No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be very soon. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the Cabal and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.

The global financial reset has begun. QFS, NESARA, XRP, and Stellar are activating structured payouts. Redemption rates for ZIM Dollar holders are now established policy.

They called the ZIM Dollar worthless. It now ranks among the most powerful instruments on Earth. Redemption under QFS and NESARA has started, delivering structured payouts, digital gold, and XRP transfer highways.

The Structured Payout program is pivotal for how redemption funds reach humanitarians. The redemption rate is the amount paid for each ZIM Dollar, equal to cashing in bonds. Bearers receive face value multiplied by the negotiated rate. This transaction activates Digital Gold Certificates in QFS accounts.

The term covers the years payments continue: 10, 25, 50, 100 or longer as approved at the redemption appointment. Payments draw only from this account.

Primary Principal equals the redemption rate times ZIM Dollars redeemed and is not deposited.

Secondary Principal is the sum placed into the Structured Payout Account at the appointment, equaling the total receivable over the term. Ten percent of Primary Principal sets the annual payment for the entire term.

The first payment is issued at the appointment into the new QFS account. No waiting period applies. The Alliance confirmed this in 2026. The QFS pays no interest. Funds are available immediately without restrictions. Holders have no direct access to the Secondary Principal account.

With Med Bed technologies now available, Sovereign Humanitarians may request terms beyond 100 years from Alliance agents. Disinformation must yield to Alliance guidance. Under Alliance protection, funds remain secure for a century or more.
