Editor’s Note: This is mighty important. Folks. I really DO need a JAG ASAP! I Am being harmed during our current “soft” martial law.
Why? Because I have a court case pending in our fraudulent court system. sound familiar to anyone?
I Am an Interim Laboratory Consultant who was asked to leave for unknown and unstated reasons, presented through a facial mask concern in April 2022, even though a mask was continually worn during my work. I consider myself to remain an employee of the hospital where I worked and will remain in my supplied housing until I receive:
1. An investigation of my issue, or any justification for their employment reasoning, and
2. A Hospital Laboratory-specific mask policy pre-dating my employment in Feb. 2022, and
3. Any type signed HR documentation regarding abruptly ending my employment contract
I have remained in communication with all parties concerned. My objective is to receive full compensation during my stay here via salary, housing, car rental ,food stipend which remain outstanding. I will leave this domicile after receiving the above.
Currently, this country is operating in a state of Emergency Powers in which legal matters are to be handled by a JAG. I do not accept this contract from the Superior Court of XXX County and you are receiving this presentation, asking for this to be forwarded to a JAG. The eviction order is not in keeping with common law. Is this a breach of fiduciary contract, constructive fraud…does fraud vitiate all contracts? Are these unlawful acts?
Furthermore, what is the financial status of a Catholic healthcare organization? At the present time, who has title and ownership of this facility and all corporations involved? Are these corporations in default? Have not these assets been seized via Ex. Order 13818 and Ex. Ord. 13848?
I Am Cynthia Rose, not CYNTHIA ROSE (A STRAWMAN) and ask my case be handled through JAG lawyers aware of the true legal status for this country.This is a complex case centering on not on the former legal system, but rather a new system of justice to be delivered by Common Law.
Thank you for your time you are spending on this matter, and I so appreciate your ability to forward this to a JAG for immediate cessation of my eviction notice slated for Thursday, March 7 at 8:01AM. I have also sent information to the Superior Court, as well as the County Sheriff. Time is of the essence and I request to become your client and access the immediate services of a JAG.

Did you refuse the jab? That might be the reason whether you wore a mask or not? Many people are being evicted and have been since the end of the so called ‘plandemic’. The court system is so corrupt and you might try to appeal to the judge who will be presiding over your case. You can write a letter to the judge giving him/her some background on your case before your hearing. Many do not know this, and research the rulings of the judge to sort of get some background on him/her to see if they are a fair and just judge. Most times you can fax or drop off a letter to the judge so do that, it can’t hurt your case and most judges don’t know anything before you come into the court. I do hope it goes in your favor, and perhaps you can counter sue them in a civil court filing so that is on record before your case is presented.

True, the court knows nothing about my considerations, yet I choose to stay away from the fraudulent court system, where
All things are designed to fail!
Instead, I prefer to focus on the beauty of my staying in this place, because I Am worth it! Love ya! 💕😊🌹

Either way, you can write the judge and just give him a background on what happened so when he comes into court, he doesn’t have to rely on what they say….he’d have some information. I know judges appreciate that and have seen them turn cases around in favor for defendants because they took the time to write them a letter and explain their side of the situation. It couldn’t hurt….there are a few good judges out there…not many but a few.
I saw one judge go balistic on the prosecutor because a cop got on the stand and lied and the lady was arrested for a suspended license that was not suspended and the judge kept asking the prosecutor to press charges on the cop for lying on the stand. Then he dismissed the case against the defendant against the prosecutor’s being adamant to continue to put the lady in jail longer for a suspended license ticket.

I had done that as well, but ended up walking away with nothing but the clothes on my back and it was a horrible experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone, not even my enemy. Heck, I was lucky to get my purse as the stupid cop didn’t even want me to get that, eventually they let me get my phone, but my property, everything else was not allowed to have, not even my vehicle or the RV that was given to me by my sister to move my stuff into and left up to my sisters. I hope if they do get there way, that they let you have your things and car and so on that you will land somewhere safe and sound. Who knows, maybe better than where you are now.
