Escalating Team Dark Attacks & Some Related Recent Changes – April 18, 2024

I received a recent email from Kate S. in which she shared a Team Dark attack she experienced a few days ago in April 2024, and wanted some information or validation about it from me. After reading it, I asked Kate if I could quote it in an article. She graciously agreed and thank you Kate S. for your openness, honesty, and allowing me to publicly share your recent etheric and physical Team Dark attack. I believe honest, open, gritty and traumatic public sharing of our personal attack experiences only helps everyone in this time of compressed Ascension Process evolution. Consciously knowing more is terrifying yet it comes with evolution. Read this and other of my related articles and learn more about multidimensional reality, some of the mostly unseen and unknown players in it, and about how human consciousness is evolving now via the Ascension Process so everyone consciously knows that much more exists than previously believed. While some endlessly wait and hope for ‘official Disclosure’ from our government(s), some of us in the Ascension community will continue online sharing of our personal and repeated experiences with and attacks by Team Dark aliens, demons, and a whole host of same frequency range beings’ etheric, astral and physical attacks and etheric and physical abductions and attempted etheric abductions and more. This is escalating because the Ascension Process Separation of Worlds is closer than ever before and the parasites—nonhuman nonphysicals and physical humans—are franticly fighting the Light and Universal evolution with everything they’ve got. 

“I’m thinking what I experienced last night is related to the following paragraph in your latest post: 

“Also, it was around mid-March 2024 when I felt another abrupt change due to some of the old negativity bumping back up again. This often happens when higher NEW arrives replacing the old lower. The old Duality negative takes great offence to any changes and so it/they/he/she/them get riled up and lash out against the latest Light energies and the people embodying them. Nothing new about any of this, I’m just saying that it happened again when these latest NEW Light templates and codes arrived over the past few months. It’s just that this year (2024) things are far more intense, the battle more serious, obvious, determined and trying.”

“Last night I heard phantom meowing three times in my room (I do have cats and thought it was one of them at first but not one of them was near my room or even upstairs, I went searching to make sure.) As I said, this woke me up three different times and it was definitely coming from INSIDE my room. (I know you’ve been awakened several times by phantom sounds as well and I was thinking of you as this happened.) Later I woke to a strange sound coming from my son’s bed (my youngest sleeps on a futon in my room), I shined the light of my kindle on him and he was under the covers but in a semi-upright position. He wasn’t moving, just kind of hunched over there. I continued to shine my light on him and after a few moments he went back to a regular sleep position, totally asleep and oblivious. Between that and the phantom meows I couldn’t sleep and stayed up awhile reading, just to keep an eye on my son. When I did finally go back to sleep, I was awoken a couple of hours later as my body started to shake and vibrate violently ~ just as this started I heard a hiss in my ear~ and along with the shaking sensation I felt I was being lifted up. I couldn’t move or open my eyes and knew I just had to let it pass. It finally did after about 20-30 seconds, but I was left with the biggest feeling of WTF???!!!

This happened at 5:17am. I couldn’t fall back asleep until it started getting light out and once I did, I had dreams of our room/home being infested with gigantic ants, bees, and large red winged insects. In my dream there were also gorillas in our yard and our neighbors had rats the size of raccoons. 

Suffice to say, it was a very eventful and disturbing night. I demanded an explanation from my inner self about the shaking and quaking of my body ~ one that wouldn’t terrify me ~ and was told that the excess energy from my nervous system was being dissipated and it got a little too intense. This makes sense, as my nervous system has been on overdrive on and off all year ~ the past couple of days, I’ve had that crawling out of my skin feeling and have been unable to relax or settle. But….this didn’t feel benevolent. Yet, the idea that dark energies could take over my body in such a way…I find absolutely terrifying. 

If I hadn’t experienced the phantom meows, my son’s strange sleep position episode and the nightmare of insect infestation I could chalk up my earthquaking body to just “excess energy being dissipated from my nervous system,” but on top of everything else this sounds like the most intense physical attack I’ve experienced thus far.

I’ve had the quaking body before ~ but that felt more interesting than scary. This one was so scary it makes me wary of bedtime tonight. 

I shared this experience through email with a dear friend of mine (also a fellow Forerunner) and she said she also felt attacked last night. In her words: 

“I felt paralysed and pinned down last night and when I could move I had to open the window with the feeling of letting something out.”

“So, I’m sharing all this with you in case others have had similar experiences as of late.  As you said: It’s just that this year (2024) things are far more intense, the battle more serious, obvious, determined and trying.”

This year has been the most intense for me so far in many ways ~ there have been moments, days, and even weeks that I’ve felt my TRUE, EXPANDED self like never before. It’s truly Heaven on Earth and a whole different reality. At other times, the compression has been so intense that I don’t think I have the energy to stay here anymore. It’s been a toggle between Heaven and Hell like never before, and like you, I’ve been at this since 1998. 

In any case, after my experience last night I just had to share with someone who I know would totally get it. Thanks again for all you do. You’ve been a gem in my life since 2008.”

“…I figured out what I REALLY want to know after writing all that to you, Dear Sister.

After experiencing this very disturbing attack on my physical body, I think I just want reassurance from another wise one that “they” can’t really HURT us, right? They can SCARE us (and mission absolutely accomplished) but they can’t HURT us in any REAL, permanent way.

Right?!
Of course not!
I find no matter what “they” throw at us, we only use it makes ourselves stronger. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

P.S. I’m remembering of a recent article where your physical body was also attacked and you woke up sore ~ I’m going to hunt for it now.

My heart dropped, then I got frustrated and sad that Kate honestly believed, honestly hoped that these Team Dark attacks couldn’t really hurt us, couldn’t really hurt her, couldn’t really hurt her loved ones. I wrote her back and loudly yelled, OF COURSE THEY FUCKING CAN!!! They can kill incarnate physical human ascension Volunteers, Lightworkers, Lightwarriors, Starseeds and Indigos, typically indirectly, but with intent, directly. For the most part, Team Dark tries to kill Team Light ascension people indirectlybecause they know there are instant major repercussions when they murder an ascension Volunteer. I’ve lost over half of my small blood family — mother, father, younger sister, and only child (adult son) to Team Dark. What the fuck have I been writing about and sharing at TRANSITIONS since 2007, and HighHeartLife since 2013, about these Team Dark aliens, demons, entities and other Others and Duality and the Ascension Process and we of Team Light?

Geezy-creezy people, I haven’t been killing time writing online ascension articles for nearly twenty years just for fun. I’ve endured continuous negative abuse and attacks from certain humans and nonhumans for publicly writing extremely rare, valuable and very important articles of LIGHT about the evolutionary Ascension Process and Team Dark. 

The nonhuman AND human monsters are real, always have been, and they’ve always been using you humanity for all sorts of nasty, negative, parasitic reasons. The truth is that you’re having to become conscious of this Universal fact due to the evolutionary Ascension Process. Knowing more typically isn’t easy, pleasant, filled with endless bliss or a laugh a minute. I’ve only desired to—as quickly as I was physically capable while living and embodying the AP myself and usually first—educate you about these difficult, dark and dangerous situations, Team Dark and human Portal People, and their tactics on incarnate Team Light Volunteers and Lightworkers and Starseeds etc.

Sorry Team Light Lightworkers, but consciously knowing Darkness and Team Dark and their tactics has now reached mandatory levels as you, as each of us continues evolving into higher NEW Humans that exist physically on NEW Earth with multidimensional consciousness and much more. You are there now, and people like me who’ve been deeper in the evolutionary trenches than most as Volunteer Forerunner Pathpavers and had conscious awareness about it and the multidimensional players all along, are currently experiencing our own Individual energy stairstep NEXT LEVELS of your and my Team Light awareness and abilities with all of this. 

So fellow Lightwarriors becoming NEW Humans of NEW Earth, the monsters are 100% real and yes, they want to hurt, harm, destroy, and if possible, kill you for being what and who you are and why you’re here on ascending Earth now. They want and repeatedly try in all sorts of horrid ways to wound, derail, distract, slow down, prevent, break you down and/or outright kill we of the Light. I shouldn’t need to explain why in what’s, for many thousands of years on Earth, been Duality frequency and reality.

Let us move through what I recognized as classic Team Dark red flags in Kate S.’s recent quoted description letter. 

•Hearing Three (3) Etheric Sounds — It’s fairly common to physically and/or clairaudiently hear negative nonphysical sounds in rapid groups of three (3). In years past I repeatedly heard negative Team Dark knocks, thump banging type sounds high up on the outside of my house in a rapid group of nine (9). In this case it was both a demon and Team Dark aliens. Demons and negative alien extraterrestrials are one in the same because they exist in and function from the same frequency range and with the same anti-human, inorganic agendas, needs and desires. 

Hearing sounds grouped in threes (3), but also in rapid groups of three sets of three knocks or sounds etc., is classic Team Dark. It’s one of numerous ways they try to insult, demean, belittle and abuse Triality (3) frequency, consciousness and life that’s transcended, evolved beyond lower frequency Duality (2) of Light/Dark etc. 

When you hear some semi-strange sound(s) and they were in the classic group of three (3) (but they could be 3, 6, 9 number of sounds too), you need to instantly go into high discernment and high alert mode because you are most likely experiencing some level of Team Dark attack. It could last for a few minutes or hours, or the entire night so learn from what you experience so you’ll quickly recognize it when it happens again, but in slightly different ways every time. Not only did Kate S. hear three (3) nonphysical or “phantom” meows, but she heard them three (3) times in her room. That was Team Dark knocking on your consciousness and dimension to deliberately let you know they’re etherically focused on you and they want you to consciously know it. Why? Because it will terrify you the most.  

•Witnessing Strange Behavior(s) in a Loved One — This is also a classic Team Dark tactic. If the person they’re attacking is a parent, then they know that the fear they cause mommy or daddy is much more than someone else. This is why Team Dark deliberately used Kate’s young, asleep son. They wanted her to be physically awake, which is why they did the three (3) etheric meow sounds she heard three (3) times first. Then they physically repositioned her sleeping son in an unnatural position to further confuse and frighten her as his mommy.

•Physical Body Attack — As you read and FEEL into this, please be aware of how this Team Dark attack Kate S. experienced last week unfolded, one abnormality after another, over a period of hours that night. It was intentionally progressive and was deliberately building to its grand finale. This is very important to understand and be wisely aware of. Put all of these firsthand experiences and knowledge of mine and Kate’s into yourascension toolbelt for when you need it. And know that you will at some point in everything that’s currently happening due to the evolutionary Ascension Process. 

The next progression in Kate’s Team Dark attack was them causing her physical body to shake and vibrate, and rather violently it sounds. At the same time as this started, Kate heard another etheric sound, a hiss in her ear. That was a huge Team Dark clue they intentionally gave her. Pay attention kids when the monsters are teaching you about them and how they work and why! They let her know it wasn’t Light or an ascension symptom causing her physical body to vibrate and shake, it was them, Team Dark. The sensation she felt of being lifted up and not being able to move or open her eyes was because Team Dark was attempting to remove her from her physical body. They were trying to etherically abduct her. This is the point where the entire attack has seriously reached the danger zone. Being scared is one thing, having Team Dark try to abduct you from your physical body in the physical dimension and take you elsewhere is another thing altogether, and it is some serious shit indeed. Based on what Kate S. said in her above letter, it sounds to me like she was released from this attempt because she didn’t become utterly terrified in those seconds and simply ‘knew she had to let it pass.’  She was very lucky to have gotten out of that energetic situation so quickly and with few injuries and further traumas.

And this is where knowing less helps somewhat, and where knowing more is a bigger test in how each of us deals with these sorts of Team Dark attacks on our physical and etheric bodies, hearts, minds and souls. This is how we learn, the hard way, up close and personal like, and live to share that Team Dark education with incarnate Team Light Volunteers, Lightworkers, First Everythingers, Starseeds and Indigos. 

• The Team Dark Attack Grand Finale — Remember how I said Team Dark takes their nonlinear attack time with those of us in physicality living and Working the Ascension Process? Linear time doesn’t exist for them, so an attack we experience that last’s “all night” is nothing for them. Know thy enemy well ascension Lightworkers.

They’ve intentionally toyed with, bullied and tortured Kate S. in slow, steadily increasing ways for most of her physical night, purposefully building the fearful emotional energies coming from her. Team Dark does enjoy playing with their food fuel sources to squeeze the absolute most out of them!

Now that the sun is rising, Kate S. falls asleep believing she’s finally in the safe and clear, only to have multiple Team Dark caused nightmares telling her otherwise. I can’t tell you how many times over the decades of my now elder life I’ve experienced these same types of Team Dark multidimensional astral etheric into the physical attacks, etheric abductions, and nightmare attacks and horrendous information revealing’s. It’s hard Knowing more, it’s dangerous, difficult and requires increased self-responsibilities across multiple dimensions for multiple reasons both present and near future and distant future. 

Kate S. says that in her nightmare attack dreams she discovers that, “…our room/home being infested with gigantic ants, bees, and large red winged insects. In my dream there were also gorillas in our yard and our neighbors had rats the size of raccoons.”  That her room and home was INFESTED. Yes, my fellow ascension Lightworker, not only is your room/home infested by Team Dark negative aliens, demons, entities and so many other horrors we can’t comprehend, but so has my rooms/homes over the decades been infested too. Worse yet, the entire physical Earth and past astral etheric dimensions have been INFESTED, and far worse than most of us in the higher know even fully understand in our current physical incarnated selves. 

I’d forgotten about the horrible napmare dream attack awareness information I experienced with the huge black beetle insects coming out of the area between my ceiling and walls back in 2022. Here’s a link to the article I wrote about it and much more from that year.

Another important aspect of Kate’s whole experience is that she “…demanded an explanation from my inner self about the shaking and quaking of my body ~ one that wouldn’t terrify me ~ and was told that…”  Because she ordered her inner self to tell her but to not terrify her, she got an incorrect reply. Volunteers, Lightworkers, First Everythingers, Embodiers, Lightwarriors, Starseeds, you absolutely cannot afford to do silly and dangerous things like this to yourself! You have been on the end-all battlefields of all battlefields for your whole current life because it’s a life lived during the rare time of Universal evolution to the next higher plane of being and existence for All everywhere. This is NOT the life or time to bullshit yourself because you don’t want to be scared, don’t want to know that there really are monsters in the dark, don’t want to Know that Team Dark has always existed in the past Great Cycle in and of Duality, don’t want to have to deal with Team Dark attacking you in this incarnation because you are Team Light here now to live, embody, and anchor the Ascension Process for All everywhere.   

You got beat-up by Team Dark, so what, it comes with the evolutionary Ascension Process Work each of us does, is, embodies, and anchors into ascending NEW Earth for NEW Humans. Old lower frequency Duality reality is exactly that, Duality, and we’re evolving up to the next higher level and dimension and it’s all about Triality. To get there we’re having to become consciously aware that Team Dark does and has existed the whole lengthy past Great Cycle of expression and learning within Duality frequency and consciousness. And we’re having to learn that yes, they can kill you, can drive you insane, can break you, can intentionally manipulate certain people (parent(s), stranger(s)  to do something traumatic that what you experience causes you to instantly fracture your personality. In other words, become 100% ascension ineffectual for your whole lifetime. 

I’ve experienced multiple of my blood family members (all dead now) and my only (adult) child be taken out of the ascension picture and their Soul Work in it in this way for these reasons. Team Dark instigates some type of personal trauma so severe that it causes the person to instantly fracture their personality to cope with and survive that trauma, which completely blows up their entire ascension incarnation and whatever ascension Work they were contracted to or desirous of doing in it. Easy-Peezy take them out Team Dark tactic done to so many ascension people and most don’t even realize it happened and why. 

Yes, Team Dark can hurt you, can kill you, can cause you to fracture yourself which removes you from the Ascension Process for life. Team Dark uses the love we have for our loved ones, our children, our pets, friends, family, Earth etc. to wound us, to traumatize us, to hopefully remove us from our lives of ascension, from aiding other people during this lifetime lived during the evolutionary Ascension Process. Team Dark USES what you love to hurt you, wound you, cause you pain, suffering, guilt, confusion, mental and emotional illness, anger, hatred, and/or full retreat from the Ascension Process. 

10,000 other things to say about all this, but this should basically stay within the framework of Kate S’s. email letter and question to me. I’ll briefly add that I too, as I Know many of you have also been experiencing an INCREASE in Team Dark attacks in the physical and etheric dimensions and frequency ranges, have been experiencing next level Team Dark physical, public, human attacks, very much so in April 2024. 

 
I won’t get into all the details but just mention that over the past two weeks I’ve had multiple face-to-face physical conversations with other people over some squatter problems (again) with the empty house next door to me. What’s amazingly different about all this to me is that I’ve had these conversations with FIVE different people physically, and every one of those people’s eyes were Reptilian eyes the entire time I talked with them. The Reptilian eyes in all five of these people was exactly the same light grey color with the vertical black Reptilian pupil slit. FIVE HUMANS WITH THIS that I’ve had lengthy face-to-face, stair-them-in-the-eyes 30-minute or longer conversations with and their eyes never changed into normal human eyes the whole time. Not one of them.

There are heaping tons of all sorts of negative crap happening and being released now and it will get worse this year before it gets better, and you need to consciously Know this fact no matter how unnerving or repulsive it is or becomes. Understand that the negativity that’s been long hidden in the darkness on and off Earth is currently in the Ascension Process of being increasingly seen, known, felt, understood and finally recognized by more humans for what and who IT/THEY really are and always have been. Like now easily seeing the Reptilian (and in certain other people and politicians etc. it’s been Draconian) energetic overlays on numerous humans and their consciousness and realities. More to say about all this but I need to wrap this up and rest some. It’s really been unbelievable and energetically extreme lately, with each year since 2020 a hundred times more intense than the previous year and there’s more to come. 

This morning before I finished this article, I checked Lisa Renee’s website to see if she had written anything about this recent majoruptick in Team Dark negativity and many of us of Team Light getting attacked again and/or experiencing things like I have of them—Reptilian and Draconian on human overlays and consciousness controls—becoming very visible and out in the Light of day and our daily physical actions. Expect more of these sorts of physical and etheric and consciousness multidimensional expansion experiences and awarenesses.
