I Learned Something Not To Long Ago:
The legacy weather modification tools of the Cabal has long been the center of source energy used to control and weaponize technology that sustained their power or refocused resources through aid and assistance from organizations that they control.
Things have changed as there are other weather weapons most are not privy to. HAARP now just basically operate as a “research facility” for the most part. The networks didn’t stop at one land-based array. Layered, distributed systems with higher precision and deniability took over.
Keep your eye on Ground-based directed energy and resonance systems. The incident in Venezuela can be attributed to this. But some are even speculating that sun anomalies are setting off vibrational hotspots all over the planet. Other weapons are Orbital and mobile phased arrays, EISCAT (Norway) and upgrades European array exceeding 1 GW ERP in some configs. Far more powerful for targeted ionospheric heating. We do have foreign adversaries.
Classic HAARP is academic research now. The dangerous toys are the quiet, mobile, multi-nation variants that leave no smoking antenna farm. The capabilities went underground and upgraded.
This is why the timing around resource fights feels engineered. The old site is a distraction the real operators use better, quieter tools.
