If you believe that the medical industrial complex has hijacked our medicine, then it should be plausible to believe that the matrix foods that is being offered on the market are the root causes of our medical & health ailments — all by design too. 💣👀💣

But are YOU willing to reprogram yourself & change the diet you’ve so been accustomed to? Most food they sell us is garbage & you need to cut it!

There’s so many elements in food today that calcifies your pineal gland, which means it’s game over for your brain, walking dead, zombie body. Fast food, junk food, processed foods, food that comes in a box or a can is all no bueno.

In this country, there’s different types of grocery stores — the fancy organic farmers market, general population markets & then there’s markets for the poor — under the same grocery store name. One store name, three types of store, three quality of foods.

What’s happened in our society is that there’s food for the rich & poor, or the health conscious person & the unconscious person. Understanding where your food comes from, how it was made, who manufactured it, and who profits from it should be a TOP PRIORITY in your life.

If money is real tight, then eliminate processed & fast foods. Cut the fake juice, kool aid, soda & especially diet sodas — all bad. Eat home cooked meals, less meat & more greens. Drink clean alkaline water.

Saying grace, prayers, and blessings are powerful. The love and gratitude frequency vibrating through the food molecules from the sound of your voice or thoughts will help purify the food and water. spread love, be kind, be happy, live long, and share good food. ✨🙏🏽🤍✨
