Arcturian Council: Extreme Waves of Energy ~ March 19, 2017


“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are able to give you a reading on the current energetic situation on planet Earth, and it looks like there are waves of energy moving around with high highs and low lows within them. What this means is that you are giving yourselves one last look and taste of extreme polarities. If you feel that you are being tossed around, or if you feel like you are high one minute and low the next, it is a result of you encountering these waves that are executing a plan.

They have the intention of showing you how much polarity there still is, but they also have the purpose of giving you the choice to let go of that way of living. When you feel done with the rollercoaster ride, you will choose something that is less extreme and less polarized. You will feel more heart-centered, more present and more grounded, because you will have found the stability within yourself that is necessary in order to experience these waves of extremity.

You will demonstrate to yourselves that you can handle the downs. You know you can handle the ups, but when the downs come along, and they are measured against such extreme ups, it can be very challenging for you to maintain any sort of equilibrium. No matter where you are and no matter what you are feeling, it is always going to benefit you to return to your center, to find your balance point, and to look for stability within yourself, rather than in the events and circumstances of your life.

Even in a state of complete chaos, you can find your center and you can operate from your heart. You can let these waves toss you around and be the cause of your loss of hope, or you can use them as an opportunity to decide once and for all what type of life experience you would like to have as you move forward. It is entirely up to you. The choice is yours.

We suggest that you say your goodbyes to extreme polarity. And even when in the midst of one of the lows you will be able to find the strength to get through it, because you will know that this type of rollercoaster ride is on its way out. It is the third dimensional experience, and you are simply having one last go round before you leave it all behind for the much more peaceful experience of the fifth dimension.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Your Focus is a Gift ~ Feb. 25, 2017

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

Focusing is a talent, a skill. It is significant in your ability to evolve consciously. When you focus, you connect. You connect energetically to that which you are focusing on. You begin to co-create with the object of your focus. When you focus intentionally, you are actualizing more of that which you focus upon. And when you choose what you are focusing upon, you can deliberately experience more of it. That is conscious creation.

As you hone your ability to focus, you will experience more clarity. You will be more definitive about your decision-making, because you will have information that you will glean from your experience of focusing. Now, certainly there are things that are trying to get your attention. There are people who are trying to get your attention. There are advertisers around every corner, seeking your approval of their product.

The media tries to get your attention with scare tactics. Elected government officials want your attention. They need it. And then, of course, you have all of the other parts of your life that are clamoring for your attention, for your focus. When you decide definitely that you want to experience something, it is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore just how powerful you are in your focus.

Now, if you want to experience something, you don’t have to sit around focusing on something for hours and hours of the day. We don’t want you to look at this as a chore, or as something you must do in order to have what experiences you want to have. We are suggesting that you place your attention on that which you truly desire to focus upon and that you don’t get caught up in what other people want you to focus upon.

When you see someone clamoring for your attention, just acknowledge what is happening, send that individual, or group of individuals, your love, and shift your awareness to what you want to focus upon. Give yourselves the experience of truly exercising your free will, and do so because you want to exchange energy with that which you are focusing upon, not because we are telling you to focus and not because you believe you must focus upon it in order to experience it in the physical, or in order to have it in your possession.

Use your focus wisely. It is a gift, and when you give yourself the gift of your focus, you are accessing your creative potential. And that is a very significant part of your shift in consciousness.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ You’ve Been to the 5th Dimension ~ Feb. 9, 2017

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

Taking yourselves into a higher frequency range means you are accessing parts of yourself that you have not accessed before. You tend to think of the fifth dimension as a place, a place you go once you have evolved to a certain point. However, the outside world that you experience, that you would call fifth dimensional, will only and always be an extension of what you have accessed within yourselves.

There are, of course, many lifetimes that you have lived in the fifth dimension. You did not start out at the bottom and begin working your way up from lifetime number one. Time is not really linear in that way. So you are going to access parts of yourself that have experienced the fifth dimension, and those aspects of yourself are going to be integrated into your sense of who you are now.

The parts of you, the past life selves, that have existed in the fifth dimensional frequency range have advice for you. They have a perspective, and they have experience in working with the energies that you are beginning to familiarize yourself with now, in this lifetime. So you see, you really aren’t doing it all yourself, and you certainly are not reinventing the wheel.

You have help from higher frequency beings, some of which are you, in another form, in another time and space. Now the easiest way for you to receive their help is by acknowledging them, by feeling for them.

You know them, energetically, and you also know them physically, as the atoms that comprise the cells of your body have existed in the other beings that have come before you. They contain the memories. They contain the information, and they can be activated to give you the strength and the abilities to forge ahead in those times when you are still struggling with certain third dimensional issues.

When you meditate, we invite you to feel for the energies of your past life selves that have already experienced the fifth dimensional frequency range. Invite them in. Open your arms to them, and relax in the knowing that this is a team effort and that everyone is on your team.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

Bringing yourselves to this particular point in time has taken quite a bit out of you. You have many scars, many wounds, and carry with you many traumas, but they have all helped you get to where you are today. And where are you today, you might wonder? You’re at the precipice of a global shift in consciousness. You’re at a time of awakening, not just of the human consciousness, but of the Earth itself.

This event was planned. It was something you all signed up for as an experience, and we want you to understand that. We want you to know that you don’t need to earn your way to ascension. It is not as though you suffered your way to this point in time. Everything that you’ve experienced that has given you cause to feel pain, suffering, and so many other things has been also about giving yourselves the opportunity to have those experiences.

You can only have those experiences from a third-dimensional interpretation of reality. And now that you are shifting, you don’t need to continue to create those types of scenarios for yourselves. You’ve moved past the desire even to create those types of scenarios. We also want you to understand that this journey is not about learning lessons. It’s not about becoming better human beings.

It’s about giving yourselves experiences so that you can make informed decisions. Once you realize how a certain decision feels when you make it, you then give yourselves that information, which allows you to make a more informed decision next time. You are becoming more of who you are, and that is also something that is preordained. It’s not up for debate, and it’s not in question.

You’re going to always feel attracted to the Source Energy vibration that is at your very core, and how you get there is always up to you. So now as you stand in this point in time, it is to your benefit to draw from all of the experiences that you’ve had in this lifetime and in every other to make more informed decisions about how you move forward.

So invite in that information, especially before you fall asleep at night. Invite it in because it is yours and yours alone, and it serves you very well to have as much of your history at your disposal as you possibly can. Your history propels you forward into the future, the future which is also the past. It is the past because you are returning home to the Source Energy that you originally emerged from.

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

Placing yourself in the hands of Source Energy and giving yourself over to this universe to be an instrument of Love is not an act of self-sacrifice. You do not let go of your desires for yourself and for your life in that moment. You are often convinced that there are either/or propositions in life or choices that you must make between living for yourself and living in service to others.

You are often convinced that you, as an individual, and God, or Source, as All That Is, have different agendas for your life. This is not actually true. When you realize that you are Source Energy, you are the God that you once felt separate from, you recognize that there is only one agenda, and it is yours, and it is also the agenda of Source Energy.

So as you make the statement that you are placing yourself in the hands of God, or Source, or All That Is, or whatever name you feel comfortable with, you are also freeing yourself. But you are freeing yourself from limitation. You are freeing yourself from the bondage of separation. You cannot possibly be separate from that which you are, but you are choosing to be who you are. You are choosing which aspect of yourself to utilize as you navigate through your life experience.

And to be in the hands of God, and to be an instrument of the universe for Love, does not mean that you are subjugating yourself to someone or something that is out there and above you. In the moment that you make that statement, you are aligning yourself with who you really are. You are aligning yourself with the one true agenda for this and every other lifetime.

You ultimately want to know yourself as Love. You want to experience yourself as Source Energy, and giving yourself over means letting go of anything and everything that ever caused you to play it small. Anything other than knowing yourself as pure, unconditional Love is in fact playing it small. And everything that you want to experience can be an experience that is in service to the Love that you are, and there is no sacrifice in that.

We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are very fond of all of you. That is all.”
