This case, which is a copycat of brother Raland’s equally frivolous one, will fare no better in the courts (especially in the Supreme Court) than the prior one.
Loy’s Petition for a Writ of Certiorari has gone to conference today (June 22, 2023), the Orders from that conference should be released on Monday (June 26th). SPOILER ALERT! The order will be “Cert. Denied”!
