The nonphysical internal Inner-net abilities of clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudience, clairempathy, clairsentience, clairalience and evolving multidimensional HighAwareness and HighHeart.

Inner-net is not my created term but the Pleiadeans, channeled through Barbara Marciniak many years ago.

Need to know something externally VERSES the evolving internal ability to Know things from your HighAwareness faster than you can type a word into an Internet search bar.

Need to watch the TV or Internet world news to find out what’s happening each day VERSES using your own internal Inner-net abilities.

Need to continue having other people define reality for you and control your life and consciousness, or evolve-ascend into Individual empowerment, true freedom, expanding wisdom and HighAwareness? It’s gotten far less mysterious and confusing to the evolving people about the necessity of the unfolding Separation of Worlds.

Your awareness focused on and addicted to your phone you carry everywhere like it’s a machine extension of your physical body, VERSES putting down that ascension diversion device and start perceiving, feeling and Knowing from your evolving self. In pre-ascension times these things were either/or Duality consciousness and reality. But in the Evolutionary Ascension Process (EAP), we’re having to integrate Duality in ourselves which automatically evolves us into Triality frequency, consciousness and reality. And in evolve-ascending 5D-based Triality it’s the NEW Human HighHearts and HighAwareness that control all high-tech machines and AI devices, not and never the other way around.

Increased EAP Symptom Sensitivities & Allergies, Again

The ongoing EAP stairstep shifts into ever-higher frequency NEW Energy Templates in 2026 have been causing another phase of worsening physical body symptoms. As has always been the case, these symptoms feel as if they’ve suddenly gotten worse in our bodies, so we again struggle temporarily adjusting and adapting to the latest higher levels and frequencies we’ve just embodied but haven’t completely acclimated to as yet. Keep climbing the evolutionary mountain of Light people.

These EAP symptoms are slightly different for each of us but typically there are numerous relatable similarities to them. This year I’ve once again been experiencing an increase in allergic reactions and sensitivities tocertain foods, pollens, dust and things I’ve always had but have gotten worse, again. We’ve experienced this throughout the EAP, but when old ascension symptoms suddenly return and worse than they were the last time you experienced them, it can be challenging for a while dealing with this aspect of our rapid transformational physical level evolution. Just when you thought you’d never again experience eating two teaspoons of some food and having it instantly make you feel like you’ve been poisoned for half a day, it’s back and worse than before.

Besides negative reactions again lately to eating certain foods, I’ve experienced days where I can’t look at the computer screen without it causing a seriously nasty headache, eyestrain and eye pain and sensitivities. Not great if you need to write something on your computer and make it available on your website. This has been severe for me again recently which is why I haven’t written sooner. I keep trying but that level of head and eye computer sensitivity and pain isn’t conducive to creating and writing helpful Inner-net information I’m putting on my website on the Internet!

You Can’t Store That Crap In Here!

Another reallystrange EAP symptom I’ve never talked about is brief ‘glitching’ of certain involuntary bodily system functions. Certain autonomic nervous system (ANS) functions suddenly, and thankfully fairly briefly, experience periods of ‘glitching’ due to our incremental evolution shifting out of the old energy templates, systems and functions into NEW higher Energy Templates and systems and functions.

These particular EAP symptoms behave as if certain of your physical body’s ANS suddenly experiences “crossed wires” which cause wildly weird bouts of things like repeated sneezing which causes coughing which triggers stomach contractions to induce vomiting which causes eye tearing which causes nose running which causes mild bladder leakage which sometimes causes heart palpitations etc. etc. etc. In other words, moments of total WTF!? body behaviors that you do your best to not panic over while happening because you know that would only make the whole thing even worse. So, you deal with the sudden “storm” certain of your bodily systems are going through and deal with the “clean up” after things calm down. And these EAP crossover periods of intense systemic evolution upgrading don’t happen only in our physical bodies but our consciousness too, thankfully not at the same time however.

At this point in the EAP, most of you living and embodying it have come to realize and accept that you/me/we are what could be called the Transition Team. The team that’s been doing the “heavy lifting” in the physical while incarnate physically because we’re not just good at it, we’re great at it. You don’t call roofers when you need to tear down an old structure and build a totally NEW higher frequency one. You call the Transition Team because they can cope with the intensity of the removal of expired low systems and structures while simultaneously anchoring and implementing NEW higher ones in and through their bodies, consciousness and beings. And sometimes doing these two things at the same time triggers some really weird body and consciousness overlap periods that cause all sorts of EAP symptoms. Just another day in the life of… Keep up the great Work.
