Have you noticed how “unprecedented” weather events are now happening every single month? Record-breaking floods, sudden droughts, and “once-in-a-century” storms that seem to target specific agricultural or political regions. This isn’t just “climate change”—it is the result of H.A.A.R.P. (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) and other ionospheric heaters located in Alaska, Norway, and Russia. They aren’t just “studying” the atmosphere; they are steering it.
By pulsing billions of watts of high-frequency radio waves into the ionosphere, they can create “lenses” in the sky that push the jet stream off its natural course.
