Uncovering Your Self-loathing Wound ~ March 25, 2019


Dear Ones,

It is time for you to accept those unlike you.

Of course, you respond that you already do. That you love those different from you despite rhetoric to the opposite. We beg to differ. For deep within you is the sense that you remain better or worse than others. That your race, sexual identity, financial status, or belief patterns are right or wrong within your view of society.

Even though you cannot shift such feelings with wishes, you can do so by opening your heart to the differences. Rather than determining that those not like you are either better or worse, we implore you to interact with someone not like you to determine if they fit your vision of right or wrong.

Perhaps that last thought does not feel possible for you believe that those unlike you in gender, age, race, sexual orientation, political, financial, or religious beliefs, etc. may not wish to interact with you. Such is to be expected given the fear and hate promoted throughout earth societies. But you now have the opportunity, maybe even the need, to experience the differences.

You have experienced earth lives within every race, age, sexual orientation, religion, etc. that exists upon the earth. For prior to claiming your god/goddess role, you needed to experience all major aspects of earth life.

Those aspects of earth humanity that now bother you are more about you than others. For those aspects are those you have yet to claim or acknowledge.

So it is for those dramatic dislikes or fears of yours that have recently surfaced.

For you are viewing aspects of yourself in one or more earth lives that you have not accepted or denied. A bit like playing peek-a-boo with yourself. Once you accept that part of your earth history, such will no longer impact your beliefs or your life.

The inability to accept someone – even if they are seemingly different from you – is the fear of exposing yourself instead of fearing them.

How do you begin to love that which you now fear? We do not have an answer for you other than suggesting you explore information about that fear or group. Perhaps you will wish to read about that group or understand their reasoning through interaction or observation. There are numerous resources available for you throughout the Internet, libraries, societies, and social interactions.

It is not that you must bring everyone into your home, but instead that it is time for you to heal those wounds that encourage you to fear certain actions or beliefs.

What part of your preparation for your current earth life have you ignored or pretended did not exist?

Such is not a failure, but instead a teaching moment for yourself and all earth entities. What part of you fears a particular group and why? And then, how do you neutralize that fear? This is the phase you are currently experiencing.

So it is many pieces that are not necessarily comfortable for you will begin to display themselves. Like someone knocking on your front door – louder and louder until you answer.

Many of you question how you achieved 5D or beyond status with this deeply hidden truth. This piece is that hidden mystery you avoided for eons throughout all dimensions and frequencies because you were filled with such deep shame about this piece you were unable to clear it until now.

But whether you address this piece does not shift your trajectory nor need to love yourself.

Perhaps you will sense what this piece is by exploring why you dislike a particular group. Or, you will receive messages in your dream or wake state.

Loving all does not mean loving all who believe, look, or function as do you. Even though you have always known such, you felt that somehow you were above that particular piece. That such would disappear without you addressing it.

Even though this self-loathing clearing will be much easier than any of your other clearings, step one is to acknowledge your way is not the only or the right way. Step two is to learn more about the opposing view. And step three is to know deep within you that such is no longer a “hot” button for you.

Some of you will proclaim that you have left society, so it does not matter. Even if you have decided to exit society, holding that small kernel of hate or dislike will slow your discovery process in 5D or beyond.

The next few days will likely create scenarios to help you discover your deepest social fear or need. It is your choice if you wish to address it and how. You will not revert to 3D if you do not do so, you will merely reduce your self-love for this is a self-loathing piece you have hidden from yourself.

Perhaps you would like us to provide you with a magic wand to remove that piece. Instead, we offer encouragement that exploring this self-loathing piece will not destroy you, but will free you of the fears that promote love limitations instead of the acceptance of all. Something you desperately wish to experience now that you have walked across the 5D Rubicon.

For you know deep within, you cannot experience true self-love until you accept that you fear certain segments of humanity because of your actions, not the actions of others. So be it. Amen.

Your Lighthouse Phase is Complete ~ March 19, 2019

Dear Ones,

Hello, to those who feel refreshed and new. Of course, many of you will respond you feel no different. And such might be true even though most reading this message have undergone massive internal changes.

Your personal acknowledgment of such is that you see the good or the sunshine in your life despite indicators to the contrary from media and those with whom you interact.

Perhaps your interactions seem the same except you are uncomfortable when others relay negative thoughts or actions. Listening to them list how terrible life is or using negative terms has become similar to hearing fingernails on a chalkboard. Something you have not necessarily experienced before the past few weeks of energies and shifts.

It is not that you are unwilling to accept negativity, but instead that you no longer wish to be mired in those thoughts. Similar to what you felt when your teen-ager pouted for the thousandth time about what he or she could not do. Did you not wish to run from the house screaming or place tape on that teenager’s mouth even though you loved them?

So it is for you now. You are part of all that is of the earth and the Universes, but you no longer wish to hunker down in fear and compliance just because others do. You have become your own person. Someone who does not answer to anyone, yet someone cognizant of all.

A completely different stance than you have ever experienced while of the earth. For you were trained to think of yourself first and others as an afterthought. An indication of this is the ongoing 3D counter-training that classifies those who serve others before themselves as heroes or unique.

You are discovering that you cannot serve others unless you love yourself. Not in the “I’m better” or “Everyone is out to get me so I must protect myself” modes that have been the earth norms for eons. But instead, “Because I love myself as I am, I have the energy and need to experience we are one.”

Before this transition, your self-protection mode was that everyone is an enemy unless proven otherwise. Your new mode of operation is that everyone is part of you despite differences of opinion or action. Beliefs and emotions that are not possible until you love yourself.

Many of you are countering that you do not feel that acceptance of others. Do not worry, you will. You are now “testing the waters” by accepting those of your inner circle with differing opinions or actions.

Perhaps someone in your inner circle has a much different view than you of religion, politics, self-help, child-rearing, or money. Even though you do not agree with all their beliefs, you love them. Such is what we are speaking of.

You no longer view life as black and white, right or wrong. Instead, you view the larger picture of what others hold in their heart. A view expanding daily despite your disclaimers to the contrary.

For once you fully accept that you are in control of your life, you have no need to divide yourself from others. It is only when you are afraid others might taint your thoughts or control the masses, that you need to vilify those different from you.

Once you truly love yourself, you will have no need to separate yourself from anyone fearing that their strength or ideas will overtake yours. Such is what created the original 3D fear. You hid your true power to be of 3D earth. As you did so lifetime after lifetime, you forgot you were in control of your life instead of some puppetmaster somewhere.

Some of you will respond that even though you are in control of your life, most earthlings continue to dance to a puppetmaster who is neither loving nor honorable. Ah, those thoughts inform you that you do not yet truly love yourself. For if you did, such would not be a concern for you would know that all will transition in time. Just as you knew without a doubt that your son or daughter would outgrow childish toys.

Your current fear is that you are new you, but such is not true for most. Which means that the earth fears of today will continue forever. That even though you are wise and loving, there are not enough like you to shift the earth from fear to love. We remind you that every 3D generation felt the same about the generation following for after watching them play childish games they had difficulties imagining those youngsters growing beyond childishness. So it is now.

Your image of you is more loving daily. You know you are maturing into 5D and beyond in thoughts and actions. But you do not yet trust that those who follow are taking their transition seriously or even able to transition.

Do not fret. Think of this transition as a lighthouse coming to life – slowly in your thoughts – and rapidly in ours. You turned your lighthouse beacon on months or years ago which began lighting sections of the water UNTIL the action ramped up to include larger sections of water for greater lengths of time.

Once a section is fully lit, there is no need to have an outside beacon for it becomes a lighthouse of its own. So it is happening now on earth. Instead of one lighthouse, there are millions of lighthouses spreading more and more light.

So it is you are no longer responsible for lighting the earth. You completed that phase some time ago even though it has been difficult for you to accept such is true. As if you graduated from high school and refused to acknowledge you were no longer a high school student.

You are no longer responsible for lighting the world. That responsibility has been taken on by those who follow.

Your only responsibility is to love yourself – an action you accelerated the past few weeks. So it is that those different from you are becoming less threatening and more loveable – if not today, then tomorrow. So be it. Amen.

Cellular Muck is Out of Here ~ March 10, 2019


Brenda Hoffman – Perhaps you are a bit foggy or will be in the days ahead as you clear your cellular memories of all that has disturbed you for 3D eons.

Many of you cry that you have cleared and cleared. So you have. In truth, you have cleared more than you or we thought possible before your entrance to earth in this lifetime.

This is a physical clearing to help you better know yourself. Imagine your cells sparkling beneath layers of muck and mud – much as would be true of a diamond in nature. For a diamond is a diamond whether it is covered in muck or polished to a brilliant shine.

So it has been for your cells for eons. As one cell completed its work, your new cells landed in the same muck until your interior became a gray/brown mass with a sparkle here and there when you allowed yourself to be fully of the light.

En masse, you decided to clear one more level of your being – your interior cells. So it is that your being is or will be in a resting stage for the next few days or weeks. During this time, you will likely forget dates, actions, and motives as you move through your day. That is not to say you will be accident prone or cause accidents, but that you will catch your mind wondering during times you are usually focussed. You will forget names, dates, places, and yet find doing so somewhat humorous.

Your diamond being in all it’s brilliance inside and out is claiming it’s being. Something you have longed for, but were not certain how to obtain. So it is you are finalizing pieces of new you within your physical realm. Something you could not do while of 3D or before now as the Universes needed to send energies to correspond with your en masse request.

The result will be more rapid physical healing than was true before because you will receive clear messages of your cellular being whenever you wish. Most importantly for this Universal transition, your being will sparkle inside and out.

Many months ago, we informed you that you had a glow about you that was either attractive or frightening to those with whom you interacted. Now your glow will be both inside and out. No longer will you have to plead with your cells to note their needs or status. No longer will you fear that your inner workings are beyond your abilities.

Even though it was possible for you to be of 5D and beyond despite your cellular muck, you, en masse, requested a thorough cleaning. So it is your fearful memories are either of the past or diminishing. And so it will be that your interior workings will no longer be a mystery to you for you are soon to become a clear radio signal, if you will, inside and out.

You have worked diligently to clear your emotional and spiritual beings. Opening you to vistas you never thought possible. So it will be for your inner cellular structure. The difference is that this clearing will be gentle, even fun.

You will likely forget this and that and laugh at yourself as you do so. For you are not at the beginning of your clearings, but instead the end. And your prior clearings will be buffers during this clearing.Related:  Healing and Cleansing New Waves

You might wish to judge yourself for not being as clear-headed as you would like, but doing so will likely be meaningless as you automatically sense the humor in the situation.

If you had cleared your cellular structure at the beginning or even months ago, your 3D judgment would have jumped into the fray creating fear or anger within you. Now that you are fully enmeshed in self-love, even if you try to dislike yourself for your fogginess, you will find it difficult. Just as it is difficult to dislike a toddler for being themselves. You might find yourself amused and surprised, but not wrong or bad.

So it is this cellular clearing allows you open communication with all parts of your being.

A side effect of this cellular clearing will be an even greater light. A light that combines your outer being, emotional knowingness, spiritual joy, and now, diamond cellular structure.

You are indeed the light of the Universes.

Some of you reading this message claim you are not yet of 5D or beyond. Such is your right. You can pout, cry, or self-judge as much as you like. Even so, your brilliance will show through despite your 3D need to hide, to run for cover whenever someone approaches you in awe or love.

You Are Not in Control of Others ~ February 25, 2019

Dear Ones,

Perhaps it seems as if you have no true friends for those you once thought of as friends are in different transition stages. So it is you cannot understand them and them, you.

Such is so because you have completed many of the phases they are just starting to address. Which is neither good nor bad, merely different. A difference that is displayed in ways you did not anticipate.

You believed you would become more like a parent gently leading those you love to a particular arena of spirituality and belief. Instead, you are discovering that compatibility has become almost a friendship liability.

Should you continue the friendship hoping they will finally embrace your point of view or end the friendship as you have done with others?

Most of you want us to tell you to continue the friendship for you already feel lonely in your new world.

But we cannot tell you what to do or when because we do not have the knowledge you have. Perhaps your current interactions are based in difficulties you had with them in previous lifetimes, or indicate you are no longer on the same frequency and may never be again. Only you know. What does your heart tell you to do?

Some of you in long-term relationships have fallen in love with your partner several times within decades of togetherness, just as you might have fallen out of love. Your heart guided you then and your heart will guide you now.

Some of your friends are ending their evolutional development out of fear. Others are doing so because they need to review their current status, and still others because they are tired of climbing their mountain of clearings. All are appropriate actions for them. Your decision is whether they have moved so far beyond you or your frequency that you no longer have an interest in maintaining the friendship.

That decision is your fear. For your current friendship pool is smaller than you would like and yet, you feel you need to make painful friendship decisions when you wish to be in joy.

This is not a time for final decisions for so many are evolving in so many different directions that what was true for them yesterday may not be tomorrow.

At the same time, you do not have the energy to wait until they blend perfectly with you as they once did.

Your decision is to be true to yourself whatever that means to you.

Perhaps you will wish to prolong the time between connections. Or eliminate connections. Or choose different connections. All are possible – the deciding factor is you.

As a forerunner, your thoughts and beliefs are no longer of 3D fear. Even though thoughts of losing a friend might produce fear, you no longer base your decisions in fear. So it is if interacting with someone makes you upset or fearful, you know deep within you that such interactions are not what you wish.

But then, are those interactions permanent or temporary? Only your inner being can inform you of the advantages of either delaying your decision or ending the relationship.

The decisions you make now are your decisions. Not ours of the Universes nor any one of the earth. Just as we cannot force you to do anything, you cannot force yourself. And continuing the same close relationship despite great discomfort forces you into a box of denial which is no longer appropriate.

You, of course, are wondering where is the joy in loneliness?

Your forefront role created a foregone conclusion that you will be lonely at times, especially at the beginning. As you become stronger in yourself, you will discover others who better understand you or better blend with your frequency.

You cannot force someone to blend frequencies with you, nor can you allow yourself to make decisions on small tidbits as you once did. It is time to review the whole – including you. Are you more or less sensitive than you used to be? Are you accepting that those just beginning their new you transition might be a bit rough around the edges? Or are you tired of being around others who do not understand why they are shifting?

You have the power to decide how if at all, you wish to continue relationships. There is no right answer other than the one you find within you. An answer that might change from day-to-day, which will confuse you more. For you are used to having someone tell you that such a person is wrong for you or to drop a friendship based on some words of wrongness in your mind.

We will remind you that it is likely 99% of the earth’s inhabitants do not yet think or act as you do. And that the 99 % are stunned daily as they evolve, just as was true for you.  Do you remember how quickly your needs and tastes changed during your dark night of the soul? So it is now for many – including those closest to you.

Your shift encouraged those closest to you to shift also. The difference is you were almost forced to change by your pre-earth entry decisions. Those shifting now are doing so because of you.

As you radiate more, those following are picking up your light, so to speak, causing them to want to shift also. But their shift is more of the moment than was true for you so they will flounder a bit more than you did. You did so because you had to. Those following are doing so because they want to.

As your loved ones shift their beliefs and thought processes they will continuously return to 3D fears, not because they have to but because it is more comfortable for them to do so. Allow that to be. They are deciding what is best for them in this lifetime. You must honor their decisions even though you wish to jump in and carry them through, so your friend connections are as delightful as before.

You forerunners are the only ones now of the earth who had to evolve to new you. Allow others the freedom to choose just as we allowed you that freedom eons ago.

If your friends decide not to evolve to a frequency similar to yours, honor that or end the relationship. And if they decide to continue the frequency relationship that holds them dear in your heart, allow them time to do so. You are not in control of them, just as they are no longer in control of you. So be it. Amen.

Your Creations: Macro to Micro ~ February 22, 2019



Dear Ones,

You wish others would tell you how to live your life.

Ah, such a statement makes you angry for you are seemingly uninterested in anyone informing you who you should be.

Yet, in your dream creations, you run hither and yon accepting this and that advice. You do so because you do not believe creation can be as easy as having fun. So it is you have not yet fully claimed your being.

No one can help you find or create your dreams. For those dreams are yours.

It is not wrong to learn the creation techniques of others, merely not productive. For you are then working at something only possible through joy and play.

No matter how closely you follow the creation dictates of others, you will not produce what you wish for you are not them.

Many of you pray or ask us of the Universes for help creating your dreams. We no longer have that power. In your 3D past, we could nudge you to areas necessary to create your dreams as you worked diligently to produce them. A bit like, “Take this bus, instead of this train, and all will be as you wish.”

Now that you are as skilled as most of us of the Universes, we no longer know how or when to nudge you in the direction you wish to go.

Only you know who you are and what will give you the most joy. We are not your wise parents or teachers. We are merely Universal co-creators observing your new skills and actions.

There is no one or nothing stopping you from fulfilling your dreams other than the need to have someone tell you how to do so.

Even though You created the momentum to shift earth and yourselves, you look upon others of either heaven or earth as your creation gurus. Not because you have to, but because you were so indoctrinated in 3D with your seeming lack of skills that you cannot imagine creating what you wish.

If by chance, you follow someone’s techniques for creation, the creations you produce will be tinged with their interests and needs, not yours. A bit like giving a contractor unlimited funds to build your dream house without any directives from you. Such a home would fulfill the contractor’s dream of what is perfect, not yours.

It is time for you to fully claim your creative skills – or phrasing it a bit differently, fully claim your joys.

You are likely bored to read once again that claiming your joy is all that is required for you have been in joy and yet your dreams have not arrived.

You are probably ignoring the little pieces of your life that have become easier as you practice claiming your joy. Perhaps a household project that seemed daunting is easier than expected. Or you have created a more fulfilling relationship with a relative. Or you have won something that produces laughter within you. All practice sessions before you allow yourself to fully jump into the creation game n this lifetime.

Most of you wish for more rapid evolution. By doing so, you are declaring your smaller creations are merely luck and that someone ‘out there’ has the key to expedite your creation process.

Such is not to be for just as was true about learning to love yourself and/or including your new segments into your totality, your creation skills are a learning process.

Many of you feel you have practiced for some time and therefore are fully qualified to be a creator of your greatest dreams. A bit like a 12-year-old not understanding why they cannot drive a car.

You are not a 12-year-old in terms of your creation skills, you are now more like a 16-year-old with a driving permit. Even though you know how to operate the automobile, daily obstacles still produce fear. At 16, you were not ready to drive through heavy traffic with the radio on and friends in the car talking to you. But you were with practice, just as is true for any driver.

You do not need to follow someone’s creation dictates, nor are you an incompetent creator. You are merely in a practice stage feeling your way through your abilities.

You are a creator exceptional – something you are slowly beginning to accept. Not because you shifted earth within one lifetime, but because you are beginning to accept that you did so.

When you accept that piece throughout your being, you will know you can create whatever you wish.

You will also know you no longer wish to be in fear of doing so. For following the dictates of others or believing you must beg the Universes to help you are merely fear maneuvers.

You are a creator exceptional practicing your personal creation skills. Shifting from the macro of transitioning earth to the micro of creating your joy while of the new earth you helped create. So be it. Amen.
