Many of us have felt the pain and isolation caused by our keen state of awareness these past several years or more. Sometimes there is no one we can talk to. Our words of caution may fall on deaf ears or we may be outright ostracized and become an outcast with even close friends and family leaving us out in the cold. It can be a lonely life.
Fortunately, we have proof we are not insane and ample support on social media, on websites like this one, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Gab, Truth Social, Telegram chats and within the communities created by various Lightworkers. There are support networks for us, but when the desktop shuts down or the handheld is in airplane mode for the night, the reclusive life can rear its ugly head. Sleep may be elusive, and it may seem like this war will never end.

The following is a very positive way to look at our situation. It was a huge relief because I was sure I left my memory at the old house when we moved.
It’s been so sudden. Usually my memory is very good and Hubby’s in the same boat so I consider this a distinct possibility and I’m goin’ with it.
Gotta run. ThanQ to the crew for keeping us up to speed as I apply my resources to Eli, his medical assistance, and finding a sitter for August. I asked a neighbour if she knew anyone that might be interested in looking after a dog and she replied negative but said she had great luck with finding people on Rover.com. I never heard of it, but it’s the same kind of thing you use to find an AirBnB, VRBO, etc. near your zip code and there are tons of possibilities in our area so I have another project to work on.
This trip has generated all sorts of things I still must address before I drive to Canada, like getting my renewed expired license, new glasses so I can see while driving, and of course adequate care for Eli.
Eli waits for our “Get it” before diving into his Sunday brunch; a bite of bacon, a corner of toast, and an egg lightly cooked in bacon grease.
Add to the above the replacement of our disintegrating faux turf tomorrow, another appointment on Wednesday, and my week is booked. I’ve got the afterburners on and will be zipping around all over the place, topping off on Saturday with a scorcher at 114F.
Oh—for anyone having sleep issues, a possible remedy. Just breathe.
