Wells has named you as the individual that assisted and helped set up CIA torture chambers that he was a victim of. And you are not going after him?
You want me to lawyer up based on an opinion that basically no lawyer has ever successfully filed against anyone on Twitter/X that you somehow miraculously think you will pull off?

Do you know how expensive defamation suits are? You are basically asking your lawyer to do mental gymnastics around all the bureaucratic grammatical red tape there is to prove beyond what is deemed as an opinion in the court of law. Why do you think these types of lawsuits are so rare to win? Then the other hurdle is you have to prove it came from me. Goodluck with that.

3 Problems you face with the lawsuit.
1. Defamatory Statement: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that the defendant (Me) made a false and defamatory statement. This statement must be one that could harm the plaintiff’s reputation. Didn’t you already get Court Martialed before? I bet your fans do not know about that.
2. Falsity: The plaintiff (You) needs to prove that the statement made by the defendant is false. Truth is generally a defense against a claim of slander. So how are you going to prove this without exposing more damaging info that has yet to be shared as a follow-up from that last post that caused you emotional distress? Because that info is actually supported by documentation as well.
3. Damages: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that they suffered actual harm as a result of the defamatory statement. This harm can be in the form of financial loss, damage to reputation, or emotional distress. Again how are you going to prove you lost money from a job you no longer have? When you hired Sydney Powell you had to settle for her because you couldn’t afford a better lawyer. And we already know she’s silly for committing fraud trying to expose voter fraud.
