It’s with a heavy heart we must announce the Passing of Mr Rodeo, The Goldfish. He leaves behind his wife, Mrs Rodeo and their neighbor, Lit’l Pinky who will resume several of his duties in the tank.

Mr Rodeo founded the colony and his steadfast leadership saw the Carlotta Exodus and the changing environment of two fish tanks.

Tempers flared when Convict the Ill tempered cichlid joined the family and didn’t want anyone in his territory. Fights broke out and eventually Rodeo ate him. Problem solved and the tank gained a newfound respect for the Boss.

Old age takes its toll and the years passed and starting this year Rodeos skin started to fall and pink stains started to form, all of which caused Mr Rodeo to seek hospice care typically in the bottom corner of the tank, where he would relax in the calmer waters and watch the world go by.

His journey ended 14.5.6 seconds ago on this day of our lord September 12th, 2023.

He is now flittering about in the giant tank in the sky. He was flushed according to the highest passing honors of a life well lived. He is greatly missed by all that knew him.
