The Deep State and Democrat political thugs doing their best to stop President Trump from being re-elected, may have wrecked their own effort with the third and latest Indictment against President Trump.
The latest Indictment directly involves the January 6 protest at the Capital; a protest that challenged the legitimacy of the (fraud-ridden) November 2020 election. As a result of the latest Indictment, Trump now has Subpoena power for his case. With Subpoena power, he can Subpoena everything the Deep State, Democrats, and their Black-robed Bimbos on the courts tried to keep off the record and secret!
Trump attorney John Lauro made clear this is precisely what the Trump team intends to do when he remarked βWe now have the ability in this case to issue our subpoenas. And we will relitigate every single issue in the 2020 Election. It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power.β
For instance:
β All of Californiaβs 55 Electors were chosen with Ballots that, according to California state election law βcannot be voted or counted in any electionβ because they omitted two required notices on ALL the printed Ballots!
State election law REQUIRES certain notifications appear on each printed ballot and the law itself states βNo ballot without the required wording shall be voted OR COUNTED in any election.β That made all 55 of Californiaβs electoral votes, VOID. They could NOT go to anyone because the election ballots in that state violated state laws! Yet California certified the election anyway and sent electoral votes (for Biden) to Washington. FRAUD!!!!!
Now, pay attention to those 55 California Electoral votes . . . because hereβs how CNN reported the final Electoral vote tally:
See the part in the middle which says β270 to Win?β Now deduct those 55 California Electoral votes from Joe Bidenβs 306 Total and you get to 251. Thus, with the fraud in California ALONE, Joe Biden did not have the required 270 votes; he only had 251. He is NOT the legitimate President.
Thereβs plenty more fraud elsewhere, too.
β In Pennsylvania
Five of the seven Justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court altered election laws by judicial fiat when the federal Constitution allows only LEGISLATURES to make such changes. These men arenβt Judges/Justices, theyβre politicians wearing black robes; completely partisan to the actual negation of the law! I think they should have all been jailed!
Also in Pennsylvania, there were 202,000 more votes than there are registered voters in the state.
β Georgia
In Ware County, GA, for instance, forensic investigators tested tabulation gear by feeding an EQUAL NUMBER of Trump and Biden Ballots through the machines. Again, they fed an EQUAL NUMBER. When the tabulation machines reported the totals, they SHOULD have reported equal numbers, but they didnβt; they reported Biden with a 26% lead!
Overt fraud!
In Savannah, GA, a Microsoft Engineer, hired to examine the voting system, found that a Smart Thermostat in the tabulation room, was communicating wirelessly with a tabulation computer, then sending the data to an IP address located in CHINA! Foreigners were able to manipulate U.S. vote tabulation computers in Georgia! OVERT FRAUD, AGAIN.
Also in Georgia, there are no βChain of Custodyβ records for 460,000 absentee ballots that were put in drop boxes. No way to trace who picked-up which Ballots, from which box, when, or how many. So they just dumped tens of thousands of phony ballots into the mix and those ballots got counted, giving Joe Biden an 11,000 vote win in Georgia.
β Wisconsin
200,000 Ballots were invalidated by a Judge. The Government in that state did not deduct the votes or assign the win to Trump. They instead sent Biden Electoral Votes to Washington. More Fraud!
β Arizona
In Maricopa County, AZ, the state legislature ORDERED a forensic inspection of Phoenix voting equipment. The Maricopa County Supervisors REFUSED to allow it. So the legislature sent a Subpoena. The county Supervisors REFUSED to comply and sued their own state legislature to prevent a forensic examination! Clearly, it seems theyβre hiding something. You donβt get to do that and have your stateβs Electoral votes counted. Yet, counted they were! For Biden.
Also, upwards of 96,389 βGhostβ votes were, in fact, cast throughout the state of Arizona, as found by the stateβs βOfficial Canvas.β A βGhostβ vote is a ballot that was filled out, but the voter does not exist, or the address they claimed as their residence does not exist.
The examples above are just the tip of the iceberg of election fraud that took place, which STOLE the Presidency. There are many, many more examples of blatant fraud.
Now, Trump has the federal Subpoena power to go after all of it and it ***MUST*** be entered into the record at a criminal trial because it goes to INTENT. Trumpβs state of mind. It will show that the INTENT of the Defendant, Trump, was to stop the fraud, and NOT commit some crime against the country. And when all this evidence gets brought into trial, it establishes βreasonable doubtβ under which Trump must be acquitted.
Yes, it looks like the Deep State, Democrats, and the cesspool of Judges at the state and federal level, really βstepped in it β with this third Indictment against Trump.

On topicβ¦it will be sooo interesting to see how evidence is used as this case evolves. EVERY lawyer, left right or indifferent has made the idiocy of the last Trump indictment to be idiocy. You, yourself, probably wonder about this yourself?

As for your claim about βthe last Trump indictmentβ, I donβt know where you get your lunacies, but βEVERY lawyerβ hasnβt done that. To the contrary, most lawyers (not including Lying Trumpβs own, or the members of his cult of personality) have said the opposite! The Indictments (plural) are sound, and vital, at least if we are to remain a Republic where no one is above the Law!
No, I donβt βwonderβ about it. I merely insist (as Iβve stated many times before) that we follow the Constitution and our Laws, which provide even Lying Trump with a presumption of Innocence until proven guilty, and which require that proof (and decision) be made at trial in a Court of Law!
P.S. β Donβt kid yourself, if you truly trusted βNO ONEβ, and remained βopenβ, you wouldnβt post crap exclusively from pro-Trump, QAnon, and βRight-wingβ sources. There are plenty of examples of lawyers approving the Indictments, why donβt you post some of those? π

Instead of links to the articles I offer in support of what I say, Iβm using the titles of the pieces in question, so anyone truly interested in the facts can do a web search to find said articles.
By the way, that nonsense about Arizona is completely false! Yes, the Senate had its aptly named Fraudit, conducted by the infamous Cyber Ninjas who not only had zero experience and knowledge in how elections are conducted, but far from being βimpartialβ, they were busy at the same time appearing in videos endorsing Lying Trumpβs βBig Lieβ.
The Ninjas routinely made ridiculous claims of having found βfraudβ or βirregularitiesβ, which were swiftly and conclusively refuted! And after spending months (and tons of money) on their Fraudit, they ultimately announced Biden got more votes than initially declared!
As for the βGhost Votesβ claim, that was made by a thoroughly debunked βcanvassβ which was conducted by a private person (a real estate agent). It was not an βOfficial Canvassβ as this webpage falsely states.
And as many of the following articles point out, its βcredibilityβ (or utter lack thereof) is symbolized by the cover of the Report, which supposedly showed a vacant lot from which a ballot was cast. One βsmallβ problem: the lot wasnβt vacant! The picture used on the cover was taken from the back of the lot, whereas a picture of the front clearly showed the occupied house on it.
Oh, and the owner/resident of the house was the supposedly βGhost Voterβ, who in reality had legitimately voted!

(I tried posting the titles of articles in which they stated their approval, but WordPress apparently didnβt allow that. So youβll have to do an Internet search on the names.)
