No, Kari hasn’t “won” (not yet, in any case). Here’s the Docket List showing the entries in her lawsuit, notice anything missing? (Like the order referred to in that
video, and making the rounds on Twitter.)
https://www.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov/records/election-2022/cv2023-051480
Oh, and if you click on the documents which are on that List, you’ll notice a few other problems with the order the video mentions, such as it has no Caption (i.e.: “Lake v. Richer” for example).
By the way, if you go down that list and click on the original Complaint you’ll find the Caption is rather odd. It starts as follows: “KARI LAKE, a married woman“. Why she’s described that way is beyond me since it’s completely irrelevant!.
(Perhaps it’s because this case is being brought by the same “crack” team of lawyer who brought her original suit to overturn the 2022 Election, which she lost dismally. I seem to recall hearing they practice Divorce Law, not Election Law, so maybe that’s how captions in Divorce cases are composed.)
My point is that before crying “victory”, it would be nice to have the actual Order, entered by the Court, and to know where those declaring “victory” got it from.

Mmm…it is my understanding that our ENTIRE legal system is currently riddled with corruption. It has been heavily politicized, making Justice available to the highest bidder. You, of all people, ought to know…
Just sayin…🌹😊💕

First, nice Evasion and Avoidance, since that’s completely non-responsive to what I wrote. Such conduct is the hallmark of a dishonest person.
Second, as usual, you “understand” nothing! While there is some truth to the old Calypso song (“We all want Justice, but you’ve got to have the money to buy it”), to say that’s true of the entire legal system is hyperbolic, bordering on dishonest!
Yes, there will always be some “corruption” in any system run by human beings (including the various “sources” you rely on in your postings), it’s false to declare that Justice “is available to the highest bidder”. Case in point: Kari fLake herself. She’s making a small fortune “grifting” donations to support her “Big Lie” campaign. Funny how she hasn’t used that money to “outbid” her opponents in Court.
The same, of course, is true about Lying Trump. Surely he could “outbid” all of his legal opponents.
As a retired attorney, I’m well aware of the flaws in the system – they mostly consist of things you never hear politicians and pundits discuss (because they aren’t “sexy” enough, and can’t be turned into bumper stickers). One prominent example I have personal experience with: the very loose standards employed by Courts when accepting or dealing with “expert testimony”. I saw one case where the Court allowed an “expert’s” opinion that the problem with a tire was that it didn’t have enough “gism” in its makeup. Just in case you’re wondering what that is, it’s a substance only males produce! Needles to say that testimony conjured up “interesting” speculation in my office about how the “gism” was supposed to get into the vat of “rubber” tires are made out of! 🤣

I Am not dishonest…and you are aware of that fact. However, I will “call ‘em like I see ‘em! I cannot, and will not even try to wrangle with you about law which is not my area of expertise, so why don’t we try an even-handed discussion of Biden’s “death”! And then again, you might like this article? 😊💕
