This is very strange, and until I saw this video, I had no idea that someone had done something physically to Mitch McConnell to suddenly make him FREEZE.
He stopped mid sentence and didn’t blink for over 30 seconds.
Was this some kind of trigger?

The lady in green obviously had an agenda as she pushes towards him…..
and then there is the TAP!!
I know MONARCH uses this type of thing.

VERY GOOD…absolutely she delivered a shut down code…
in this video game Fallout 4, the institute goes after the synths (humans who are biological robots) whom ran away from the institute, memories erased and reprogrammed with new memories and they don’t know they are even synths. So when they capture on, they say a code number and that is all it takes to shut down the synth.
Truth is stranger than fiction but I do think she shut him down so he couldn’t say what he was gonna say. You can tell after she taps and talks to him, she looks down, like ok….I did it….mission complete.
And the guy who tried to stop her she gets around him, he is someone new, I have not seen him before, just the other two handlers that usually stand there with Mitch, so this was interesting…I suppose GREEN means something, as in Go…do not stop…etc.
This guy in the video said he was gonna elaborate at the end about what he and others thought might of happened. He did not, and the second video is the same as the first video.
Anyway, yep, he’s a clone or synth…and she had to stop him.
By the way…what does ‘sandbagged’ mean? LOL
