THEIR PRACTICE WAS FOR DECADES TO HIRE MOSTLY FROM WITHIN THE RANKS OF FAMILY MEMBERS, ON SUPERVISION POSITIONS THAT COULD HIRE THEMSELVES THEIR OWN DAUGHTERS, SONS, NEPHIEWS, ETC, ETC, ETC,
IF YOU HAD NO PROTECTION FROM A FAMILY MEMBER, SUPERVISORS WOULD FIND WAYS TO STOP YOU FROM GETTING PROMOTIONS, OR TRANSFERS WITHIN THE COMPANY WHERE THE EMPLOYEE COULD EARN HIGHER WAGES.
BUT THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD GET PROMOTIONS, AND MOVILITY WITHIN THE COMPANY AT THEIR OWN WILL.
