As far as I know (which may be incorrect) anyone who has bought foreign currency and/or Zim Bonds from a valid dealer will be contacted by email, text or phone to obtain an 800 number and code used to set your exchange/redemption appointment at a Redemption Center of your choice.
Get your plans/projects together and don’t wait around for this to happen without being ready.
No straight cash will be given.
You are in charge of your fundsand can place funds in different accounts.
