Editor’s Note: This message of USA, Inc being sued for treason PLUS having war declared against “it”, was posted here (Criminal Complaint For Treason and Declaration of War Filed Against US Inc.) on August 2. It seems that America has filed an act of war against USA, Inc. for violating oaths of office, as well as concealing treasonous activity.
For those who know, the Military Law manual was rewritten in 2016, and signed by all applicable parties. President Trump then placed our country under a State of Emergency in 2019 (?), a step toward existing under Martial Law.
Because of the existing State of Emergency, the Government of America is now under a “state of continuity”. “The Continuity of Government (COG) program represents the President’s intent that the United States have in place a comprehensive and effective program to ensure survival of our constitutional form of government and continuity of essential federal functions under all circumstances. Presidential Policy Directive 40, National Continuity Policy, dated July 15, 2016, provides policy guidance.”

Treason👉 Criminal Complaint For Treason and Declaration of War Filed Against US Inc.
A Criminal Complaint/Referral for Misprision of Treason, Treason for Violations of Oath of Office, and Declaration of War against the United States was submitted to the US Military Judge Advocate General by Tom Fairbanks who filed the Complaint today on behalf of Ammon Bundy and Diego Rodriguez.
Fairbanks, who has been actively involved with Intelligence Support Activity (ISA), as a military asset, in undercover operations and exposing the Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) of children in Cache Valley in the State of Utah, took the opportunity to file the Criminal Complaint against Judge Nancy Baskin and US Attorney General Merrick B. Garland for violations of their oaths of office and dereliction of duty.
👆 The Criminal Complaint states, “The violation of one’s oath of office is an act of treason and anyone having knowledge of the commission of treason, who conceals or does not, as soon as possible, disclose and make known the same is also guilty of misprision of treason.
