Greetings dear ones, I bid you good tidings, in these times of seeming chaos. Yet, under the veil of what seems to be chaos and suffering, is indeed great tidings. Perhaps the greatest of tidings you did not expect. For something is brewing beneath the surface that will elate you beyond any joy you can possibly imagine.

We have come through this one before and said this that it is time to get excited! And indeed, it is beloveds, our dear brothers and sisters of the surface population. From what is growing, what is occurring beneath the surface is of such magnitude, such joy, such love and such light that it will transform the very fabric of who you are, your world, the surface, the inner earth, everywhere! This is part of the great cosmic plan, it is all unfolding as it should be dear ones. Do not worry, do not fear, do not buy into any of the propaganda that you are hearing in the surface population media, or anywhere, that you hear tidings of fear and propaganda that causes you to come out of your heart centre, out of your truth. For that which takes you out of your truth, out of your heart centre, is not real. It is but a designed distraction.

Dear ones, my dear brothers and sisters, it is so important, as we like so often to remind you, to keep heart centred. Feel for the truth of anything that comes your way… Does your heart see it as truth, or does it see it as false?

Learn not to question things with your mind, but discern with your heart. This is a truth instrument, an innate ability to discern that which is true and that which is not. Your heart sees all my dear brothers and sisters! It always has! But you have the freewill choice, do you not, to use your mind, which of course relies on your previous experiences.

I will go a little slower… this one is having a little difficulty, bringing through at the pace at which we’re sending… This is ok, it is late for this one, so we slow our message.
As we have said (I can feel a group from Telos as well as Adama are present with this message) it is indeed time for you to get excited beloveds. Very excited!

Your minds on the other hand will want to know what you are getting excited about (smiling). You do not need to know the details to become excited, this excitement already exists in your heart. Give yourself the freedom, the time to go into your heart centre. Feel, live and be that excitement.

If you allow yourselves to go into your sacred chamber, that beautiful space of your sacred heart space, you will see what is to unfold. We do not need to appeal to your mind with concepts and foretelling’s. For this will not make much sense to your mind, but it makes perfect sense to your heart, to your truth beloveds, perfect sense indeed. And when you are there, you will feel that absolute peace and bliss of your higher self, the truth that you are to become, that you are shortly, all that have chosen to do so, will become.

You have yet to experience the full elation of fully embodying your higher self into a physical body. Many of you have achieved this in but moments, but to do so constantly forever more… Wow, what a feeling beloveds, you are about to awaken to. This is a great treasure of a time. Feel in your hearts, of this time, for what it is. It truly is the most wonderful of times, that we here in Telos are so absolutely excited, so in awe, of what you are about to enter into, beyond your wildest dreams. Please, please, please feel for this excitement in your hearts. Become one with this excitement, live this excitement, tune out all that is of untruth, that just distracts you. For it just distracts you and attempts to pull you away from your heart centre, from this truth that you are walking. Believe it not beloveds, believe in this truth that you hold within you as universal truth, that is the oneness that you are. The truth of all that is.

Every sentient being in this universe has the ability to do this. You simply have to choose. Many of you, most of you have chosen on some level, consciously, or by pre-incarnation agreement to do so.

We implore you, move into your heart space beloveds. For you will truly see and feel, what we feel here in Telos, and the many beautiful and wonderful galactic brothers and sisters that you have helping you, feel as well.

These are indeed the most amazing times beloveds. It is what you came here for. This is it! These are the times, this is the moment.

And we now leave you in this in-breath, before the still point, for the still point is coming, and the still point is within you.
We bid you farewell for now, our beloved brothers and sisters of the surface population. What an amazing time you are about to enter. Feel it, live it, love it. For everything you seek and have ever sought, is in your heart centre, right there for you.

*A personal note. I have seen many people ask why details of what is tome come are not clearly offered, I too have done the same. When feeling into this and pondering on it – especially after this message, I see why, and I see why Adama and others are asking for us to see this for ourselves within the heart space.

The physical paradigm that we are going into is so fundamentally different to the one we are leaving, that the human mind, which most often extrapolates with suggestions and understandings from past experience, has no reference to a living holographic experience that it cannot relate to within past experience. It’s a little like describing another planet and its very different physics, creative living-ness and perception that bare little or no resemblance to that which you know already. For this, it seems you have to experience it within the heart space, which allows you to perceive all experiences available from the view of the truth of oneness, in the moment you call for it.

I also have a strong feeling that this is also to allow us to experience this for ourselves without being led from the perspective of another, which I personally feel is really important to the human adventure and the unfolding of this great plan :).

Things are about to take place that will be an entire new paradigm shift for humanity and Planet Earth.

It is going to be such a profound upleveling of all countries and societies, that soon the current experience will seem like a distant memory.

So, what it takes from each individual now is to let go of the current experience and look forward to the new reality.

The energies are gathering for everything to shift.

There will however be a portion of humanity that will refuse to move with this shift and they will remain in their old third dimensional reality.

For all others: if you are ready to focus inward, towards your inner knowing and Divine I AM Presence on a consistent basis, you will enter the New Earth.

You still have the choice to move with this shift and not give into the illusion of your reality that is being perpetuated in your TV media, news media and some of the social media.

The way you can tell if a piece of information is part of the 3D illusion is by the way it makes you feel: If you feel worried, stressed, fearful and anxious, it is part of the 3D illusion.

If you feel uplifted, inspired, hopeful, peaceful and love in your heart, it is part of the New Earth.

It takes your determined intent and discipline to focus towards your New Earth reality, which is beginning to peak in – if you let it.

All Inner Earth Civilizations of Light, The Galactic Civilizations of Light, The Angels and the Ascended Masters are holding the energies of Love for each individual’s journey.

This momentum is drawing more and more experiences into your life that reflect your gratitude and appreciation.

This in turn gives you even more to be grateful for and to appreciate.

As you are establishing your gratitude and appreciation, peace and harmony enters your life.

With peace and harmony you are able to turn inward to the Source within you.

As you are turning inward and connect to the Source within you, Love can flood your entire being.

Adama Of Telos ~ A More Powerful Wave Is About To Befall You ~ March 24, 2019

I am Adama.

I have not spoken through this one for some time but, as others have said now, it is time. It is time to bring to you the next part of your journey, the next understanding of where you are going, here, and what is happening.

You hear from many of those that you call “the Galactics,” that we also call “the Galactics.” But you have not heard from us from deep down within the earth, that of Inner Earth, or Hollow Earth. We are here, and have been, yes, watching for some time, watching the experiences on the planet, those things which you all are going through, and understanding somewhat what you are experiencing.

But the vibrations, the vibrations of change that are moving across the planet now are something that we have been anticipating for quite some time, for we knew at some point this would begin. Just as we went through a similar type of experience some time ago when the vibrations increased for us, not to the point that you have gone from a three-dimensional consciousness to a fifth-dimensional, as we started more in a fourth-dimensional basis and moved into fifth-dimensional consciousness. So for you to move all the way from a three-dimensional illusion to a fifth-dimensional understanding is quite a feat.

And we have been watching and waiting for those moments that are very close now, where we can once again emerge from our, what you would call a sanctuary, deep within the earth. I, myself, hail from that which is Telos, the city within Mount Shasta. And from time to time we do come to the surface and mix in with those of you. Sometimes you do not even know that we are there, do not even know that we are from below the surface. But we are here, and we are preparing to open up many of the entrances to our hollowed ground. But, of course, we, as those from above also, have to wait until we are no longer interfering in your affairs, where it would not be considered that, would not be considered an interference, it would be considered a helpfulness.

We are here to continue to reach out to you in every opportunity that we have, as we have been doing whenever we can, to share with you, to help you to work with these vibrations as they continue to increase. And increase they are, more and more. And all of you are feeling this intense energy that is moving across the planet now, awakening many, many from their long slumber, just as you awakened either shortly, or some time ago. And many are preparing now to become awakened, for their so-called alarm clocks are about to go off. And there are many even beyond that, that do not have that wake-up call, but will rely on you, those of you, to assist and help in the awakening process. And for many of you, that is part of your mission now, in the moment now, is to continue to help those who are ready to awaken, just as you did or have.

Let yourselves now continue to embrace the light, feel the light, share the light, as it continues to come in with these, wave after wave after wave as you have been experiencing. And a much more powerful wave of energy of higher vibration is about to befall you, here. So as it comes in, let it move through you. And as it does, feel the higher vibration within it, the higher consciousness within it, and let it take you upward.

But always remember to continue to keep yourself grounded here. Ground with the earth. Feel the earth. Feel her beneath your feet. Go barefoot more often. Feel the energy from her. For we are her, and she is us. We are ONE with the planet. Allow her to continue to sustain you, to continue to raise you up as you raise up more and more to meet those of us as well as those from above and the many Ascended Masters who stand ready to assist even more and more as the energies, the vibrations, continue to rise to allow them to do so with you.

I am Adama. I leave you now knowing that our time of reunion is drawing closer and closer, and many of you have been here with us before deep within the earth. And many will be returning to us, even as we come forward and return to you.
