Emotional Body – Emotions are the gauge of the energetic body. The frequencies of the emotional state of being magnetizes to its resonating timeline realms. Your state of being determines your circumstances — the manifestations in your reality.

Physical Body — Movements of the body. Exercise, walking, hiking, swimming, work-outs, stretching & yoga are key. It is essential to get the blood flowing.
The body must sweat & release toxins constantly. Native American Sweat Lodge & Infrared, Steam & Dry Saunas are important. Feed the physical body proper nutrients (see Biological Body).
Water Body — We are 70% water. It is vital to keep it pure & unpolluted. Avoid tap water. Do not shower or bath with it. Do not cook, drink or make ice with it. Get a water distiller. Drink alkaline, alkalized, mountain spring or distilled water.
Make detoxing a regular habit. Absorb mineral waters — salt baths, natural hot springs, river & ocean water, cold plunges & absorb as much negative ions as possible. Water is programmable — learn & meditate to program it.
Electric Body — We are Infinite Divine bioelectromagnetic quantum beings with a brain with 86 billion spark-able neurons. We have 7 chakras to generate electricity & 7 glands to convert it into usable Energy, with Energy Meridians to move the Energy.
The breathe fuels & flows the Energy. Electricity heals the body & there is an infinite amount of Aether Zero Point Energy. Practice breath-work, qigong, mudras & certain movement forms. Move Energy in your body as well as outside your body.
