“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have given you some of our wisdom, but we have also learned from watching you what it is that makes humanity so strong and so unique. You have an ability to Love, Daniel Scranton, you help all others around you by giving them permission to feel what they are feeling.

And you are awakening aspects of you now that are coming to assist in this process of your evolution and your ascension. You are awakening aspects of you who have attempted to make this shift in previous lifetimes and have failed.

Those aspects are responsible for the doubt that you sometimes feel. They are responsible for many of the emotions that you still need to process. They are even responsible at times for that foreboding feeling that the world is coming to an end, or at the very least is at the brink of another world war.

These are the aspects of you that require the most compassion, acceptance, and unconditional love. They are also awakening at this time to help you navigate through the energies because they have been in this position before. So you see, once again, you take something that is challenging and traumatic, and you use it to your benefit. That is one of the many things that we love about you.

The 9D Arcturian Council ~ A Tipping Point for the Collective Consciousness ~ July 8, 2017

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are pleased to give you a progress report that you are going to enjoy receiving. The human collective consciousness is approaching a tipping point that when reached will bring you past any possibility of putting yourselves in a very difficult and unfortunate situation regarding your planet and your ascension.

There have been many possibilities for all of you to shift in a rather messy way, but as you continue to seek out the comfort that comes from connecting within yourselves, you eliminate any need for humanity to create a rockier road for yourselves. There are many opportunities for you to exercise your free will in releasing that which has been holding you back as individuals, and we see so many of you making the choice that serves you most.

So many of you are exercising that free will to go within and seek out the comfort that you need to experience from opening your hearts. You have been given opportunities to blame, to ignore, and to numb yourselves, and the vast majority of you are not making those choices.

Each time each one of you as an individual makes a choice to go within and seek that comfort within your hearts, you add momentum to the shift of the collective consciousness and you move yourselves down a timeline that does not include catastrophe, natural disasters, or large scale wars. You also move yourselves further and further away from needing an intervention from some of your physical extra-terrestrial friends.

Everyone who has your greatest and highest good at heart is applauding the nearing of this tipping point. We are all doing what we can to assist you in making those decisions that serve your greatest and highest good, but it always comes down to you and it always comes down to choice. The choices that you are making are having a very positive impact on the shift of the collective consciousness.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Contact with Extra-Terrestrial Beings ~ June 8, 2017

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

If you are capable of receiving our messages, then you must be on a similar wavelength. You must have the vibrational resonance with us that is required to receive these messages. Just as the channel must raise his vibration in order to connect with us and transmit our energy, so must you be able to raise your vibration to receive and integrate that which we offer.

What that means for you is that you get to determine for yourself what types of downloads you want to receive. You get to tune yourselves energetically to the vibrations of the beings that you want to be in contact with. You get to use your discernment and decide for yourselves which messages, which beings, and which transmissions resonate with you at your core.

This puts you in the driver’s seat, so to speak, when it comes to connecting with other beings who have physical bodies and who you would consider to be extra-terrestrial. These beings, no matter who they are, are not able to affect every single human on planet Earth, no matter what they are offering vibrationally. Physical extra-terrestrial beings can only influence those humans who are offering a vibration that is receptive to their offerings.

So if you want to interact with high-frequency extra-terrestrial beings, all you have to do is tune yourself to their vibration. And you don’t then need to put your attention on any other beings that are vibrating at a lower frequency. You get to pick and choose. It is a very big galaxy, and there are many, many different beings who want to connect with you for various reasons.

If you want to connect with the extra-terrestrial beings who have your best interests at heart, who want to co-create, and play, and learn more about you, then you just have to put your attention on those beings and their vibrations. They will be the ones that you are in harmony with. And therefore, they will be the ones that you connect with, that you receive downloads from, and that you have contact with in the physical. There is nothing for you to be afraid of. All you need to do is pay attention to your vibration.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Uniting The Galaxy ~ May 16, 2017

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have awakened within you a sense of your connection to the other parts of the galaxy where you have incarnated previously. We, and others like us, are making it possible for you to travel to the far reaches of the galaxy without needing to actually leave your physical homes. This experience for you is meant to trigger within you memories of living on other worlds, and we can see that you are responding to the energies that we transmit and that you are taking what we are giving to you and incorporating it into your consciousness and your sense of self.

This is an awakening that occurs in tiny steps and monumental leaps. You can expect to receive more communication through your dreams of the lifetimes that you have lived in the Arcturian star system and in all of the other star systems in your galaxy. When you look within yourself for evidence of what we are saying, all you need to do is feel for the diversity that exists within the human being.

You are such diverse creatures with so many different ways of being in the world. Each of you has known yourselves as several different beings throughout the course of one lifetime, and you can count on shifting that sense of who you are even more in the coming months and years.

This revelation that you have about yourselves and your origins is not meant to get you to want to leave Earth behind. We are not attempting to lure you off planet or to give you the impression that you are supposed to be somewhere else in the galaxy. We want you all to see yourselves as the ones who are uniting beings from all different parts of the galaxy, beings that come in different forms, shapes, and sizes.

We want you to look within yourselves for that sense that you are in fact meant for something big, meant to unite the galaxy. And you are also meant to continue to spread yourselves and your DNA around to allow others in this galaxy to feel what the Earthly experience is like. You are captivating to us, as we are to you, and it is the mutual interest that we have in each other that continues to bring about the expansion of the galaxy and the universe.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Your Experience of Reality is Shifting ~ April 8, 2017

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have experienced but a fraction of what your consciousness is capable of perceiving. This means that your awakening is also about experiencing more. It is primarily about awakening to the fact that you are Source Energy. But then you also get to awaken to the fullness and richness of reality. You get to experience it in its true form. The first thing that you will notice as you begin to see and feel more will be the differences in your abilities to perceive with the five senses.

As you open yourselves up to these experiences, you can expect to encounter layers upon layers of this reality that will excite you, that will inspire you, and that will give you a newfound appreciation for your planet. The richness and fullness of the reality that you experience is in direct proportion to the amount of consciousness that you have awakened.

This is one of the reasons why being present is so important. In being present, you are able to perceive that which is right in front of you, and you are able to perceive it from a perspective that can only be experienced as you operate as your whole self, or higher self. Becoming one with the experience of your reality, becoming the observer and the observed, is one of those mind-blowing experiences that you never forget.

As you expand your consciousness, you expand your sense of self to include more of this reality. And that is something else that you awaken to. You awaken to the fact that you are the reality that you experience. You are not in it. It is you. It is you projected out and reflected back. And when you know this to be true without a shadow of a doubt, you are then able to create what you want to experience, you are able to go where you want to go, and you are able to be what you want to be.

It all starts with a willingness to be present and to stretch your five senses beyond what you’ve been able to use them for previously. And as you are grounded in your physical bodies, you give yourselves the best possible experience of reality. The expansion that occurs is a natural byproduct of existence, but you can hasten the experience of expansion and you can accelerate your expansion, and you do so by shifting the way you experience reality.
