New Moon in Libra- An Awakening of Inner Balance, Beauty Within Every Experience, Justice Prevails ~ September 27, 2019

Editor’s Note: Nice article. Are we in relationships for mutual healing, or…mutual validation of shared sorrows? Interesting point indicating perhaps the change needed at some point for a relationship based on Love. Just sayin’…and Be….

On September 28th, we have the New Moon at 5 degrees of Libra. The day or two before a new moon( where we are now) is known as the ” dark moon” or balsamic phase of the moon. The dark moon can conjure up feelings of: uneasiness and isolation. Reason being is we are led by the moon, and when her light is hidden, we seem to lack direction and guidance. As the moon becomes new, this is when we can: begin again and look forward to fresh beginnings and initiations. Libra, the 7th sign of the zodiac, represents: commitment, balance, justice, peace and tranquility.

The New Moon in Libra is here to offer a reset button on how we relate to others and where the balance lies between our individuality vs.our desire for partnership. As the Sun, which rules our: ego, core essence and life force, comes to meet up with La Luna, which rules: our soul, emotions and psychic imprint in the sign of Libra, there is an air of beauty and balance within our inner feminine and masculine sides. The New Moon in Libra, wants to gently guide us to understand and bring attention to our relationships with others and to our own internal connection to ourselves. Themes around fairness and equality will be heightened and brought to the surface. The ruler of Libra, Venus, is currently in her home sign of Libra( and now visible in the evening sky) suggests a powerful and directed energy of support to this New Moon. There is an awareness of what is working inside of our partnerships and of course there also could be a growing awareness of what is not working within our relationships. The balancing of the scales can be tricky. Are we setting healthy boundaries, while still maintaining an open heart of love and acceptance? Are we enriched within our connections or are they stalling our growth and evolution? These are just some of the questions that this airy, and intellectual New Moon could bring up.

The major planetary aspect to the New Moon in Libra, will be the opposition( 180 degree aspect) of retrograde Chiron, the wounded healer, who is in sign of Aries. Chiron, the wounded healer, is an asteroid, which sits between Saturn( the past) and Uranus( the future). Chiron, points to our deepest wound but when we confront this aspect, she becomes our greatest source of healing and inspiration. Chiron in Aries( who is retrograde) opposing the New Moon in Libra, will bring up this identity crisis within our relationships. There is an aspect of our-self that wants to be embraced and healed at this new moon. The crux is this inner β€œwound” could become very clearly highlighted within our relationships. Are we attracting others from our inner wounds or from our inner healing? This question could bring up an eureka moment of truth and have us face whether we are in these relationships for mutual healing or for validation of shared sorrows. Chiron opposing the New Moon wants to bring this up so we can redirect our intention within partnerships and within our own healing. There is a liberation and freedom available with their opposing viewpoints that this New Moon is here to shed light on.

The New Moon in Libra is here to bring us a chance to recreate the partnership within ourselves and with others in our life. There is a calm and peaceful vibe of compromise and love that wants to come forth. It is important to realize that the relationship with the self is what dictates the external relationships in our lives. We are being asked to find the balance between the two at this New Moon. La Luna, being reborn within the sign of the scales, wants to bring justice to our heart and mind. She wants us to believe in the power of healthy connections that are about equal give and take. The New Moon in Libra wants to awaken within our heart the new seeds of: inner balance, tranquility of the senses, and breakthroughs within all our relationships.

Jupiter in Sagittarius Square Neptune in Pisces- A Test of Reality, Expansive Compassion, Surrendering to a Spiritual Lesson

On September 21st, Jupiter, the planet of: optimism, luck and wisdom, in the sign of Sagittarius, comes into a tense 90 degree, square, with retrograde Neptune, the planet of: dreams, spirituality, and the subconscious, in the sign of Pisces. This is the 3rd and final square between Jupiter and Neptune. The first happened in January 2019 and the second was in June 2019. Now, in their 3rd meeting, a final culmination of spiritual lessons and tests is occurring.

Jupiter in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces is here to test our faith on what is real and what is an illusion. On one hand, it has brought forth a beautiful expansion of our spiritual capacities and the ability to be more open to personal faith and compassion. On the other hand, it has brought forth our hidden sorrows and pain, that may have been repressed for quite some time.

Jupiter, in fact, used to rule Pisces as well, before Neptune was discovered in the 1940’s. Both Sagittarius and Pisces share the traits of: higher knowledge and wisdom, as well as belief in human kindness and compassion. Their square to one another is testing our belief in the higher powers that be and how we can incorporate that wisdom into our 3D existence. There could be a swirl of enlightenment, followed by fits of fantasy that occur with this aspect. Grounding ourselves back to the earth could prove to be difficult with this pairing. Being that Sagittarius and Pisces, are both of the mutable element, which represents: movement, malleability and fluidity, adds to the difficulty of feeling centered. We could feel like we are floating on a cloud of ecstatic wisdom, but not sure if its real or just within our imagination. Hence, why I mentioned that grounding ourselves is imperative. This will allow us to fully utilize the gifts of this duo’s tense dance.

Jupiter square Neptune is here to expand our truth + spiritual connection to ourselves and to life itself. As this is the final meetup between both planets, there is some form of a culmination, or spiritual test, that we are now facing. This could have begun in January 2019, as this was the first time of their square. Now, we are being asked to remain grounded enough to embrace the beauty and wisdom of this expanded sense of authenticity and faith. Jupiter square Neptune is asking us to have hope and belief in the impossible, even if we don’t see the tangible evidence yet. Jupiter in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces is here to bring: enlightenment + expansion, trust in the higher powers that be, and beauty, even within the chaos of our circumstances.

On September 13th and 14th, we have the harvest Full Moon at 21 degrees of Pisces. Full Moons are always an emotional time and bring the depths of our feelings to the surface to be faced. They herald: completions, endings and manifestations. Pisces, the 12th zodiac sign, represents: the subconscious, imagination, surrender, compassion and spiritual awakening.

The harvest Full Moon in Pisces will usher in a tidal wave of deep, repressed emotions that are wanting to be recognized and acknowledged. As the Sun in Virgo opposes La Luna in the deepest water sign of the zodiac, we are balancing out being practical vs. being imaginative. This is definitely one of the most emotional full moons of the year. A wave of hidden feelings is ready to emerge and this sweet release is here to bring massive healing and comfort. If you have been waiting to express your feelings, this harvest full moon, will bring forth a heightened awareness of this repression. There’s no going back once we let go and surrender to the depths of these emotions. Its as though we are being divinely guided to surrender and trust. The veil between us and divine is very thin at the time of this Pisces full moon.

Another reason, this full moon is so mystical is its conjunction to retrograde Neptune, its ruler, who is also in its home sign of Pisces. Neptune conjunct the Full Moon in Pisces, will activate our subconscious minds to release lifetimes of trauma and grief. Our imaginative and creative sides will be ready to be expressed with beauty and serenity. Psychic downloads and premonitions will be very acute at this full moon. Dreams at this time could be intense as we are tapping into the power of our subconscious patterning. The higher vibration of Neptune conjunct the full moon is: healing, compassion and a gentleness within our emotional bodies. The lower vibration of Neptune conjunct the full moon is: paranoia, confusion and lack of direction. It is time to embrace our emotions with honesty and integrity, while honoring this process from a grounded and present state.

The harvest Full Moon in Pisces is here to bring compassion and a sweet release of our subconscious patterns and blocks. There is a tremendous healing power to this full moon and an opportunity to transform and mend our deepest wounds and sorrows. We are being asked to fully surrender to divine and to trust ourselves and her guidance. A major cycle of repressed emotions is coming to the surface for a final purge and release. The lesson of this full moon is to be compassionate with yourself and others as you embark on this emotional journey. It is ok to let go and it is ok to be scared of what this might bring. You are being protected and guided, so trust and faith is essential. This Pisces Full Moon asks for your unconditional love and compassion. She brings you the manifestation of: dreams being realized, scars being healed and a re-connection to the lost parts of your heart + soul.

On September 4, Venus, the planet of: love and pleasure, currently in her β€œfall” sign of Virgo, comes to oppose retrograde Neptune, the planet of: illusion and fantasy, currently in her home sign of Pisces. Virgo, the 6th sign of the zodiac, is known for: practicality, structure, organization, order and cleanliness. Pisces, the 12th sign of the zodiac, is known for: spirituality, fantasy, illusion, the subconscious and gentleness.

Venus in Virgo opposing Neptune in Pisces will cause a polarity of facts versus fiction with our: comforts, feelings and spiritual connections. Venus isn’t comfy in Virgo, as its the sign of her β€œfall”. Planets in their β€œfall” signs tend to be weak and not very fruitful or fortunate. Neptune, however, even retrograde, is home in her sign of Pisces, so she naturally is stronger and more resilient. Venus opposing Neptune will have us question what is real and what is an illusion. Venus in Virgo wants to teach Neptune in Pisces the beauty of simplicity and the ease one feels when dealing with clarity and order. Neptune in Pisces wants to teach Venus in Virgo the beauty of depth of feelings and the ability to flow in the waters of oblivion with trust and faith. Together, each one heralds the ability to be compassionate and unconditionally loving, despite their differences.

Venus in Virgo opposing Neptune in Pisces is here to test our abilities to stay grounded and at the same time fluid. It is the balance of earth and water, structure vs.ease, order vs. flow that is being brought up right now in our lives. We might be urged to stick straight to the facts, but at the same time, be pulled to explore the uncharted territories of our imagination and fantasies. Keeping one foot in reality and the other in a space of unpredictability will be the challenge with this aspect. Venus opposing Neptune asks you to find the stillness in your heart and tricky balance of: remaining centered but open, critical yet compassionate and grounded yet malleable.

September 2019- Major Shifts in Energy, An Awakening in Love, A New Dawn of Peace and Balance ~ September 2, 2019

By Astromomma

Welcome to September 2019! This month is a mix of very dynamic energies. It could feel like we are moving forward but with lots of ups and downs and not a lot of stability. The first half of the month is marked by lots of mutable, unstable energies within the signs of: Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. The second half of the month is marked by lots of directed, willful, cardinal energies within the signs of: Libra, Cancer and Capricorn. As we shift from mutable to cardinal, we are awakening to what needs to be balanced in our lives and craving more predictability and reliability.

On September 14th, we have the Full Moon at 21 degrees of Pisces. Full Moons herald: completions, endings and manifestation. Pisces, the 12th sign of the zodiac is known for: compassion, sensitivity, the subconscious mind, and healing. The Full Moon in Pisces will bring a heightened awareness to the depth of our feelings. Mystical experiences are in store and this is mainly due to the Full Moon’s loose conjunction to Neptune in Pisces. Past life sorrows are ready to be dealt with and major purging is possible with La Luna in the sign of the fish. We are wanting to complete an emotional cycle that has been plaguing us for many lifetimes. This is a great moon to explore past life regression therapy or embark on dream analysis, as the veil between us and divine will be very thin.

Moving on to September 21st, we have the 3rd and final tense square between Jupiter in Sagittarius and Neptune in Pisces. Jupiter at home and Neptune at home, in a challenging aspect to one another, could bring forth one last test on what is real and what is an illusion in our lives. Grand gestures around our faith could come full circle with this aspect. The same day, Venus, the planet of love and affection, now in her home sign of Libra, becomes visible again as an evening star. Venus in her comfort sign of Libra, now visible, will bring a green light to romance and commitment. As an evening star, she will be more gentle and embrace more feminine attributes. The next 9 months could bring in more mature and romantic types of love, as opposed to the previous 9 months, when she was a morning star.

Finally, the Sun, which rules: our ego and inner core, moves from the mutable earth sign of Virgo, into its sign of fall, Libra, on September 23rd. The Sun’s shift into Libra, will add to these romantic vibes and we will be less focused on cleaning and organizing and more focused on: creating beauty and balance. The end of the month is highly romantic, but as the planets move into the cardinal element of Libra, they come to clash with the other planets in the cardinal signs of: Cancer and Capricorn. Twists and turns are highly likely with this changing of energies. The New Moon in Libra occurs on September 29th at 5 degrees. New Moons herald: beginnings, starts and initiations. The New Moon in Libra will bring forth a new cycle of balance and peace to our lives. The only caveat will be its opposition to the wounded healer, Chiron in Aries. This could bring up what wounds of the self that need to be rectified in order to have these new beginnings in love and partnership. There will be an awakening of how we heal our own inner wounds and how we can be more sensitive to those same wounds in another.

September 2019 is an active month. We literally do not have one day this month with no planetary aspects. That is extremely rare. September 2019 asks you to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground, even though it might take everything you got to reach that point. We have the change and switch ups of the mutable signs in the beginning of the month and the forward movement and direction of the cardinal signs at the end of the month. We are lacking fixed energies, so it will be particularly important to remain strong and centered as these energies swirl around.

September 2019 is here to bring dynamic transformation and at the same time peace of mind and balance. As we enter the Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and Spring Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere, major upgrades of change are a foot. September 2019 asks you to find solace and silence among all these shifts. She asks you to stand in: malleability, understanding and strength of the heart.
