    1. Actually, he should have. Not for the ridiculous reason you give, but because he’s complaining that the Court refused to hear his first (equally ridiculous) lawsuit!

      Now aside from the fact that whether to grant or deny a Petition for A Writ of Certiorari (which is what he’s suing about) IS COMPLETELY DISCRETIONARY, there’s the awkward FACT that they’ll be granted if ONLY FOUR of the Justices want to hear the case. Obviously, he couldn’t get even that FEW of the Justices to grant his Petition. (Probably, he got NONE!)

      So what about the other SIX Justices? Why isn’t he suing them under his COMPLETELY FRIVOLOUS “contract” theory (the basis for his present lawsuit)? Obviously because only suing the “liberals” on the Court will encourage his deluded followers to send him money, as the SCAM of the Brothers “B” continues!

      P.S. – Why is there “silence” about these lawsuits? BECAUSE THEY’RE TOTALLY WORTHLESS! But, eventually, the Brunsons are going to be hit with Sanctions (fines) for their flagrant and continuing ABUSE of our Judicial System, and THAT would be worthy of notice!

        No, the very point of the Uncertainty Principle is that there can be NO “knowledge of future events”, besides the possible PROBABILITY of something happening.

        No, Roberts is alive and well, as proven by the glut of Supreme Court decisions just announced which he authored. Tell me, how many of your webpages consist of equally absurd claims that any number of famous people have been “taken to Gitmo and killed”. Hell, you recently REPOSTED a claim from December of 2020 which said Obama and Biden had been arrested. The fact the claim says that “just happened” THIS YEAR, should be a “tip-off” to how PHONY the claim is, but you just mindlessly repeat it!

        No, Scalia wasn’t murdered. In “fact” he’s due to appear in Dealey Plaza to announce he’s running for V.P. with J.F.K. (who’s seeking a second term, and also wasn’t murdered)! 🤣

        As I recall… wasn’t the term “conspiracy theory” used by the CIA (don’t get me started…) in response to squashing thoughts/ideas regarding the Kennedy assassination?

        Alex Jones used the word “Spock” , instead of “spook”, I.e.. CIA…

    No, I meant exactly what I said, and that’s just another demonstration of your COMPLETE IGNORANCE of Quantum Mechanics.

    The Uncertainty Principle (which I previously referred to) states that we cannot PRECISELY “predict” (or even know) a particle’s position and momentum. The “real world” significance of this is it undercuts (I’d argue DESTROYS) Determinism.

    The latter point of view is derived from Newtonian Physics, and was best expressed by Laplace, who had the view that one could predict the future if they knew “all positions of all items of which nature is composed”. The Uncertainty Principle says that cannot be done! Therefore Determinism doesn’t work.

    (By the way, Chaos Theory does much the same thing, and indicates the “clockwork universe” Newton supposedly proposed doesn’t exactly operate “like clockwork”.)

    What the Uncertainty Principle does allow us to do is know the PROBABILITY of a particle’s position and momentum, with the more we know about one the less we know about the other. Therefore we can only “predict” the probability of an event happening. One of the reasons Einstein complained the “G-d does not play dice with the universe”.

    And that metaphor is why your use of the term “Quantum” is dead wrong. While we can predict the likelihood of any result from a roll of dice, that doesn’t mean ANYTHING can happen. There is NO “potential” that the dice will suddenly transform into an “eight-hundred pound gorilla”, no matter how much you may “think” they can. The term for what you’re claiming is “DELUSION!”

    P.S. – And I have no love for the “Multiverse” concept (or “Parallel Universes”), except as literary devices for Science Fiction (such as in Star Trek: Discovery). To quote Carl Sagan (from his book “Contact”) “it’s an awful waste of Space”! (And yes, I know he was talking about something else, but the remark applies nonetheless. 😂)

      Quantum, the principles of probability and uncertainty are certainly open to interpretation. Having a legal mind, you have been trained in both fact finding and abiding by “the rules” for the game of living we have played out here on Earth.

      I Am sure you excelled in your BAR-appointed position(s), yet…we are ALL about to enter into a world where the former “rules” do not apply! The brain (biologic supercomputer), supplies the mind in producing “thought” that, when co-joined with emotions stemming from the “heart” all work together in producing our “lives”…ALL of the events, and circumstances we perceive as occurring in our lives. This is known as “manifestation” which we produce ourselves (almost always through unconscious “desires” clouded by our informal, and formal, education on Planet Earth!)
