Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been experiencing surges of energy ourselves, and while we cannot completely relate to what it has been like there on Earth, we want you to know that we can empathize with how unsettling the surges can be. You are all doing the best that you can to stay on track with these energies, and we applaud you for that. We know that the challenges before you are about maintaining your physical and physical existence while simultaneously having so many different spiritual experiences.

These spiritual experiences must be integrated into the physical realm, and what is very challenging about that is the fact that the physical human body is the most dense part of you. It is the hardest part of you to keep on track. This is why it is so important to stay hydrated and grounded at this time. It’s never going to be a good idea to be dehydrated or ungrounded, but with the recent energy surges that you and we have been experiencing, it is particularly important for you to take care of yourselves.

It is going to be a rough and rocky ride at times, and you are going to need to listen to your bodies. Give yourself the rest that you need. Let yourselves off the hook, and enjoy the physical as best you can, because in your enjoyment of the physical, you are more likely to be grounded in your bodies.

Now is not the time to be taking on a lot of physically taxing and challenges tasks. Now is the time to be checking in with your body on a regular basis and seeing what it is that you really need, as opposed to what it is that you just normally do. This is a time for receiving these energies as well, and in order to receive them more fully, sometimes you just have to take a break, take it easy, and let go of your list of things to do. Taking care of yourself in that way is an act of self-love.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very pleased to announce that you are making the progress that we would have hoped you would make from the recent energies that have been coming in and hitting some of you very hard. There is never any certainty on our part as to how you will handle the energies as they come in. There is only hope that we and the other beings who are sending you energy have done the correct calibrations. We are very happy to see how many of you are beginning to recognize yourselves as the brilliant beings of light and love that you truly are.

And when we say that, we also want to include that we notice when someone is in their ego and when they are not, and what we are noticing is that the vast majority of those of you who are awake have absolutely no ego involved when you shine your light. You have been shining your lights for the rest of humanity ever since you awakened in this lifetime, and now you are beginning to increase the amount of light that you allow to flow through you without hesitation and without fear.

You see, early on when many of you awakened, there was a period where you hid your light from the rest of the world out of fear that you would be ostracized or worse, and those fears have mostly been completely processed and cleared because of the work that you do on yourselves. We cannot process your emotions for you. We cannot clear anything out of you. That’s your work. We give you the upgrades, activations, and downloads that encourage you to do that work and that give you incentive to do that work. Because once you have cleared what you need to clear, you then have access to what we have deposited into your fields. And of course, we are not the only ones doing this.

So you have many reasons to be on top of the whole clearing and processing game. So that is what we see happening, and as a result, you have access to the downloads, the activations, and everything else that we send to you, and you’ve been shining your light without that egoic sense of being better than anyone else as you do. And that is why you don’t attract that negative attention. So you have learned through the clearing what you need to do in this lifetime to be the leaders, the healers, the guides, and the wayshowers that you are without getting yourselves in any trouble along the way.

It is a pleasure for us to have every single opportunity that you give us to connect with all of you energetically. We are so enthusiastic about the way that you all have been opening yourselves up to us and other high-frequency beings who are here to help.

We want you all to recognize that the help you have been asking for is here. It is available to you, and it is available to you now, not because you have earned it, however. And that is a very important point that we want to make to all of you, because it is time for you to recognize that we are not looking for the righteous. We are not just here to help the purest of heart.

We see the Divinity in all of you, and we respect it enough to speak to you as if you are as aware of that Divinity as we are. You have been working through so much there on Earth in this one lifetime that it is completely understandable why you have had your moments of forgetting. It is completely understandable to us that you have had a hard time of maintaining that level of awareness that you want to maintain.

It is not your job to be perfect, and we are not holding anything back to those of you who have slipped up. In any moment that you feel worthy of receiving our love, our energy, our downloads, and our activations, you will receive them. There is no hierarchy in our non-physical eyes. We are not judging you.

We are simply here to help, and so are so many other beings and collectives. And of course, so is Source. Here in the ninth dimension, we know ourselves more as Source Energy Beings all the time than most of you have ever caught a glimpse of within yourselves. So we know how unconditionally loving and forgiving and compassionate Source is.

Remember, you are Source. And if there’s no separation, how can there be a judgment? What good would that do? How would that serve Source? And it doesn’t serve any of you either. So let go of your self-judgment and your self-criticism, and let in all of the help you are being given on a regular basis, from a myriad of beings, whose number increases all the time. We are here to remind you of who you already are and to activate that awareness within you, and we will never give up.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have opened many portals to help all of you receive the energies that you have asked for, and we are continuing to offer our energetic support, in addition to our love and compassion, at all times. But we want to introduce you to the most important portal that you have available to you. We are talking about the portal that exists at the center of your heart. This portal connects you to all other dimensions, including the Source Energy dimension, which means it is your gateway to more of who you really are.

You want to be centered in your hearts for the love, for the guidance, and to be in the present moment as often as you can, but you also want to access more of the truth of who you are as Source Energy Beings. All that is required of you to access this portal is that you give your attention to what is in your heart. You must be willing to feel everything that comes up emotionally in order to get to that very loving center of who you really are.

Anything that you are feeling that is something other than the vibration of love is getting in the way of you having full access to your hearts and to that unconditional love of Source. That is what you want flowing through you at all times. The energy of Source is creative and is filled with more than just love and compassion. The energy of Source is filled with ideas, inspiration, and anything else that you could ever possibly need to be living the lives that you want to be living.

So it is our recommendation that you meditate on your hearts. Put your attention there first thing when you wake up in the morning, and as you are falling asleep, and at any other point in the day that you can think of to put your attention there. You can use your minds to focus you more on your hearts and access more of who you are with that focus, and that is what we are recommending here, in this transmission.

We want you to feel how powerful you are. We want you to rely less on us and more on yourselves for everything that you could ever possibly need or want. And as we said earlier, it could not be easier to access this beautiful and wonderful portal.

The 9D Arcturian Council ~ Ask, Create, & Then Go Have Fun ~ March 31, 2019

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are ready to receive more requests from all of you because we know that in your state of asking you are summoning the energy to bring you the experience that you want to have. We also thrive on those desires that you put out into the universal collective consciousness. We may not be from the same star system, or the same dimension, but we still benefit from the expansion that your asking causes in this universe that we share.

We also know that in your asking, you get creative. You are creating the reality that you will someday experience while you are in that state of asking. And so, we love to witness you getting those inspired thoughts and ideas going, and we love to see how the universe expands. We love to feel that expansion ourselves, as we look for the cracks that you leave open to receive what it is that you have asked for.

Once you ask, that part of the equation is done. You don’t have to keep asking, but you do want to stay in the same vibration of what it is you have been asking for. The way you do that is by having more fun. When you play, when you are in your state of joy, that’s when you open those cracks, through which we can pour a tremendous amount of energy. Once you have the energy, you can create whatever you want, and we see this happening all the time.

We see that when people take a break from being spiritual all the time, that is when they let in some of what they have summoned. That means that you have our permission to do things that you want to do for the sake of enjoyment. It doesn’t all have to be meditation, yoga, chanting, and acts of service. You do plenty of those things, and the effects are experienced by every other being in this universe.

But there are times when you just need to engage in some self-care. There are times when it is best for you to just explore the physical realm and to do what brings you the most joy. And in so doing, of course, there will be opportunities for growth. But there will also be synchronicities. There will also be unexpected encounters. There is so much that is spiritual that also slips through the cracks when you’re not thinking about your chakras, or your thoughts, or your vibration.

So continue to ask for what is new and interesting, and then go have some fun. And let’s see what happens. We will be watching. We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.
