The Arcturian Group ~ Attaining of Higher States of Consciousness ~ June 6, 2017

It is our loving work to advise and assist everyone awakening into a new and truer state of consciousness.  You are doing a fine job of it, in spite of the confusion often resulting from the discovery that many tried and true beliefs were nothing more than concepts accepted as reality.  The first step of all change is awareness.

Gaia and all her people are experiencing the energies of a massive shift into higher and truer ways of understanding.  The blinders are coming off and this can be traumatic for the un-prepared because everyone has lived hundreds of lifetimes in the dense three dimensional belief system, embracing it as reality.  Opening to and accepting that it was formed from illusory concepts of duality and separation can be very difficult to accept.

The early stages of awakening often bring about emotions of guilt and shame.  This is because when certain past actions are remembered with new awareness,  they are recognized as having been negative and selfish.   When and if this happens, lovingly accept that that you were acting from your highest sense of right at that time which is all anyone is required to do, and call to mind that guilt and regret are emotions based in identification with a false sense of self.

At the same time, be aware that many of those past experiences now causing shame or regret were actually pre-planned interactions, opportunities important for the spiritual growth of all involved.  Be alert to emotions as they arise, not resisting them but seeing them as perfect signs pointing to lingering false beliefs–“What am I believing that is making me feel this way?”

It is time to begin thinking of, believing in, and accepting yourselves as Divine Beings, as I AM instead of the personal sense of self as Mary or Jim.  Yes, the world will continue to see you as human and you will continue to go about your human activities, but until you can accept and know yourself as I AM,  you will forever be on a journey of seeking.  Journeys are meant to lead somewhere, not meant to go on indefinitely.

Continuing to hold only to the personal sense of self blocks the attaining of higher states of consciousness.  Many intellectually accept the idea of oneness, but continue holding tightly to a false sense of self that believes itself to be only human, separate and unworthy of being One with God.  Many, especially those steeped in religious doctrine, still consider the idea of oneness to be sacrilegious–the same unenlightened beliefs that resulted the crucifixion of Jesus.

Identification of self as SELF, one with Source and all that Source is,  is the next level of spiritual evolution, and until a student of truth is willing to take the step of accepting that all life is an expression of the ONE Divine Life including themselves,  they can go no higher in spiritual awareness, but instead remain on a wheel going nowhere, and perpetually seeking.

As you go about your day, use every experience to practice knowing “I AM”.  For example, when you look into your wallet and find nothing there, instead of saying to yourself;  “I have no money”  which will serve to perfectly create that exact thing,  say instead;  “Yes, I see and acknowledge the appearance of lack, but I know that the I that I am is self- sustained and self- maintained and therefore I am the very substance of abundance.” Then get the flow going, living out from“I have”  instead of   “I don’t have”  in the realization that you are powerful creators.

The flow can take place on all levels, physically giving away those things you no longer use or need and donating money, even a penny.  Emotionally taking time to listen to someone who needs an ear, and mentally knowing the truth about another. The key to shifting awareness from “I lack” to “I have” with regard to all things (not just money),  is to realize that all good  flows through you, not from you.  Personalizing good caps the Divine well within.

Do not expect a basket of money to suddenly drop from the sky, but know that you are on your way to shifting into and experiencing the fruitage of your realization of Oneness,  a consciousness that knows God does not give abundance, rather God IS abundance and therefore “I am abundance” in all its forms–(ideas, creativity, wisdom, peace etc.) A consciousness that knows the substance of everything needed is already present within SELF.

You are spiritually ready to separate “seeking” from “being” and move into the realization that“I am everything I seek”.  You have done the work and are ready to move beyond;  “If I can just know enough truth good will come to me”. Think upon these two statements for there is a subtle but very important difference.

It is the ability to live every situation as best you can(even when needing to take some very human footsteps)  from a place of;  In spite of appearances, I stand in the truth that I am the very substance, energy, and reality of completeness and wholeness in all its forms because the I that I am is Divine, God, Source manifesting and expressing Itself as me.  

Truth always seems ignorant and naive to the un-awakened, but you who are ready, must begin to come out and be separate, living your awareness. This does not mean that suddenly there are no more discords because you have not yet fully attained, but does mean you have begun the process of being “in the world, but not of it”.

As old energies carried through lifetimes are seen through, cleared, and released and you start to trust and rely more and more on the reality of who and what you are, this will begin to be reflected in the outer scene.

Continually translating the seemingly ordinary things of daily living into the truth they represent opens and trains the mind to new ways of interpreting.  Left on its own, the human mind simply draws upon what is already present in personal and consensus consciousness.  Mind is an avenue of awareness.   Most of the experiences of those who live fully in the third dimensional belief system are expressions of habitual and unenlightened thinking–mind chatter translated into manifestation.

You are Divine Beings.  You are One with Source.  You are complete and whole– NOW, not after more years of study, classes, books, and ceremony.  Evolution is simply the journey of moving from an unawareness of ONEness,  into the full awareness and experience of IT.

This does NOT mean you can never take a class, read a book, or do specific meditations you may be guided to do, but rather means you do these things with the understanding that they can not make you spiritual, but may instead awaken you more deeply into the realization that you already are spiritual.

Spiritual evolution must a process because the physical body could not withstand the fullness of Light energy all at once.  There have been instantaneous shifts, but these are rare and occur when an individual has been fully prepared from other lifetimes, or when an already fully evolved spiritual Being takes on human form in order to assist the world.

Every cell of every organ in the physical body carries cellular memory associated with that organ or function from other lifetimes.  These old energies are based in illusion but nevertheless still resonate and effect an individual until seen through and released or a state of consciousness is attained in which they simply dissolve into the nothingness that are, freeing the person from their physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual influence.

The energies of truth are the reality but energies of illusion still hold dominant sway for most of the world because unenlightened beliefs are manifesting outwardly as form and are what the physical eyes can see.   Enlightenment comes by Grace when a person is evolved enough to understand and embrace truth.  You who read these messages are ready or you would not be reading or even understanding them.

The time is now to move into truth, not simply thinking about it, talking about it, and seeking it, but be it.  When an individual continues to seek outwardly after knowing that everything they seek is already within,  they hold themselves in old energy that will continue to manifest as duality and separation, often questioning why.  Because everyone has free will, choice is always honored.  Do you believe in ONE and that ONE manifesting Itself as you or not?

Avoidance can go on for lifetimes because in many respects it is an easier.  There is the presence of the consensus consciousness supporting third dimensional choices.  Living truth is difficult in the beginning because it takes constant alertness to shift one’s thinking throughout the day and often there comes a sense of disconnect from those around leading to feelings of loneliness. “Am I the only person who sees things in this way?”

This sense of disconnect is temporary because it has no law to hold it in place, and is simply the expression of old energies of separation still resonating.

The beginning stages of living truth are more often than not thinking and acting out of habit in the comfortable but illusory ways you are accustomed to with a great deal of effort toward correcting ones thought processes.  With time, persistence, and serious practice (as well as a good sense of humor),  living as “I”  instead of as just Mary, Joe, or Jim,  will gradually becomes an attained state of consciousness lived without effort.

Only Source in Its infinite completeness IS.    IT is what you are.    Be IT.

Dear ones, you are beginning to see many changes in your world. Try not to hold concepts regarding what those changes must look like in order to be valid, but instead learn to be silent observers of everything around you. Observe peoples’ reactions and listen to what they are saying. Note the increasing furor of politicians scrambling to keep you where they want you, in fear and old energy. Notice how advertising seems to have become ever increasingly loud and annoying.

All forms of old and dense energy are trying very hard to hold on in spite of the ever increasing Light of awareness flooding to earth this time. Those still holding tightly to the fear based projections of un-awakened consciousness are simply unaware and as of yet uninterested in knowing that there are more evolved and easier ways of living.

These dear souls continue to wage intense resistance to change in hopes of keeping themselves and the world in what is known or profitable, using tools that no longer resonate with many. Most of you are discovering that it has become very easy to see through the nonsense… you no longer live at that level.

In your course of spiritual seeking you learned that you were creators and that people create their own situations. This has caused many a serious student to look at the “problems” in his life as spiritual failures, as signs that he was not understanding truth correctly. It is highly likely that every “problem” in your life was intentionally and perfectly created by you for learning and growth. At this point in the journey there are no accidents.

It is time for silence and trust. Give yourselves permission to do absolutely nothing and just be. Old concepts bind mankind to the belief that time spent doing nothing reflects laziness. The result is a world full of people racing through each day who have lost contact with and awareness of their own quiet place of rest and renewal within. Spend time in nature even if only a small park in the city. Seek out the places where you can simply be, without distractions and noise. Learn to just listen to the silence.

In the midst of busy family and working life, finding quiet time is often very difficult. However, if you make the effort, you will soon discover yourself able to center more easily and quickly and that you carry a peace with you throughout your day. There are those who get up in the middle of the night for contemplation and meditation because that is their only quiet time.

Many of you are aware of specific dates being given for the first wave of ascension. Do not hold ascension to a specific date. What this means is that by this time those prepared to move into higher dimensional energies will be doing it. Believing that it can only happen on or by a certain date is third dimensional thinking. Actually many of you are already there or are moving in and out of it.

Do not be afraid, you are not leaving, but are shifting while in physical bodies to a new resonance which you will recognize by a new awareness. This is why the clearing of old energies from this and past lives has been so necessary.

Do not expect to suddenly see all war cease, for there are still many not yet ready to move beyond such third dimensional experiences. However, you yourself will not be in war unless you choose to be because it is no longer a part of your consciousness.

There have been some in the military who discovered after committing, that their state of consciousness had evolved beyond killing and violence and thus found themselves in the midst of intense inner struggles involving guilt, confusion, and a sense of failure. Some of them, seeing no other way, chose what seemed to be their only option–suicide.

These dear ones believed what they were told instead of trusting their intuition and from the experience learned a powerful lesson about personal power and choice. This awareness they will bring firmly intact into their next life when they will be the peacemakers.

Attaining a consciousness of Oneness manifests as a change in attitude and beliefs about so called “enemies”. News is more often than not simply fear propaganda continuously focusing on some “enemy” in order to gain general acceptance from the public for military action and additional surveillance.

Always remember that the “enemy” is also an expression of the Divine but not as evolved as you. Many have incarnated only a few times and through ignorance have allowed themselves to be hypnotized by pictures of separation and duality. Also in ignorance of who and what they are, they surrender their personal power to those claiming to have all the right answers but who in turn use these followers for personal, limited, self serving and power hungry gain. All will eventually awaken as all must, but it may not be for many lifetimes.

Time seems to be moving faster and faster, leaving everyone feeling frantic with the need to accomplish many things each day. This is because energy has become more refined and higher in its vibration leaving less of the old and slower that you were accustomed to. You will find in this new and higher energy, that even though you may seem to have a never ending list of things to deal with, they are getting done more easily and in faster ways. Solutions seem to manifest when needed.

You may be discovering that people, places, and beliefs that formerly caused you to react with criticism and judgement simply no longer seem important. Previously loved films, books, music, magazines,TV shows, some sports, and other entertainments don’t hold your interest as they once did. “Entertainments” that focus on people in judgmental or sarcastic ways has no appeal but is instead recognized to be un-evolved behavior based in a sense of separation.

Arcturian Group wishes you to know that the weather will move into a time of calm. There is coming a time of rest for the world from the struggles that grip so many.

The fires, floods and weather extremes are Gaia’s way of continuing to remove remaining old festering energy required for her ascension. These events are serving as well to awaken many at one time. The old energy of “haves and have nots” is not well served when all find themselves on the same level and dealing with the same issues. All earth experiences in every lifetime have been for the sole purpose of leading each soul eventually into the realization of ONE which is in its purest form, Love.

The refugees you see daily fleeing from violence and war are serving to bring world attention more deeply into a realization of Oneness, that everyone is connected regardless of the language they speak or the color of their skin. This issue is forcing the attention and helping to awaken many who live out from a “not my problem” consciousness and who consider events taking place somewhere else, to have nothing to do with them. These images are also providing a perfect example of how war and violence solve nothing.

Always remember that every soul chooses or is helped to choose the experiences necessary for his awakening. Learning experiences are allowed only as an individual attains the evolutionary strength necessary to cope with and learn from the experience. There are spiritually evolved souls who seem to have one problematic issue after another and wonder why. It is because at this energetically powerful time most of you came with a full list of life lessons necessary for your completion in order to move into ascension energy. If you were not fully capable of this, you would not of been allowed to bring in so many lessons.

We wish to close the message with a few words about honor. Honesty and honor are extremely important when making choices and holding personal opinions. When an action flows from a person’s highest sense of right, (even if he is fully in third dimensional thinking) he is allowing himself to be open to change and a higher understanding of his beliefs and actions.

It is imperative that anyone serious about the spiritual journey be extremely honest with himself; “Am I pursuing this particular belief or action because it makes me feel and look important? Does it give me a sense of superiority over others? Do I not question, but follow because it has always been this way? Am I afraid that if I disagree with family, church, friends, parents, I will be excluded?”

These are questions that anyone serious about spiritual growth must ask themselves with regard to any lingering or rigidly held beliefs about anything. “Do I believe this because it has been revealed to me as truth, or because it is what I have been told? Is fear of losing my credibility as a spiritual teacher, counselor, parent, friend causing me to continue in some belief system that I have outgrown?”

Honor, honesty, and pure intention must be a part of every action taken and belief held if one is to grow and learn and ascend.

Those who really know, hold the truth they know secretly, silently, and sacredly within and feel no need to shout it from the rooftops, or change anyone or anything.

This is a message from the Arcturian’s channelled by Marilyn Raffaele that I really enjoy reading! This type of message feels right and feels good and that makes me feel the Arcturian’s are very much on our side. The Arcturian’s are indicating that change is the order of the day, and that this change does NOT include any belief based on blind faith. In fact, they feel such a belief system is “…ignorance dear ones, and represents the surrendering of personal power to an unknown something deemed to have power–it is not trust.”

It is extremely comforting to know that the trust I have in spiritual matters is to be based on my investigations followed by discernment…something my heart feels backed by study. That make sense to the scientist in me! I certainly enjoy the way their last comment reads…”You are ready!” So…please read this tremendous message yourself, decide what you want to believe in, and…

Greetings dear ones. We come to say that much is happening on your planet that cannot yet be seen with physical eyes. However, you are beginning to feel change in the energy of your personal world as well as on the universal level. You may begin to notice more camaraderie among those around you–a sense of oneness that did not seem to be there before. You may notice it within some group you are familiar with like a club you belong to or in family gatherings. You will notice more unity and less sense of separateness.

These changes are the result of the high resonating Light now pouring onto earth and available to all who are receptive. Every particle of Light feeds the consciousness of an awakening world. Many who were previously oblivious or blindly accepting of world conditions, now find themselves to be more aware and quickly growing weary of the constant bickering and adolescent behavior of so many self serving world “leaders”. Seeing with new eyes, they are beginning to take note of those who serve only to feed their pockets. The eyes of mankind are opening and personal power is beginning to be reclaimed.

 

Thus, as society awakens, it automatically begins to move into its power. Even a small thing like signing a petition, helps to activate world energy into new directions. It is not about giving energy to some negative appearance, but rather it is about taking whatever human footsteps may assist others to notice, on their level of awareness.

You are in the midst of awakening to who you are, realizing that you are and never were less than those who hold power of some sort or another. Appearances will not change until you change them, for the outer manifestations you see simply represent the consensus consciousness of the majority which at this time is still heavily enmeshed in duality and separation.

The whistle blowers of the world are courageous souls, not to be reviled as many would have you believe. They are helping to awaken those who blindly accept everything they are told–the sleeping ones who have given away their power to those claiming to own it. Despite personal danger to themselves they speak words that need to be heard. Those who stand to lose personal power or wealth from this information would have you believe that these people are criminals. No, they are serving to assist the people of the world to wake up, open their eyes, and hopefully take back their power.

Do what you can each day to awaken others but never in a preaching or proselytizing way. It must be done with love and kindness and respect for the others belief system. Often it is not words, but simply your energy field filled with Light that helps to awaken another who is receptive. Speak the deeper truths only when guided to, when a person is ready to hear or is seeking truth, always trusting your intuition.

We wish to speak of trust–a very misunderstood word. Trust in its truest sense reflects a state of consciousness able to rest in awareness, living the experiences of each moment from center which often appears to the world as a doing nothing. In reality, doing nothing is to hold blind faith in some concept, person, or thing–which is often seen as trust.

Blind faith comes from accepting third dimensional concepts of God, angels, saints, or even the government without question, simply because it is what you have been told. Blind faith is ignorance dear ones, and represents the surrendering of personal power to an unknown something deemed to have power–it is not trust. This is not to say that the angels and Beings of Light are not there to assist you, but to assist you, not do the work for you.

Trust is the natural offspring of a state of consciousness imbued with spiritual truth and not dogma or rites and rituals handed down and accepted from generation to generation. Trust is the living out from and resting in a consciousness aware and knowledgeable of what is real and spiritually true.

Trust simply becomes natural at a certain level of awareness, but is never attained through forever looking outside of one’s self, for no matter how much the teacher or path may be revered by society, at a certain point the spiritual journey must become a solo one, a shift to one own Center.

This is not to say that you will never be guided to some book, class, or teacher along the way but it is to say that you must always listen to your intuition, and when something feels finished, don’t be afraid to leave it and move on. Many paths and teachings are only needed for a short while–steps along the way to be left behind at some point which then allows new and higher phases of the journey to begin.

Trust manifests as the student learns to withdraw energy and power from outside forces and place it where it is, in Divine Oneness. Trust is aware of what is, instead of 3D concepts of what is. The journey through third dimensional lifetimes has been a stepping and falling, stepping and falling but at some point growth begins to come by Grace and fear dissolves. The spiritual student finally understands who and what he is, and is able to rest in that awareness. This is Trust.

All of you are ready for this, dear ones. All of you are spiritually aware on levels enabling you to begin living, moving, and having your being in true Trust. It is only the world’s continued dependence on concepts and beliefs that keeps it in bondage. Trust lifts the burdens from your personal back and removes the mental drive to “do, do, do”, which is the focus of intellectual thinking as well as can be found in many metaphysical teachings.

The metaphysical protocols were necessary in the beginning, and are still important for the newly awakening, but you are no longer beginners. You have completed that phase and are ready to shift from the “do, do, do” mentality into “Be, Be, Be”. Now it is about growing beyond the metaphysical (taking a bad picture and making it into a good picture) and moving into mysticism (the conscious realization that in reality nothing needs changing).

Rites and rituals serve their purpose but for most of you, are finished. The journey is now about a consciousness shift transferring power from the without to the within– whether the without be “good” or “bad”. Every belief in some power outside of yourselves must be let go of, and each letting go helps release you from any bondage to it. Know that even “good” appearances are concepts.

Letting go of something does NOT means you cannot or will not ever again enjoy the finer things of life, nor does it mean you cannot take part in some religious ceremony or service. It simply means that you no longer imbue these things with a power they do not have, whether over you or for you. You begin to see the reality behind all appearances and understand the truths being represented through rites and ritual, knowing that in and of themselves they have no power.

Because the outer is an expression of one’s state of consciousness, as he shifts from a consciousness of duality and separation into a consciousness of truth and Oneness, he will find that the outer forms begin to manifest in new and higher ways. Never fear the loss of something, for if you carry the substance of it in consciousness it will re-appear, often in some new and better form. For example; An attained consciousness of wholeness and completeness often manifests outwardly in simple things like finding the perfect parking spot but can and does also manifest as the right partner, job, or new order and peace in your life.

Mind is the interpreter of one’s state of consciousness translating it into forms appropriate for each individual. If living alone represents wholeness for someone, their attained consciousness of completeness will not manifest outwardly as a partner. Likewise, a consciousness imbued with concepts and beliefs of duality and separation must appear as experiences of both good and bad–duality.

This is the purpose of the physical, emotional, and mental clearings you are experiencing now. Even those awake and evolved still carry cellular memories from past lifetimes lived fully in a consciousness of duality and separation and these need to be released and cleared.

You are ready.

The Acturians come to us again today with a great article! We, humanity, are indeed in the “end times” or “end game”…your choice of terms. And being in the “end whatever” is not very nice for many of us. Still, the Arcturians urge us to “…remember and live out from truth at all times and in all circumstances. This is how you practice.”

We all hear the word “truth” a lot and folks get confused about what truth really means. My dictionary reveals that truth means “the real state of things”. From a spiritual stand point, I believe truth is what you feel in your heart. From a Law of Attraction standpoint, it is possible to change what you feel in your heart…it’s called emotion, and finding, keeping the positive emotion of love literally changes your world!

Aw, the Acturians present their ideas much, much better than I, so please read their message, dwell on how this applies to you, and…

Greetings dear ones, we are here to assist in moving the energy of the world from the old (dense/heavy) and into the new (Light). It may seem as if the world is falling to pieces but no, you only see the storm before the calm. Hold your peace dear ones, while not getting too involved in appearances. Try to remember and live out from truth at all times and in all circumstances. This is how you practice.

The world teaches that living is easy when everything is “perfect” according to three dimensional concepts of perfect, and many still strive to attain the human sense of a “perfect” life. Even those who have attained what the world deems success, continue to seek “something” to fill an inner emptiness that can never be satisfied from without. However, in the beginning stages of spiritual awakening, failure and disappointment are vital for they result in a seeking and digging deeper for answers, which in turn brings soul growth. This is the story of the Holy Grail–they sought it unsuccessfully the world over and found it back home hanging in a tree.

Every soul longs to know and experience ITSELF, but when an individual is ignorant of this, he seeks in the outer world of things, people, power, money, and sex. It is not meant that lives have no joy, for the energy of joy is closest to the Divine. Embrace those things you enjoy, have fun and spend time doing what you love, but do not look to these things for that sense of completion that can only come through attaining a state of consciousness that knows it is already whole and complete.

Spiritual evolution involves knowledge and then practice, translating every appearance into the spiritual reality behind it until it becomes one’s attained state of consciousness. This means realizing that everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a mind interpretation of a spiritual reality translated according to your attained state of consciousness and it demands walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.

Gaia is making many changes in order to clear and shift her energy and you are going with her if you choose. Much is going to change after the clearing of the earth is complete. However, it is very important not to live in the future while ignoring the present, for simply waiting for change will cause you to bypass many opportunities for spiritual growth. Just live each moment as it comes along doing the best you can, fully aware that you are having a third dimensional experience whether it is good or bad.

We speak today of gratitude for this is the time in which many will celebrate a special day for giving thanks. Gratitude in akin to love, for it is a facet of love.

There are some who reject the idea of gratitude choosing instead to stand firm in the belief that they are entitled to every good as well as the goods of others also. Actually as Divine beings, everyone is entitled to completeness and wholeness, but the ego sense of this truth (the belief that one must scheme and demand for ones good) reflects the low self-esteem and self-loathing that flows from believing in separation.

Gratitude in it’s truest sense, is the joyous recognition of wholeness in oneness, but in the human scene is limited to the state of consciousness of the individual which often dictates who or what deserves gratitude. (belief in separation) Living from a state of gratitude in each moment leads to the deeper awareness and acknowledgement that life and everything in it is already complete and whole. I have because I am.

A mind filled with strong beliefs of duality and separation can only manifest duality and separation. Some days will be good, and some days bad. Because of individual past life experiences, every individual finds themselves more receptive to one or more of the particular world beliefs. This is why there are those who may experience more than the average of health related problems. Another may have continuous relationship issues and there are those who live with unexplained and irrational fears.

Specific struggles are the result of past live experiences that have programmed and then been held in an individual’s energy field throughout lifetimes. These issues are now re-surfacing for many in order that they once and for all be cleared and released. As evolving beings of Light, you no longer need to drag these obsolete energies with you in the belief that they are personally yours–they are impersonal, comprised only of belief in them.

If you believe you have nothing to give gratitude for, then you will manifest exactly that–nothing. Each time you express gratitude either silently or vocally you are acknowledging I HAVE. As you let flow love and gratitude, you receive love and gratitude in infinite forms and variety, for there is only ONE and that which you flow is flowing to you.

What do I have? Look about you, see what you have, and start pouring. On a physical level, clean out your closets, garages, and shelves–get the flow going. There is someone who could use that item sitting unused. Hoarding is the consciousness of “I don’t have, and never will have, and so I must hold on to whatever I can.” This state of consciousness will serve to perfectly block any energy flow. Again, there is only ONE and you give to yourself when you realize that everything flows from one Infinite omnipresent Source and not from a limited personal pocket.

On the emotional level, flow support, love, and practical assistance, but always from a level of compassion and not sympathy. On the mental level flow forth truth and assist those ready and who ask to see what you see.

Expressing gratitude in every moment will develop within you a consciousness of “I have” which will then evolve into; “I have because I am”. Practice by giving gratitude for every facet of daily living– for a clean bathroom, a warm coat, a shoveled path or the ability to shovel that path. It is the small things, the song of a bird, the purr of a cat, the wag of a tail–signs of love and oneness welcomed, but often not given gratitude for.

Everything can be a source of gratitude, even the difficult experiences helping you to grow and evolve for without them you would not be where you are now. Look back and see how you have grown from some of your most difficult times. Everything is for spiritual growth even if some experiences do not fit a world concept of how things should be. Nothing experienced is ever forced, each is fulfilling their pre-birth contract set up to include whatever experiences are necessary for shifting to the next level.

It is time to stop complaining that this or that is not the way you think it should be and therefore there is nothing to be grateful for. All are on earth to grow and learn spiritually, realizing unconditional Love while experiencing duality and separation. No one is on earth to live a fat, happy, indulgent life of accumulation while doing nothing but desiring more.

An un-awakened society presents idols for you to emulate, idols of physical beauty, wealth, talent, and power. If you are to spiritually grow, you must cease buying into this nonsense, and realize that no one person, saint or sinner, has more God qualities than another. All embody the fullness of the Godhead but are only able to experience and express it after it becomes a living, breathing state of consciousness. The outer scene is always a reflection of personal and universal consciousness. As long as there is a belief in duality and separation, there will be those who have more, and those who have less.

Gratitude expressed silently, secretly, and verbally in every moment of each day is an activity of love reflecting the recognition of one’s wholeness. Even if you are not experiencing what you consider to be wholeness at this time, realize that you are moving toward it and give gratitude for this realization. Recognize the outer for what it is and know that regardless of any outer circumstances you may be dealing with, nothing can ever separate you from your SELF.

I AM THAT I AM. Say these words aloud and say them silently. Hold them sacredly and secretly in your heart and ponder their meaning. I AM THAT I AM, (The answer given Moses when he asked God’s name) is a mystical statement of profound truth available to each and every soul for all are in and of the only ONE. Humanhood is not I AM, for ego is but an illusory sense of who and what you are…a personhood created from a consciousness of separation. These sacred words resulted in torture and death for anyone voicing them in past times of ignorance, powerlessness, and suppression.
I AM THAT I AM has been declared by enlightened masters throughout time but has been overlooked by the un-evolved masses unable to comprehend the depth or meaning of them. It was and still is commonly accepted that this statement applies only to a male God person made in man’s image and likeness looking down from the sky.

Dear ones, you are ready to embrace the deeper truths, taking them into your consciousness and making them yours. As you sit quietly in meditation or walk alone in a quiet forest, ponder the meaning of “I AM THAT I AM”. Ask yourselves; “What do these words really mean? Could they apply to me? Who is this I? Are they true?” Note that the words do not say I will be after I meditate for a few more years, or I could be if I would just work harder–they state “I AM”. You are ready for this step dear ones, the step in which you begin to actually embrace the deeper truth about yourselves and stop dilly dallying about on the surface of metaphysics.

Arcturian Group wishes to address the upsurge of violence you have been witness to lately and remind you that this is the surfacing of very dense and heavy energies held for centuries in certain areas of the world. What may appear to be backward steps for mankind is actually the activity of ever increasing Light on the long held shadows needing to be cleared. Energies of the past must be seen as such–the past, old, finished. They must give way to the new for the only life and power theyreally have comes from the universal belief in them. This is how evolution works.

Try not to focus on violence or the people involved in it, but instead realize that everyone is a spiritual being acting out from their present state of consciousness–many of which are still fully enmeshed in duality and separation. Hold to truth regardless of appearances, not denying them or dismissing them as simply illusions, but remembering how appearances are formed. The material world represents a mind interpretation according to individual and global states of consciousness–world belief system. In the human scene you see the perfect creations and qualities of Divine Consciousness through a stained glass window–the colors and formations, your state of consciousness.

A consciousness fully aware of its oneness with the fullness of Source will appear outwardly as whatever is needed (not always what you think you need) because Divine consciousness-(your consciousness when awakened)- is complete, harmonious, and whole in every way. When you forget and allow yourselves to resonate with appearances of duality and separation, you add energy and fuel to them, the only substance they have.

This is a difficult time for all–many are suffering and everyone is feeling the intensity of the new energies while at the same time clearing that which is old and heavy. Do what you are guided to do by way of helping others in the human scene, but first and foremost hold to the truth–this is the way change will come for the outer scene simply manifests the inner. You are creators but have not realized it.

Those who would prefer that you remain in the darkness and ignorance of the past, are using every opportunity to spark fear and chaos at this time but much of that which worked before, is no longer working. Try not to buy into ploys meant to feed world fear, and be aware of what is going on. Stay in the stillness of your center when presented with the negativity and violence constantly being broadcast from the media and do not engage. Be aware, but not continually immersed in the negative stories for that simply brings your energy field down to that level.

It is not easy to break free of the hypnotism of the third dimension. There are many observing your struggles with great admiration for your strength and determination. You are powerful beings of Light and are doing a fine job within an energy that does not yet fully support that. You have experienced lifetime after lifetime in third dimensional energy and are programmed by these experiences to look for solutions and answers with the mind.

You are learning to shift yourselves away from that impersonal universal human mind filled with every belief of duality and separation and into a realization that outer pictures whether good or bad, have nothing real to sustain or maintain them–only belief. This is what is meant by the bible term “seeing through a glass darkly”…the manifestations of Divine Consciousness are always complete and perfect and embody all Its qualities (completeness, wholeness, abundance, joy etc. etc.) but when these ideas flow through the filter of duality and separation, they become something different.
The material world is a mind translation of perfect Divine Ideas. Imagine a bread pan… the dough is your state of consciousness and the bread pan is your mind. The loaf is formed from the dough you put in it.

There is only ONE MIND…another profound truth that many will at first resist. Take this truth into your hearts and ponder it. You are more than ready to receive and embrace the deeper truths, to shift out of metaphysics and into mysticism.

In the human scene, the One mind- your mind, becomes conditioned by whatever false beliefs you accept. Every belief ever believed is floating in human consciousness and is never yours personally until accepted. Because of past life experiences, each person has a propensity for particular beliefs over others. (Some may be more prone to health beliefs, others more prone to relationship beliefs etc. )

It is important not to claim old energies back during your clearing process. For example you may be clearing cellular memory from the emotional body and re-experiencing some of these emotions. Instead of declaring; “I am so depressed, I am so sad, I am so angry etc. etc.” which will fasten them back to you, recognize that these are simply old energies clearing and let them go. The world would have you believe that there is a pharmaceutical solution to any and every discord (much to the financial benefit of these companies). Seeking to “fix” clearing symptoms can give them new life and power and slow the process but this is not to say you cannot consult a doctor if you are guided to.

Obsolete third dimensional energies of the past cannot be carried with you into the new and higher resonance no matter how well they may have served in the past. The choice as always, is yours.

As you begin to live out from the One Mind which contains within it no false concepts or beliefs, the outer scene will begin to reflect that, your consciousness will be manifesting clearer interpretations of Divine Ideas. Do not make the mistake of spending your time looking for results, saying: “Oh I have practiced and failed. It doesn’t work.” Change does not happen over night, and simply having the knowledge of truth does is not the same as the consciousness of it. Eons of time and millions of experiences were necessary to develop each state of consciousness into readiness to awaken. First comes receptivity, then the intellectual knowledge, then the practice, and finally a new state of consciousness is born, one which then manifests in the outer as the higher and better forms.

Take the profound mystical truths we have given you today into you hearts dear ones, for you are ready. Examine them, ask your higher selves and Guides to help you understand and move into the consciousness of them, and practice.
