Government has never had the need nor motivation to budget appropriately… They have been greedy selfish pigs. It is immensely challenging to hear these figures bandied about, while we the people are being ripped-off, politically smashed with policies we disagree with, & taxed at every turn. AND we have to keep to our meeger budgets, or have real life consequences.
