Yes. Waited for the process to play out, hoping the entire fraud, would be revealed
And the foreclosurec would be halted?
WRONG!
NEXT came the public sale of my villa

At no time during the start to the final
Court hearing, on January 29, 2026,
Did I EVER bring up the Gesara Law?
Knowing , at a appeal of a foreclosue
Hearing; where The Alledged NEW OWNER,
Sued me for $4200.00; stating I owed
Him for back Rent payment? What?

Maritime officer, I owed him for that
Amount, and Never. Paid him..

First.. I viewed his first letter from snal

Never met the man ; until the hearing
