The internet you use, the one with Google, social media, news sites, is Layer 1. Layer 1: The public layer. The layer they gave you in ’93 and told you was everything. And that’s not all. This is the lobby.
A contractor for the NSA, now in military custody at an unknown location, provided documentation of a parallel network called “ARPA-7.” Not ARPANET. No, not the ancestor of the internet. A separate system, launched in 1977, never connected to the public grid.
ARPA-7 has a completely different protocol stack. Different address. Routing is different. Different encryption methods. It is not accessible from any commercial device. No browser can access it. It is not indexed by any search engine. It is not tunneled into by any VPN. It needs hardware that isn’t sold. Terminals not for public use. Access codes, changing every 11 minutes with a quantum-random algorithm
Who are the users? 4,200 active terminals are listed in the documentation worldwide. Located in: each of the major intelligence agencies, each of the central banks, each of the military command structures in NATO, and, here’s where it gets dark, 147 private homes.
There are 147 people with ARPA-7 terminals in their homes. Not their desks. Their houses. Employees, non-governmental. No military. Not intelligence agents. Private citizens, with access to a network that contains everything the public internet was designed to keep from you.
What is on ARPA-7? The ledger of real money. The one that shows real world wealth distribution – not the fantasy of the forbes list. Medical research from decades ago that was never published. Energy technology patents classified the day they were filed. Communicating with installations that are not on any map. And archive. Complete unedited historical records. Each event. All wars. All the assassinations. Every single pandemic. Inside, documented. By the planners.
The public internet was not built to give you information. It was for you to contain. Give you the illusion of endless information while you stay in a sandbox. Every search. Filtered result. All algorithms calibrated. Every “fact check” designed to keep you in the lobby, forever.
The actual conversations. The real choices. The real story. All of it happening on a network that you were never meant to know about.
The NSA contractor had copied 7 terabytes prior to extraction. The files are now distributed throughout the QFS evidentiary network. Unchangeable. Forever. Identified the 147 private terminals. Tomorrow night, August 27 into Friday, August 28, 2026. We’re getting the Full Sturgeon Moon — August’s traditional Full Moon — combined with a deep partial lunar eclipse, with approximately 96% of the Moon passing through Earth’s darkest shadow. At maximum eclipse, only a small sliver of the Moon will remain illuminated, while the rest takes on that incredible deep red, copper, and orange “Blood Moon” appearance. The eclipse begins Thursday night, continues into the early morning hours of August 28, and reaches maximum eclipse at approximately 12:12 AM EDT / 9:12 PM PDT.
Over the past week, we’ve seen some pretty intense Earth and space weather. On August 25, the Sun unleashed a powerful M6.9 solar flare, producing an Earth-directed CME. NOAA has now issued a G1 geomagnetic storm watch for August 27 and a G2 (moderate) watch for August 28 as that CME approaches Earth. Meanwhile, the ground has been shaking — a M6.7 earthquake struck Ayacucho, Peru on August 20, followed by other significant quakes around the Pacific region, including a M6.0 in the Banda Sea on August 24 and a M6.0 near Hokkaido on August 23. Today, catastrophic flash flooding struck the Nepal–Tibet border region, with massive debris and water surging through the area, devastating roads, bridges, and infrastructure. Volcanic activity has also remained active around the planet, with the Smithsonian/USGS continuing to track ongoing eruptions and unrest at multiple volcanoes. Mayon Volcano in the Philippines emitted ash on August 25, with Alert Level 2 remaining in effect. And severe weather has been hitting different parts of the world, including a tornado in Pomas, France on August 24 that injured 39 people and damaged roughly 300 homes, while Hawaii dealt with elevated flood risks from Tropical Storm Moke earlier in the week.
And now, all of this is converging with a Full Moon, a deep lunar eclipse, and an incoming geomagnetic storm. I’m not saying these events are caused by the eclipse —but everything is connected and we are in ONE BIG STORM.

Except that longtime readers of this Substack were well aware of this most expected benefit of Ivermectin lowering blood glucose levels by acting as a direct agonist for the Farnesoid X Receptor (FXR) by suppressing hepatic gluconeogenesis and improving insulin sensitivity, leading to reduced serum glucose and cholesterol levels in diabetic mouse models.
A research study published in Nature titled, the anti-parasitic drug ivermectin is a novel FXR ligand that regulate metabolism
