On Tues. 25 April 2023 the Supreme Court docketed the Loy Arlan Brunson Case #22-1028 and it was now up for consideration to be heard before the SCOTUS Justices. The case had bypassed the 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals by using Rule 11 (a national emergency).
