In our Barbie and Ken vs Goliath IRS “adventure”, we early on said, “This is the Lord’s battle, it’s not ours.” We’re just willing to play the part of weak and simple “pawns”, and be moved wherever He wants us on “chess board,” even if it means suffering for His name’s sake in jail, because we know He always wins in the end.

For example, the past few days have been filled with a flurry of inspired court filings:

#1 Tuesday we asked the court to delay the trial for 60 days, from March 6th to May 7th, because the prosecution for the United States only just finished giving us the 6th and “final” batch of evidence (discovery) on the 16th.

#2 We also asked the court to grant me a release from jail so I can gather, organize, and prepare my evidence (discovery). I’ve been ordered by the court to give the prosecution, and prepare my defense–because it’s impossible to do from inside the jail.

#3 Yesterday we were inspired to make a strange filing asking the court to order my prosecutors to ask the Utah Court to temporarily STOP (STAY) their 364 day sentence on me until the federal trial is over, so I am not arrested by Utah when the feds let me out to prepare for my federal trial.

#4 Lastly, I filed a JUDICIAL NOTICE informing the court and prosecutors of our blockbuster January 4th filing in the Utah Court that exposed Belliston and his co-conspirators as the real criminals, stealing our house by fraud. Remember, this resulted in Belliston dropping his “victim claim” for $150K against us?

The case of JAG vs. Oprah Winfrey reached a theatrical conclusion Monday morning when Winfrey was executed at Guantanamo Bay for having aided and abetted the enemy, FEMA, in depriving Hawaii residents and tourists of life and property during last summer’s Maui inferno.

“Service to that number was terminated the day you were arrested,” the admiral told her before descending the stairs. “Time to finish this.”

The hangman placed the loop of rope around Winfrey’s neck and a cloth sack over her head. The admiral gave the order that prompted the hangman to flip the switch that triggered the pivoting door beneath Winfrey’s paunchy legs. She dropped without uttering a squeak, and was pronounced dead three minutes later.
