**May 15, 2023** Raland filed the Opposition to their Motion to Dismiss the case. This opposition is powerful, it is a must read for everybody!! Be a witness to the fact that right now the Supreme Court justices, the Defendants in this case, have an opportunity right now, in this case, to prove to the world that they will honor, protect and defend the Constitution, and that their failure to do so will be an act of treason which may very well invoke the warnings of Isaiah. 1. Questions: It takes only FOUR Justices to grant a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, the denial of which is the basis for this latest, idiotic and completely frivolous lawsuit by the Brunson Gang. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIX JUSTICES RALAND DIDN’T SUE? WHY DIDN’T HE SUE THEM AS WELL? It couldn’t be that they’re REPUBLICANS (three of them appointed by Lying Trump himself)? Nah, that couldn’t be why, could it?

      1. I am a retired attorney, admitted to practice in New York, including before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and a “little” place you may have heard of: the Supreme Court of the United States.

Which is why, unlike the Brunsons (who are relying on a $200 online “course” brother Deron took) I KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!

      2. My goodness…thank you for sharing your knowledge with this blog. I generally find that facts often fluctuate in the face of fiction! It will be interesting to see how the Brunson case evolves…stay tuned! 😊🌹💕

  2. Well, so far brother Loy’s case has “evolved” the same way Raland’s original case did: CERT. DENIED!

I wonder if that will be followed, as in Raland’s case, by a Petition for Rehearing (in violation of the Supreme Court’s Rules), which will also be Denied, and then a COMPLETELY IMPROPER second Petition for Rehearing, which will be REJECTED by the Clerk, and never heard!

      1. If you’re referring to a decision by the Supreme Court, THAT WAS THE DECISION!

What happens next is the case goes back to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, where it was pending when Loy brought his MERITLESS petition, now denied.

As to when the 10th Circuit will decide, probably not for quite some time (possibly months from now). Then, of course, Loy will try to appeal that to the Supreme Court, and I expect him to meet with the same “success” as this time.

P.S. – Of course, I’m assuming he’ll LOSE in the 10th Circuit, but since his case is IDENTICAL to brother Raland’s earlier one, I expect the same result: COMPLETE FAILURE!

      2. Thanks! I read something about a Supreme Court suit brought by Sydney Powell? Do you know anything about this case? You are awesome! 😊🌹💕

      3. The only one I know of is an old one from 2021, which was part of her “Kraken” cases. She tried to appeal her defeat in two of those cases, but the Supreme Court refused to hear it.

Alternatively, you may be thinking of Win v. Whitmer, another of her Election Fraud cases she lost, and in which sanctions were imposed against her.

She appealed that decision, and lost again. So I’d expect her to try to appeal that to the Supreme Court. It’s too soon to say whether she’ll have more success this time, since the decision she’d be appealing from only was announced last Friday (June 23, 2023). I checked the Supreme Court’s Docket, and don’t think she’s even filed such an appeal yet.
