Full E.T. Disclosure Is Coming ∞The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton ~ November 17, 2019


Editor’s Note: MmmHmm…here it comes! None know the exact time when other life forms are introduced into the public arena “officially”, but this article enhances this knowledge becoming apparent from a spiritual state.

The question is however…what does this have to do with Love and the answer is multi-fold. (1) We have a pretty clear understanding that ET life exists in another dimension, or at a higher vibratory rate than Earth has, so ET BEings exist in a “higher realm” than humanity on 3D Earth, (2) The higher vibratory rate for ET life would draw them even closer to the high vibration of Love, making the lower vibrations of greed and fear unavailable for them to hold.

Of course, we have had “space wars” described where Dark ET forces have literally fought those of the Light (Star Wars?) and those “Dark” ET’s are reported to have converted to the Light with our Earth being the last and final stronghold for the Dark. in this Galaxy.

For this reason, the situation on Earth is being closely watched by many, many ET civilizations for as the Earth/humanity is able (with Divine help) to lift itself into a higher dimension of Being (5D), ALL BEings (souls) in this galaxy will be automatically shifted upwards in their own vibratory rate as well.

There you have the “story” listed above regarding ET life in relation to Planet Earth. For me, for my fractal of my Higher Self…I look forward to the benefits for humanity stemming from ET “official” disclosure as these benefits will remove the burden of survival we know all carry. Releasing the fear of survival (having enough to eat, drink, shelter), will open the hearts of humanity to more fully understand and appreciate the wonderful “Power of Love” that IS the ultimate JOY in living!

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have begun to investigate the possibility that you will be given certain key pieces of information about the existence of extra-terrestrials and which government leaders have known about their existence and kept it from you. We have seen the various timelines in which this type of evidence comes to light t hat would be unquestionable and from a very credible source, and what we can see is that most of humanity would not find themselves in a state of shock or rage.

Most people would not begin building bunkers for themselves and their families. Most humans who are unaware of the cover-ups would be disappointed and want to point fingers at this, that, or the other political leader, but the existence of extra-terrestrials being made known to all of humanity would not have the effect of widespread panic.

This is what we are seeing right now. We are seeing a readiness within the majority of the population. The vast majority of the population is ready for the big reveal, for the disclosure event. But we see it playing out in such a way that the evidence is presented by a person, or a group, or a media outlet that has no political ties whatsoever.

If you have your full disclosure event presented to you by a government leader, the likelihood of that leader using disclosure to his or her advantage is extremely high. We are not talking about just photographic evidence or video. We are talking about much more than that being presented to the entire human population, and we see this is as a positive choice that humanity is going to make.

We see your higher selves debating about when the opportune time is for this disclosure event. We see that the people who would be freaking out the most are the ones delaying the entire process, and that’s to be expected. You cannot expect every human to be all right with the existence of extra-terrestrials when it goes against something they have held very dear to themselves, like a religion. There is also fear that is generated because of past life experiences that people have had with extra-terrestrials and the traumas they still hold from those experiences.

This is something that we continue to study and analyze, and every time that we bring it up to you, there is of course the truth that you are that much closer. You are closer now than you ever have been to everyone knowing without a doubt that e.t.s existence and that they have been in contact with humans for millions of years. This is the timing that you all wanted for this to occur in, regardless of what your ego and your mind is telling you. So if you are wondering why it didn’t happen thirty or forty years ago, it is because of the agreement you all had as a human collective consciousness.

Remember that everything will always happen in accordance with the greatest and highest good of all, and that includes full disclosure of extra-terrestrial life and the involvement of those e.t.s with your governments, your military officials, and a lot of the technology that you have on your planet right now. The time is coming, and those of you receiving this transmission will not be surprised, but you are the ones who can make it easier on those who will be.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been witnessing the way in which you are all handling the energies that are upon you now, as you open yourselves up more because of the date on the calendar. And we are very pleased to see so many of you in a place of relaxation, embracing your Divine Feminine energy, and letting in that which you have been summoning. The energies of the time that you are in right now are a reflection of your state of being as an awakened collective.

You tune yourself more to what is all around you when you have a date on your calendar like November 11th, and so we and the other beings who send you energies from across the galaxy gather together to explore what it is that you’re anticipating, what it is you’re asking for, and what it is you need, and we blend together a cocktail of all three.

We know that there is a desire amongst you who are awakened to rise above what you refer to as ‘the matrix,’ what we often refer to as the third dimension and egoic reality. And so, these energies are about breaking free from what has been expected of you by society, by your friends and family members. This is a time that is right in between the recent equinox and the upcoming solstice, and it is a time for evolution. It is a time for letting go of those expectations that have been placed upon you, whether spoken or unspoken, by society. It is a time when you are shifting from the balancing energies of the equinox to the more creative energies of the solstice.

You are in a time period now where you can really focus on what it is you want to create, and you can find yourself living that reality in a very short amount of your linear time. So do get excited about 11/11. Get excited about what we and others like us are offering energetically, but also get excited about how awake you are and how awakened you have become over time.

You’ve gotten to the point now where you know you want to rise above the current system of haves and have-nots, polarized politicians, and a media that tries to scare you into buying what you don’t need. You are tired of unnecessary wars, and you are tired of needing for anyone else to believe what you believe in order to validate you. These are just a few of the problems that you have collectively faced during all of your lifetimes in the third dimension and for the majority of this lifetime.

You are now fourth dimensional beings, which means you’ve already made a tremendous amount of progress on your way to the fifth dimensional frequency range, which you are every day spiraling upwards towards. We want to reward you, and we also want to let you know that you are creating all of it, regardless of how it might look. It might look like we are the heroes and the reptilians are the villains, but we are all just playing our roles for you so that you can evolve your consciousness and become who you have always desired to be. And that is happening, and the energies of this time are going to assist you. So do relax, hydrate, ground yourselves, open yourselves up and expect the energies of 11/11 to transform you and to elevate yourselves above the so-called matrix.

The 9D Arcturian Council ~ Accessing the Energies of Your Starseed Origins ~ October 19, 2019

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been investigating the different portals that have been opened for humanity to see how much you are utilizing them appropriately. We are speaking here about the portals that we have created and opened, as well as portals opened by other high frequency beings who are seeking to serve you and assist you in your shift in consciousness. When we, and others like us, talk about the energies that are upon you, we are referring to not only the energies coming from the sun and other parts of the galaxy. We are referring to portals that are great gateways for energy to come in.

Now, we notice that the number of you who are accessing the energies from these portals and really feeling it is growing in number. More people have been awakening to the truth that these portals exist and that they are accessible by the average person. You don’t need a special degree or any special training to sit and access the energies from these portals. And so, what we have been doing as a result of what we have noticed is that we’ve taken energies from all across the galaxy, and we’ve merged them together so that no matter what portal you are accessing in the moment, you will be receiving energies from the Pleiadian system, the Orion system, the Lyran system, the Cassiopeian system, our system, the Andromedan system, and so on.

We want you to know that by opening yourselves up to receive, you are getting the activations that you need to know yourselves as your higher selves. Some of what we prescribe to you is hard work. When we talk about feeling intense emotions and activating higher frequency vibrations, we know we are asking a lot of you. But with these portals, the work is really done for you, and all you need to do is sit with that intention of opening yourselves up to receive the higher frequency energies that are coming in.

And then when you get those activations, you feel more whole and complete because aspects of you that are from the aforementioned star systems can be integrated, and you can know yourselves as more than just from one star system. You can let go of that idea that you are just one of many, because you have been to all of the different star systems throughout the galaxy on your journeys. That was part of your intention before coming to Earth to ascend and to awaken, and now you are helping to unify the galaxy with the wonderful work that you are doing on yourselves. We are happy to give you this very good news and to let you know that more is coming.

You can receive it if you choose to, if you open yourself up to it. There is no other trick that is needed. You all have done so much work already, and you are ready to receive so much more. We, and others like us, are eager to give what we can to remind you of who you really are as galactic beings of light and love.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been exploring the many possibilities that exist for humanity between now and the time of your next Solstice, and we are happy to say that humanity is moving and evolving at such a pace that we see some very positive timelines in front of you. We see that you have been accessing much more of the energy that’s been coming up from the Earth’s core and her grid system, and this is freeing a lot of the stuck energy from your root chakras, getting it out and cleared from your bodies and energy fields. This is very important work that you are all doing, as you need to face fears and traumas around death and bodily harm, as well as issues with finances.

These are all subjects that come up when you are doing root chakra work, and what better teacher to have on your side than the very Earth that made it possible to have physical life and that provides you with so much abundance. So the movement forward for humanity in these next couple of months will include many shifts in the way you all experience wealth and abundance, as well as fears of physical harm and mortality. These changes are coming because so many of you realize that you are eternal beings and that you are creators.

As eternal beings and creators, a lot of the traumas that are stored in your root chakras can be purged, and you can create new stories about who you are and what survival is. Now that you have come to this point in your evolution, of course, now you have the messiness of what has been stored in those chakras, and that can come up to be looked at, embraced, and finally released once and for all. When you do this work as individuals, you affect the entire human collective consciousness, and when you do that, you see the changes outside of you.

You can expect to see changes in the systems that you are a part of and to see some of the changes occurring in the next calendar year that you’ve been wanting to see for quite some time. Now, of course, you have a world economy, and then you have economies in your individual countries. But the countries whose economies are the biggest in the world do have a ripple effect. And so you can see how changing what’s going on inside of you can affect your country’s economy, and how that can then have a ripple effect in the opposite direction to the world’s biggest economies.

As far as the death and bodily harm part of this root chakra equation go, you are going to find more and more people are expressing an interest in accessing their light bodies. They may not have that language for it, but you do have within you a deep knowing that if you wanted to live forever in your body, you could. All death is a choice, and when your consciousness realizes that, your body will follow suit. So there are these timelines that you are exploring for how to anchor in these truths about your eternal and infinite natures, and we want to prepare you for those possibilities so that you can see how something that appears tragic at first can be quite enlightening and forward-moving for all of humanity.

It is our desire for all of humanity to shift your consciousness in the most peaceful, pleasant, and joyous way imaginable. We know that this timeline exists for all of you, and it is our mission to get as many of you as possible to experience it, both in your waking state and when you are asleep, so that you can hold the vibration within you and become one of the members of society who is feeling your way towards this best possible scenario.

You are capable, as a collective, of taking our vision for humanity’s shift and improving upon it. You are powerful enough to do just that, and that is also a vision that we hold for all of you. We know what you are capable of, but most of you have not found the confidence to create the reality that you desire, and so we help you to find that confidence. And we want all of you to recognize yourselves as beautiful and masterful creator beings. Many of you have become aware of predictions about your shift, or ‘the event,’ as it is sometimes referred to as, and those predictions are about chaos, destruction, cataclysms and death. And while those timelines certainly do exist, you don’t have to align yourselves with anything that you don’t want to experience.

You have the freedom within the fourth dimension to create the experiences you want to have and then to manifest those experiences. When you become aware of someone else’s not-so-good feeling vision for humanity’s vision, remember that. Remember that your exposure to that prediction is your creation, but also know that you are under no obligation to live out what someone else is inviting you to. We are quite certain that you will enjoy the vision that we hold of humanity’s completion of the shift, and that is why we invite you to it. But you will always have free will. You will always be able to choose what you want to experience, and please, please know that none of the predictions that you become aware of are set in stone.

The future is all about probabilities, and you as the awakened ones in the human collective can and will choose from those probabilities. And as we have said, you will probably create some new ones, ones that are even better than what we have envisioned.
