Editor’s Note: I cannot over-emphasize the importance many of us (including myself) are going through at this time…the process of expansion! Personally, my expansion is causing me to know from my inner core allowing me to see a much broader picture for my personal earthly existence.

This fulfills me causing far less “heart” pain for circumstances I wish were different in my own life because NOW I understand the lesson/gift I have received from this circumstance. That old sayin…”No pain, no gain” just might be true, for it is heartfelt pain truly causes us to “Let Go” of circumstances which do not serve our Higher Selves…of which our human selves are a part!

So…NOW is the time to “Let Go” of any painful circumstance in your life, understand the expanded realization you will gain from taking this action, and BE…

Cosmic SOUL expanding codes are abundant as the recent gentle solar winds ease and we move back into the light codes sent from way out in our Universes, but not for long as we have an egg timer (symbolic) shaped coronal hole spewing winds which are due to reach us on the 5th, readying us for quite an eye opening week of change, a reap what we sow experience….what have you been manifesting?

There is no time to mess around in the old human programs, the egg timer of a coronal hole has a huge neon sign post requesting all is now acted upon immediately, dialogue and truth (blame is most often used in the name of truth) must be aired and shared to begin the wheels of motion to experience the new spacious Sacred Fields that are available.

We are all set for the opportunities required to take us further into our Alignment with Source, as always your frequency and ability to expand your awareness will dictate how you experience but regardless of whether you are seeing the fruits of your labour or perhaps the blockages that stand in the way the path is still one of the same, all is gifting you the seeds of growth.

For those struggling then know this is a choice to continue the attachments to your programmed reality, free will may well be free but it’s about as spacious as an over filled elevator crammed with clowns…..please don’t ask where that came from  and with that vision I just realised my once phobia about clowns has actually disappeared …. I would have found this highly disturbing once upon a time.

We are LIGHT filled today in so many ways, a cosmic preparation, a last spin on the wash as many of you, like myself have been going through some huge physical changes over these past few weeks.

Fire and Ice have been the words as I experience daily the feeling of lava running through my veins, my spine and hands hot to touch and then as though the meter runs out the Ice enters the stream and complete cooling, our bodies are transforming from carbon to crystalline, everything must change to be able to allow our vessels to continue the process of expansion.

Weight loss has also been something I’ve experienced as the old fat gets burned up rapidly allowing the body to come back online into purity to begin the rebuild of the new sacred space.

All must be surrendered to without the old thoughts of judgement or even thoughts of sickness, everything and One is going through phases of purge and release. Whether this is showing up in your reality with external relationships or relationship with self, all that is DONE is now able to be released fully, forgiveness, understanding, and not forgetting full responsibility for the presentation, it was after all your internal magnet that drew the experience in, FOR you to See the truth of YOU.

However this concept does take the human victim some time to get its ego head around and today’s conjunction of the Sun and Giansar will show up exactly your true coordinates in how you act out, how you experience these realisations.

Giansar is a dim orange star in the Draco constellation, it represents the release of karma, the sins of our Fathers and the star holds the energy of our punished enemies.

If there is a time to watch the video Karma Dogs it is now.

Where are you not taking FULL responsibility and opening up that heart FULLY to release those bonds, those dogs, because until you zero point it out you are the One holding the imbalanced energy, you are the one that experiences “the karma” you believe is going to be unleashed and until this is released you will continue the cycle and witness the dis-ease expand within you.

One thing we must understand is we have a choice, we are expanding regardless but are you filling with the unconditional yumminess of love or are you topping up the fear/hate/blame/judgement….your experience will mirror this to you.

And if you have been working these realisation through, if your commitment is now with Source above all humaning then we are clear for take off and we can wave goodbye to that old karmic wheel. 
The cellular memory of karma is wiped, in truth it has only been existing in the density held by those in their unconsciousness hence why the light filled have been rapidly moving away from those old energetic rings.

So today let’s join together, let’s see the connected web we have created and we see all those who we have connected with over our lifetime specifically, each person, each experience at a junction point, each person in their own pod of light, and we fill that web with pure golden light and watch as each pod, each person lights up too….no exceptions, no conditions, no less for the perceived wicked.

We do not need to use our physical words or expell our physical energy now, everything works differently in a quantum field, a field full of choices for each to pick from and pure acceptance for all chosen paths of experience, because there are many paths of experience to reach the path of light, however once the light is found there is only one Alignment and it is at this point only that the physical reality of Unity can commence, the coming together of ManKind singing in harmony with our beloved Mother

Breaking the Old Victim Chains ~ August 2, 2019

An interesting energy today as Juno and Mars meet.

Juno represents the binding of the masculine and feminine, marriage and partnership however Juno is the Mother of Mars and this meeting floods our fields with empowerment, the balance of the masculine and feminine whilst highlighting exactly what is out of whack.

Emotional wounding passed from feminine to masculine, mother to son, opposite sex parent to child rises, however it can be rather tricky to see in these energies as the need to cover up the wounding, to appear strong and attractive propels many into their peacock mode, displaying the finest of feathers, and parading round for all to see the spectacle.

Attention seeking, neediness but also over supporting and the Unhealed Healer aspects come up to be viewed.

But there is a spanner in the works as Saturn is now 3xact with the fixed star Vega. This conjunction is likely to show the cracks in those rose tinted glasses and the ability to see straight through begins the work of sorting the wheat from the chaff, and holds us firm in the space of respect and responsibility.

The masculine wounding may well become loud for the collective, and whilst receiving what is balanced from these masculine and feminine forces most will feel the imbalance within, which is simply highlighting where there is imbalance and work to be done, FOR you to observe and realise where it all began.

A request to come into a state of equilibrium and yet the humanness reacts with ideas of pain.

Open your heart, fully, see all in the eyes of Saturn and Vega and allow Self to break these old victim chains.

This conjunction is bringing forward the players we require, all bring growth and expansion it just depends on your attachment and perception to the reality that will dictate how you 3xperi3nce and process this.

New Moon in Leo~The Wave of Purging ~ july 31, 2019


Editor’s Note: I really, really like this article which goes a looong way toward explaining why and how we have been, and will be, affected by energies streaming through out Sun!

How are these energies affecting us? By causing us to release all that is NOT intended for us to BE, or FEEL, or experience in this life. How does it do this? By affecting us on a deeeep cellular level…that is, we have NO choice in the matter as ALL are affected by this.

So…what IS the best thing we can do for ourselves at this time? BE calm, BE peaceful, let the painful past (whatever that entails) GO away from your thoughts, and BE…

The winds have arrived early, in fact our magnetic field cracked just before midnight (UK) and the winds began pouring through. Nothing too strong, nice and easy at present however I’m sure many of you felt the switch.

Sleep becomes more tricky simply because we are processing more light and our cells get to work on the remodelling of the codes, regardless of what time it is, if the work needs to be done then it shall be done and us mere mortals have just one instruction.

SURRENDER

Any moans or complaints is a direct block to Source, a request to fall back to the sleepy human state, so in order to stay open and allow we honour the process, we limit our human DOing and we allow in to our fields that which is of love, assistance and compassion.

And this wave holds the energy of PURGE.

This may manifest within your reality, the physical contradictions leave, it could be within your body, ailments tend to speak for your attention, night sweats, dreams etc.

You will know these as ascension symptoms but let’s change that old out dated thought process, there are no symptoms there are only symbols, all of which are coded messages, from a language you have long forgotten, highlighting the separation between your mind and heart or the mind and body, the communication that is actually so natural has been ignored for thousands of years by most and instead of going within and discovering what the body is trying to tell you most run to the pill cabinet to try and find something to silence the bodies signal.
Those days are changing, and it’s time to fully reconnect with the physical and heal the separation, by showing Self the love it deserves…which of course once you master this you will notice how others in your field are attracted to your new wholeness, and as if by magic your field starts filling with more amazing respectful and responsible lightwalkers.

We are due 3 bursts of solar winds over the next few days as there are 3 coronal holes spewing out the gamma and plasma particles, creating the LIGHT energy, our masculine energy to activate and shift us into a new space.

However when observing OUT there you are more likely to witness a more chaotic stream as those blind to light tend to get rather agitated, unaware of why the emotions begin to stir, why things feel short and contradicting and if this is you, then go within and realise why you are resistant to light, use this energy to clear whatever it is that makes you want to retract back into your shell.

Release the words “this too shall pass” which are the words of some of the greatest spiritual bypassers. Instead scream THANK YOU now I’m gonna FIND YOU and get to work on the contradiction, dissolving and bringing it all to a space of zero point.

I’m sure I don’t need to be mentioning this now but for the new light beams here are the rules of solar activity.

Don’t drink alcohol – 1 glass is more like 3 and hangovers are heavy 
Stay away from all stimulants and have a clean light food day with extra hydration. The body is going to be hard at work processing, which means we need to make sure the temple is clean and prepared. Mangos are my fav on solar days and coconut water 
If it feels a little hectic then sit in a space of observation, make conscious choices and move clearly and concisely

Any overloads and overwhelms then we are humanDOing as opposed to humanBEing.

Things are bound to feel slower today, communication could well feel as though it’s all on slow Mo or perhaps the dubbing is out as Mercury Stations today ready to turn direct tomorrow on the Leo Super New Moon so whilst today could feel somewhat stretched the bungee cord is soon to ping forward, all you need do is allow the purge and cut those anchors for lift off.

So whilst Mercury is stationed, he is conjunct the Moon AND both opposing Pluto which gives some pretty loud internal dialogue and through this we get to witness feelings of hopelessness, a theme many of the grid keepers have been working through as deeper attachments to the material world have been cleared for those soon ready to enter into the new light coded spaces we are anchoring. 
Emotions become heightened, the empath begins to act out and the wounding, particularly those who haven’t awakened their internal God/dess become quite reactive and manipulative, control issues arise for the opportunity to clear and the feminine feel continues as the moon is also in an orb with a conjunct Venus in Leo, Venus appears to be acting like a guiding light to the moon finishing up in Cancer, showing you clearly that by realising the truth of the current space, by acting consciously the balancing out, the newness coming in will be instantaneous and you are likely to wonder what 2as the fuss all about.

These moments simply strengthen the trust connection to Source and the separation reduces

And then we have our beautiful Vesta, the high priestess energy coming into play. Vesta is the keeper of the Sacred Flame, she teaches the importance of understanding your Divine energy and how to bring Self back to wholeness, through the sacred sexual energies of creation, Vesta takes us into SOULitude, she is the Seer, the Goddess and she knows her value and if Vesta is new then allow her to guide you back into your pure heart, and today she squares Mars which is most likely to show the collective where the sacred feminine has not yet awakened, creating, at first, the oppressed anger to rise FOR you to see the reflection and to use the Divine instruction Vesta gives to heal you back to wholeness.

Vesta supports the committed, not to the false loyalties of out there but the wholeness of Self and she will lead those ready to follow within back to the place of purity, where you will discover your value, your worth…and from here we create a whole new world.

This is super important energy right before the New Moon, a moon that takes us into an entirely new field of amazement, the collective shift may well look a little jagged but trust all is moving for ALL to be SEEN as it’s only through the experience of SEEING or FEELING that we can move into the space of DEALING.

The Day Out of Time Experience ~ July 26, 2019

Well The Day Out of Time became a super intense experience, especially across Europe as the temperatures soared to symbolic limits and many people saying “I can’t handle this”, as I said, always look out for the symbols in the reality because they really are your own best friend and can never lie or enable you, signposts are everywhere when you learn to read the language of light.

All obviously orchestrated by our Mother to assist in the movement we are making to align our race with her harmonics of peace, love and abundant everything.

Personally for me it was as though I was shown a huge dumping of outdated ways that I once knew was my light but of course as we move and learn we expand and the IS becomes the WAS as we release all attachment to the process of this unification, we know that what was truth in one octave will eventually be expanded upon so much so that the root it grew from has now grown many more, creating the security for the strong stem that is you.

The passing through the Sea of the Gods of our Galactic New Year appeared to have a wall of laser light for us to pass through, which burned up the remnants of what was not able to pass through into the more pure tones of Source.

And we have arrived, a new day, a new dawn, it’s cooler here and storms are present to wash away the muck left behind, we are tired, heavy and slow, but with a few days of rest we will be ready to begin exploring the new space.

Moon conjunct Algol later today will no doubt bring up another wave of those crossing the Sea into the new Galactic space of 2019, a theme of being “sick and tired of” is likely to be the words moving around the minds of many and some will make the decision to take the leap to the light side.

I say side…it’s just words I play with, all is simply a spectrum until you transcend the entire spectrum and swallow the red pill opening you up to your multidimensional Self. 
We are all moving, whichever way it appears to look in the physical world…we are ALL moving as One, only those with the lense of judgement will see anything different and from that space you begin the unravelling of the attachment to the physical world, the need to move out there, align out there, change out there, we are light walkers and we know in order to change out there we must begin the change within and release the noise we become witness to in the reality.

But this new space, it’s interesting because whilst it’s familiar the physical body still tried to conform to the old patterns once held and the contradictions begin to show you exactly why we can’t function from that space anymore, and to continue creates the old sickness mode and we get to fall back into our slumber if we don’t realign and learn how to move, how to accomplish, how to contribute from the new programming of the field.

Many of us are realising the old ways of healing Self now becomes a WAS even though it was very much an essential IS for many years, and we realise that to continue the idea of we need healing becomes a hindrance, the truth is we are now on a constant path of aligning, and the change of brainwaves by the realisation of the shift then begins the BUILD phase of the new platform you are creating.

We can now allow the dust to settle, the old fragments to fall away, knowing we are once again aligning to the truth of the current octave we have reached, we have learnt to OBSERVE and we can move quickly to tweak what begins to be seen as unconscious activity, returning us back to a more deeper, softer level of unconditional everything.

Which is going to be required for Phase 3 as the collective begin to experience more shake ups from the upcoming planetary transits, and we the light crew of Gaia will continue to hold the space for the rest to continue their learning experiences and to be the solid lighthouse for those seeking to expand.

No effort is required only to show up as light within your heart, mind and Soul, taking care of every aspect that creates you, placing value (energy) where it can expand and be of use, ensuring all is grounded into the physical body.

There is no better time than to be holding those high vibe crystals, to be listening to the heart expanding 528 Hertz (or whichever frequency you are guided to for your experience) to be spending time in water, to be building the physical body so that it can hold the new light entering and to be releasing from your reality anything that comes to show you the holes within your vessel.

We cannot give from an empty cup, we cannot give from a cup with holes, now is the time to give all focus on Self and allow others to watch the experience, humans love to copy and mimic, we learn so much easier just by being shown and so I ask each and everyOne here to begin the process of simply being the example without the need for spoken word, to release the need to over support (this has been my learning) out there but to fully give all of that juicy self loving support within and watch the magic that will begin to swirl around your new field.

We begin the Galactic New Year today, a fresh new field, a quantum leap…every frequency counts which means every thought and every action requires your observation to 3nsure you are now coming from the space of WE ARE ALIGNING as opposed to the old we are “healing”, but don’t worry, this isn’t jumping the gun, the Quickening we are experiencing will highlight through your higher frequency of aligning where there is still healing and with an open heart, conscious choices, the healing can be realised and release in seconds.

Gone are the days of the slow and steady pace….that was only ever the ego in hope that you might forget your plight.
