I have met Dan Winters and have personal experience with the “plasma” MedBed, seeking to heal an eye injured 20 years previously. Although the plasma” MedBed was a joyful experience as plasma waves cascaded throughout my body from head to toe, yet the eye injury was not affected to my knowledge.
