President Joe Biden said he spent nearly an hour with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in talks over the end of Title 42 and the anticipated surge of immigration at the southern border. “We’ve got an overwhelming cooperation from Mexico…but it remains to be seen. It’s going to be chaotic for a while,” said Biden.
