our Realm. We could translate that, in earth terms, to the well-being and harmony of all living beings on your planet including humans plants and animals as well as the Elementals which are a forgotten realm.. And even of mother earth Gaia herself, for your planet is also a Being… a patient loving and kind being who has made an agreement to carry forth humanity into this Golden Age we are approaching and into the higher dimensions.
Your planet and many of the beings on it is raising into the higher dimensions and this incoming worldwide prosperity and abundance is a part of this transition.. And all who will be benefactors of this prosperity are assisting in this paradigm transition. So in visualizing this global shift happening and in manifesting it into being, be ever mindful of how this financial prosperity will bring global harmony and well-being to all living things, including the planet herself, a planet which was on the verge of dying but has now transcended this and “arisen from the ashes” so to speak. You are the stewards of this planet, and have been entrusted in the care of her surface. We will not go into the subject of the beings who live on the inner earth; these beings are a higher dimensional society descended from Lemuria, a higher dimensional society which became intertwined with Atlantis and suffered its own demise on the surface of the planet, but survived and moved into the interior of the earth and still thrives as a higher dimensional society in the NOW. This is a topic for another day.
Back to the paradigm of service to all vs. service to self: Yes it is important to take care of your individual needs first, turning afterwards to how you can assist in raising the vibration of other living beings (including humans, animals, plants, elementals, and the earth herself), through kindness, generosity, sharing, compassion, and in a general upliftment of all. In restoring the earth to its former pristine condition, in treating all animals with reverence and respect, and in honoring the plants, animals and elementals upon your earth, as well as in sharing your abundance, well-being and prosperity with all other human beings. Service to self underlines separation, destruction of the earth, cruelty to all other living things, and the lower vibrations of inequality, separation, and lack; whereas service to all encompasses not only your own needs and well-being but also the needs and well-being of other living beings and the planet as a whole. It is this service to self which almost destroyed your planet and was the catalyst for a paradigm shift of Great Change.
Many of you and many sovereign nations, will be receiving large inflows of prosperity, and this windfall can do much to benefit the well-being of the Whole, including your entire planet, earth, animals, plants, and human beings. Eventually your planet can become a moneyless society… money is an Earth creation and does not exist in the higher dimensions, as the beings living there have embraced the concept of caring for the well-being of All. Everything is energy and when all beings begin to emanate the higher vibrations of peace, harmony, joy, oneness, unity, love; respect, caring and compassion for other living beings, and all the higher vibrational feelings, then harmony and unity result. Many humanitarian projects and dreams are underway and steps are now being taken to fulfill them.. Let us meditate now upon all the good this wealth can create. Rather than using wealth to control, dominate, separate, enslave and subjugate populations through Service to Self, what a joy it would be to create peace, well-being, harmony and prosperity on a global level, thus raising the vibration of the entire globe and all of humanity and all living beings. This is the new paradigm for the New Golden Age on Earth. You who are to be the recipients of this financial windfall will soon have the ability to do this, to be the Wayshowers and Pioneers of this new paradigm of cooperation, joy, abundance and harmony for all.
Let your vision be one of contributing to and fostering global well-being and let the extra wealth coming to you be used not for separation but for cooperation, not for division but for harmony. Show the world what sharing looks like, what caring for the well-being of not only self but also for others, of the earth, and of the whole looks like, and in return the harmonious and joyful feelings that will come from making the world a better place will be a feeling that is shared by all, creating a global harmony and well-being that is shared by all, not by the elite few. Let yourselves be lifted up by these higher vibrational feelings of sharing, love, joy, cooperation, harmony, and well-being. To assist another in being well and feeling joy is to assist yourself in feeling joy as two cannot be separated, only in thought… for in reality all beings are one energetic vibration and all are from the same loving energetic source.. All are emanations of a loving Source Creator expressing Itself. This global shift underway is symbolic of a transition from Service to Self towards Service to All…..this includes focusing on your own well-being, self love and self care as well as others’ well-being, loving others, and caring for others…of resources and positive vibrations being shared by all for the good of all which in turn has the effect of creating the highest good for each being.. the positive energetic vibrations then circulate freely amongst all, eliminating strife, and accentuating harmony and joy. And in realizing this, each being acts from the standpoint of this awareness. This is the way of the higher dimensions where we all cooperate for the well-being of the whole, knowing that to affect another is to affect oneself and vice versa. So let us focus upon this vision today and let us be grateful as we all are contributing to manifesting this harmonious and prosperous new reality filled with joy, laughter, harmony, peace, and abundance for all.
