The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Physical Upgrades ~ April 6, 2018

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have taken the steps forward on your journeys that are necessary to bring in the help that you’ve been getting. You see, help isn’t just distributed when you are in need of it. That’s what happens when the help you need is coming from non-physical, but when you demonstrate a readiness for help on a physical level, that’s when your physical extra-terrestrial brothers and sisters are able to step in.

The higher you raise your vibration, the closer you are in proximity to them. And so it doesn’t become as much about help as it does collaboration. Now, what you are collaborating on are some upgrades that will tide you over physically until you are fully occupying your light bodies.

When you let the help in, and you receive the upgrades to your physical bodies, so that you can carry more light in them, you are not only granting permission to continue on this journey with your extra-terrestrial friends, but you are also exercising your free will to make the experience of your ascension easier. We know that is has been very hard on you emotionally, and second to the emotional hardship has been the physical symptoms.

You have all endured so many ascension symptoms, and some of you for decades have been struggling to feel right in your physical bodies. Now, with this final upgrade, you will be able to handle the light and the codes that you will be downloading. You will be able to make a transition into a light body seamlessly, and you will see a gradual letting go of the ascension symptoms, even the ones you’ve been carrying around for decades.

This is a big step forward for humanity, and the timing is right, as you are now in the final stages of this seemingly endless ascension journey. It will all be worth it, however, in the long run, and you will recognize how every experience, no matter how painful, was a part of this journey, and a necessary one.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

It is the perfect time for all of you to consider how you would like to be moving forward in this next phase of your evolution. You are getting to decide how you move forward, in spite of what you might be told from others, others who make it seem as though the next five to ten years are set in stone for all of you. Nothing could be further from the truth.

You are the pioneers here. You are the creators and co-creators, and it is your time to be the deciders, the ones who actualize your own evolution. You can, of course, just wait and see what happens. You can look for new predictions to tell you what’s going to happen next, or you can take the wheel and decide for yourselves what it’s going to take for you as individuals to evolve.

Do you need drama and trauma in your life to be inspired, to feel your emotions? Do you need hardship in order to create? Do you need to see evidence of the rest of humanity lagging behind in order to do something about the evolution of your consciousness? When we talk about the evolution of your consciousness, we want you to know that it is something that happens automatically, but it is also something that you can facilitate.

You can put your foot on the gas pedal and bring yourselves to a heightened sense of awareness. You can choose to love more, to meditate more, to connect more with nature and Mother Earth. You can reach out to other aspects of yourself. You can reach out to higher dimensional beings. You can be an active participant in the evolution of your consciousness, and you can steer the rest of humanity in that direction as well.

You don’t have to sit around and wait for something to happen. You don’t even have to wait for some grand, inspired idea. Just stop what you’re doing from time to time and check in with how you’re feeling, how you’re vibrating. Do some conscious breathing. Meditate if you have to. But just be sure you’re taking care of the evolution of your consciousness.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

It is the best possible approach to take to your lives when you operate from the position that every moment that you spend here is a gift. Oftentimes your lives can seem like a sentence, and you have often been told that your lives are a test. But what if you being here was the absolute most exciting experience you could be having?

Trust us when we say that you knew you wanted the rollercoaster ride of Earth before you incarnated here. Now, if you are truly grounded in your physical body, and are consciously breathing, you have everything that you need to make the most of the moment that you are in. Practicing mindfulness and being present, these are the approaches of the holiest of people on your planet.

When you have an opportunity to experience something, and you invest all of who you are into it, that experience can become anything at all that you want it to become. This is how you create your reality. You don’t create your reality just so that you can live something that you want to live in the future. You create your reality in the now moment that you are living, and then with your consciousness, you can stretch out that moment so that it becomes your next now, and your next, and your next.

We are suggesting that you begin to see life on planet Earth as a gift and that you let go of the struggle. Releasing is a very spiritual act, but it doesn’t mean giving up on living the life that you want to live. It means letting go of the idea that you are not living that life right now.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have considered all of the different possibilities for humanity, and we have seen a number of different outcomes. The fact is that you have all been avoiding some very treacherous and unwanted timelines, and you have done so with your willingness to accept each other’s differences.

Now, we understand that you see on your televisions and computers a lot of people not respecting each other, and accepting each other’s perspectives, but there are far more of you who are doing so than there are those who would rather disagree in anger and hold onto hate than grant another their free will to have a different perspective than theirs.

So what you see played out in the media, and even in your social media, is the minority. What we see is how willing you all are to look past your differences and look for the similarities. We are seeing so many humans wanting to experience oneness. We are seeing so many of you forgiving each other, and we are seeing more of a willingness to work together in spite of the different perspectives that you hold.

What we recommend is that you turn off your televisions, your talk radio programs, and you stay away from websites that are polarizing you, trying to keep you at each other’s throats. There is more to be gained by those in power by instigating these sorts of debates and disputes and arguments. So you, the majority, have to continue to remain willing to sit down with someone who has very different opinions and beliefs than you do, and find the opportunity for connection.

Find the common ground. Give others the benefit of the doubt. See past those differences and look for the moment where you can see eye-to-eye on something. Look for the love that exists within the person who has different beliefs than you do, or different views on gun control or immigration. Look to the heart of that person, feel the love within him or her, and find the compassion within yourself. You will come together as a human collective. We have seen that outcome as well, and we see it as the most likely one.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have a frequency within you that harmonizes you with the unified field of energy in this universe. It is the frequency of oneness. It is the experience of unity consciousness, and it is available to you right now. You don’t need to shift in order to find this frequency within you. It is always available to you, and it is also beckoning you.

Having that experience will change your life forever. You will never feel alone or lonely again, and you will always know that you are part of something gigantic. It is a feeling that will leave you knowing that there is no pressure on you to do anything or to become anything in this lifetime.

Once you feel the sensation of oneness with all beings, you will be much more quick to forgive, and you will hold a tremendous amount of compassion for your fellow humans and animals. Some of you will even feel it for the plants.

This frequency is one that can be attained through your desire to feel it and by going within yourself. It is not about forgetting who you are, or giving up your individuality. It is about connection. It is about spreading your consciousness out as far as you possibly can. It is about knowing yourselves as more, and that always serves you.

This shift in consciousness that you are participating in is also an expansion of your consciousness. It is a raising of your overall vibration, and it is a recognition of that oneness. You will all have this feeling at one point or another in this incarnation, but if you bring it about consciously and deliberately through your focus, you will know true power, and you will know that love is all there is.

We invite you to go within, even for just a couple of minutes, every day, to feel for this oneness, this unity consciousness frequency that is waiting for you, and is waiting very patiently.
