You can make a difference! Your smile can make someone's day. Your laughter can cheer someone else up. A simple "hello" can make someone else feel "seen" and "heard". You have a super-power. And that is
Being YOURSELF!
But don't let anyone fool you...
It is not as easy as you think.
In a world where we put too much emphasis on society and "their" opinion,
We are caught in lies about ourselves.
Feeling small, lonely and unimportant.
