[Transcript] “President Trump has amended the Manual For Courts Martial. Since 1984 each Manual for Courts Martial has been amended by every president changing the rules particularly with regard to jurisdiction e.g. where individuals may be charged and where those charges may be heard. This has made it difficult for the authorities to charge crooked presidents, congressmen, the deep state, the three letter agencies making it almost impossible to hold them to account. Obama made significant changes to protect the crooks. 
[In Australia, for example, Malcolm Turnbull a former Prime Minister changed the meaning of Treason to prevent him being charged for treason. He may escape that charge, but there are many more he won’t]

The problem in the past was that once the law has been changed individuals cannot be charged retrospectively as it wasn’t deemed to be a past crime.

When Donald Trump became President he, through a team of advisors, adjusted the Manual for Courts Martial to the extent where everything the Black Hats were doing from the top down was a crime and if they repeated it they could be charged and if found guilty, executed.

While the Trump team and military went to work dismantling the Deep State, the Cabal, they all continued to commit the same crimes, which means that under the new rules they can charge everyone who needs to be charged. This also includes civilians who were previously excluded.

If you have been following transcripts of those who have been charged under Martial Law be it on Naval vessels offshore or elsewhere you will have noticed that the indictments are unsealed in the courtroom, charges read out, the defendant has an opportunity to defend themselves and if found guilt are executed almost immediately.
