I lost the whole of my 30’s due to ascension symptoms. Instead of trying to have a good time, I was living more like a 90 year old these past 13 years. Also, weight gain…..WHY DO WE HAVE FUCKING WEIGHT GAIN?! BEFORE ascension symptoms, I had 8 pack abs, which I worked HARD for….they all covered up in flesh, now. Ascension symptoms making me feel even MORE grosser and disgusting than I did before.
