Cosmic Frequency News 22 June 2023 – The Serious Summer And Winter Solstice Of 2023 – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali
Seasonal changes do not just happen on a given day and then are over 24 hours later.
The vibrations of change remain in existence until the next season.
This particular seasonal Solstice which has opened the window for summer in the Northern Hemisphere and winter in the Southern Hemisphere is very major.
Our Sun has, as of 6/21/2023, moved into Tropical Cancer and is now in geometrical opposition to retrograde Pluto in Tropical Capricorn.
As has been earlier discussed, Pluto moved into Capricorn in 2008.
On March 23rd of this year (2023), it moved briefly into Aquarius (until June 11th).
Earlier, from February 11th to March 23rd, it was at its “anaretic” or critical 29th degree (there are 30 degrees between signs—the 29th degree always being indicative of some sort of crisis).
However, there is always a “pre-announcement” of potential crisis several days beforehand. Remember, for example, the horrible “7.8” magnitude earthquake in Turkey and Syria? It occurred on February 4th—just a week before Pluto reached its critical 29th degree in Capricorn.
Pluto has now “danced” back into Capricorn from its brief Aquarian “introduction” and is moving accordingly back over its last degrees again of the sign of Capricorn—one of which is the 29th which it will reach later this season and heading into the Northern Hemisphere autumn and the Southern Hemisphere spring.
It is, however, making its “pre-announcements” now.
One of these “pre-announcements” is the dire situation involving the submersible with five people aboard who went down into the Atlantic Ocean to view the ruins of the Titanic ship.
It is NEVER WISE TO BE INVOLVED IN MAJOR ACTIVITIES INVOLVING WATER WITH PLUTO IN CAPRICORN ABOUT TO OPPOSE THE SUN IN WATERY ELEMENT CANCER!
As our Sun is now fully anchored in Cancer until fire element Leo season begins in another month, “pralaya” (Sanskrit for “strife”) concerning water will be very possible: water accidents, hurricanes, flooding, backed-up sewers in places, research published and spoken about in the news regarding toxic water situations, etc.
Pluto’s characteristics are those of transformations in an often traumatic way.
Capricorn, as has been discussed so many times now, focuses on governments, corporations, businesses, educational institutions, the police, and the military—all of which are due for some type of overhaul.
However, with our Sun in water element Cancer for a while, situations involving water will take precedence.
Yet, Pluto’s Capricornian visit, as mentioned above, will play-out for the rest of this year acting upon what Capricorn rules over.
It is while our Sun visits Cancer that the often challenging opposition of it to Pluto’s current placement is worth caution. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH WATER!
As is always the case, however, if we pray for guidance, we can avoid serious situations.

The oldest sacred teachings must be researched because these are the roots of other paths.
